Esperó durante más de una hora para llevar pizzas de The Gorilla Kitchen en dos ocasiones ahora en The Star en Steyning. Nos dijeron en ambas ocasiones que la espera sería de media hora. Cuando le planteé esto al tipo que cocina la Pizza (en una furgoneta en el parking ) me dijo que tenía que esperar hora y media cuando salió a comer hace poco y que no se quejaba (¡así que yo tampoco debería! ) Lástima porque las pizzas son buenas, pero no se las recomendaremos a nadie en Steyning. Muchas familias jóvenes también esperan en el aparcamiento con un aspecto muy harto.

Gran desayuno a un precio razonable. He desayunado en la mayoría de los lugares de la zona y este es el mejor por mucho. Gran selección.

I had a great time, the staff was kind and fast. The location is convenient for the bus or for those arriving on foot. I recommend it!

A fabulous experience. Dining on my own I sat at the bar and took in the atmosphere, fantastic service and teamwork going on to give a wonderful experience to each guest. Food delicious, atmosphere fantastic and service amazing.

Fui aquí por un chocolate caliente y terminé comprando un Bailey’s hot chocolate, que estaba delicioso. El servicio al cliente era genial y el personal aquí era tan encantador y acogedor. Sin embargo, el gerente era un poco poco poco profesional y parecía ser muy micro - la gestión del personal.

Doesn't seem to have a physical location/restaurant anymore like the google photos and location data suggest. Circled the block twice in the pouring rain looking for it and it just wasn't there. Seems to be a private kitchen for delivery only now.

Vine a tomar un café por la tarde. Mi café con leche de avena era genial, uno de los mejores que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Los dulces se veían geniales. Desafortunadamente mi pareja y yo somos veganos así que no pudimos probarlos (aparte de un camino rocoso vegano que no nos gustó). El personal no era la gente más amable, pero estaba muy cerca de su hora cercana, así que puedo perdonarles por eso. Aún así volvería.

Great cafe, had lunch and coffee with a friend. . Friendly service, we were not rushed at all, very clean, good value for money and best tuna and melted cheese paninii I've ever had! Lovely varied menu too.

Always good service and good food

I arranged to meet all my family of 11 for a meal at this restaurant on the evening of 28th December. As I am 85 and live in Spain I do not see my grandchildren or children often so booked to stay in a hotel in Brighton with them. I was so looking forward to the meal and it was very poor indeed. My daughter and husband had Chicken Milanese which consisted of greasy, soggy chips and very very thin dried up slices of chicken coated in a processed orange type breadcrumbs. It was inedible. My meal was shocking, one mouthful and I had to spit it out dark green ravioli with something like grit in it, badly presented, inedible also. Lots of dishes were off the menu leaving a poor choice. One dish arrived after everyone had finished their meal. Not one of us were satisfied with their meal and I thought perhaps the chef was off work and someone incompetent was in the kitchen. I told the waitress that we were not happy and she simply shrugged. I then told a waiter and he smiled. Neither asked why or apologised. A huge disappointment and far over priced for the awful meal we had. Fortunately the 4 bottles of wine were OK and the hotel I booked was excellent.
