Amazing! Can’t fault it one bit! Served by Natalie and Toby. Both were on point. Both were lining up the drinks, joining in the fun and being very good hostesses! Can’t fault them in anyway. Payrise due for both I think! Thanks to Natalie for making me feel so welcome and allowing me to catch up with the rest of the group. We love you both and will deffo return!!

Absolutely amazing! Brilliant staff, weren’t artificially friendly or over the top just really good service by a brilliant group of people.

We had an office lunch organised for a team of 24members and there was no one to serve our drinks even when pre-ordered and was blunder in serving that. And I personally was disappointed as I ordered a vegetarian Malaysian Katsu curry which was to be served with Tofu but was served CHICKEN. When I handed my dish to let the staff know she argued to say it is Tofu and in the end she went to check and got the correct TOFU plate and not chicken and didn’t even bother to apologise or confirm on it. After 30mins of waiting the attitude is unacceptable. If any vegetarian going to the place please triple check before eating here.

Booked a bottomless brunch for my birthday for 12 people. When I arrived no one came over and we didn’t know where we was supposed to go, my mum tracked someone down and they told us to go over to a table. The lady who mostly served us had a major attitude I don’t know if she was the manager but I informed her that a few people were going to be 2 minutes late she said that they have to start doing the brunch this instant. She was very rude whenever we ordered any drinks and was making hand gestures saying to hurry up and would roll her eyes at us. At one point she said to me you don’t have to look so nervous.. yes I was nervous as she was basically shouting at us all to order a drink when we didn’t Even get a chance to look at what the drinks were. Before it even started she gave a whole lecture on if you down your drinks you won’t be getting another. Some people on my table ordered drinks but didn’t receive them, in total I think I had about 4-5 drinks and this is meant to be a bottomless. Some people said they didn’t even think the drinks had any alcohol in. I ordered a burger and it was really dry, the food wasn’t great. The biggest part that ruined it though was the main lady serving us as she just made everyone feel uncomfortable the whole time when they are actually making a lot of money from 12 people you would think they would be polite and welcoming. I wouldn’t book again and my whole table felt it was not worth the money. A couple of my friends have anxiety including myself and felt worried about asking to order because of the staffs attitudes. It wasn’t a very nice experience for my birthday and I definitely won’t be booking again.

Amazing service during our bottomless brunch!

For a bottomless brunch, it was the best slug and lettuce I have been to! Staff were great and always checked in on when new drinks were needed - there was no waiting time with empty drinks! Good selection of food and they were accommodation to my friend getting gluten free bread instead!

Tom has been shacking his cocktail making skills, we've had such a great time!!! We couldn't of asked for better!!

Had a cocktail class for a friends hen party, and it was the best ever! It was in a private room upstairs which was great. It was lead by Tom, he was enthusiastic, funny and involved. 10/10 would recommend this class, such great fun!
