Barista & Beyond in Reading

Fantastic evening at this lovely little venue. First visit for us and we’ll be back. The team there went above and beyond. It was my daughters birthday and they made her feel really special. We went along to the ‘Brush Party’, it was the first one they held there and we 100% recommend, if you get the chance, go along, it’s lots of fun and really absorbing.

Great sausage roll, with chutney, Coffee gets five stars, as usual Best cafe in Reading Friendly service as always……..

Food was exceptionally amazing good English breakfast outstanding staff who go above and beyond based in a central location in Reading, they have indoor and outdoor seating, the cafe is vibrant and has a beautiful atmosphere, large variety of foods for different dietaries.

My husband heard about this amazing Barista/coffee shop that supports people with disabilities to gain employment and we had to pop in to help support a local business and give back to them. Communication re opening times was quick as we went on NYE, the service, coffee and breakfast didn’t disappoint all were amazing, such a relaxing experience.

Nice quiet spot in Reading to enjoy good food and great coffee. Came for brunch with friends but can see how it would be a lovely place to bring a laptop and have a relaxing WFH or study day.

Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time and really reasonable prices. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate. Will be back! Thank you

Great place for a coffee, home-made pepper soup (delicious), and to chat! Excellent value too. Staff are friendly snd the cafe is clean.

A lovely place nestled in an unexpected location. We were staying in the Travelodge round the corner from here and spotted this. Lovely freshly cooked food, good variety and a chai latte that was the best I’ve ever had! The service was polite and great. Would recommend!

Lovely cappuccino and 2 hot chocolates, 1 with soya and delicious banana bread. I love this place. It supports people with disabilities to gain employment. Now my favourite place for coffee in Reading.

Great place - great coffee and atmosphere - we had a coconut cappuccino, flat white, toasted sandwiches and slice - all fabulous - really pleasant staff - clean and bright - highly recommend

This is the nicest coffee shop I’ve been to in a LONG time! Really welcoming, clean and calm. The staff were attentive and the service was quick. The hot drinks I tried were exceptional and the breakfast was fresh and filling. Will be back!

We came for brunch and had an amazing experience - the cafe is clean and modern with very warm and welcoming staff. The vegetarian breakfast is delicious and the chai latte is the best I’ve ever had! Would 100% recommend. The cafe manager is the cherry on the cake for this little gem, a very lovely man!

Calm, clean and friendly. Fast service. Delicious coffee. Comfortable bench. I needed to undertake some work on a laptop and felt happy to do so in Barista and Beyond.

An excellent spot for a breakfast meeting. The soundproofed private meeting room seated eight & came complete with a screen for our presentation. The coffee & food were delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. We'll go there again.

We went to Barista & Beyond today for the first time having read an article about its opening and ethos. Great visit - good coffee and cake, friendly service and spacious clean space. Definitely recommend visiting, we’ll be going back again!

We had a great team meeting today using the meeting space at Barista and Beyond whilst taking advantage of the great food and hospitality from the staff. I’d recommend to anyone in the area and will definitely be coming back to work again!

Amazing cozy cafe by the town centre. Excellent coffee and snacks. Ideal for a work break. I visit the cafe every Wednesday on a regular basis. Seb is fantastic very welcoming and bubbly.
