Best pizza in UK by a mile! we had 1.5 pizza each and we couldnt believe what was going on... Service superb and just in general such great place highly recommend! Cant wait another work trip to Brighton! Deffo coming back!

my favourite restaurant in Brighton, for 5 years running. Si Singore is a very special place, with the kindest staff and the most beautiful food. The restaurant itself is very cosy and warm, the food is delightful and fresh. I have brought many people here over the years and have never been disappointed. Melissa is a wonderful person, who is extremely attentive, kind and puts a lot of effort into the tiniest of details. My heart wants to give them all the stars, so I have, but I am saddened that there is no wheelchair accessibility. Hopefully soon!

La única razón por la que no le di a este lugar 1 estrella es que movieron mi reserva a partir de las 7. 00 a 6. 00 . La mala impresión fue desde el principio. Nos pusieron al lado de la entrada por un pilar - pedimos que nos moviéramos - un camarero nos movió como se nos pidió, luego nos movieron de vuelta (nos dijeron que estaba reservado) - sillas musicales no es mi idea de diversión - esa mesa estuvo desocupada durante 90 minutos, luego un grupo de 4 asistieron sin reserva y se les dio la mesa - pregunté esto y el camarero dijo que volvería y no lo hizo. Esto habría perdonado si la comida era buena - tristemente era bastante meh en el mejor de los casos. Las bases de pizza parecían salidos de un paquete - el risotto para mi hijo - no estoy seguro de si cocinado correctamente - la llamada opción vegana era la pasta Arabiatta (afortunadamente traje queso vegano). El precio era de más de £ 90 para 2 niños sin desiertos y el entrante / lado era 2 porciones de patatas fritas (de un paquete) y un pan de ajo donde los chiles eran jalapeños enlatados. Evite esta casucha por favor

This is our second visit on our annual November trip to Brighton. We had lovely meat balls, mushrooms in garlic for starters. For mains I had the same as last year lovely large portions of Spaghetti Bolognese which again top class. House bottle of wine with the meal and a shot of Limoncello for dessert which was served with some nice dark chocolate a nice touch. We were both very happy with the service and value for money and will hopefully return in 2025. Thanks to the staff and Melissa you're lovely ;-)

Si Signore ha sido un lugar muy querido para cenar con amigos durante años, con personal amable, deliciosa pasta y un ambiente encantador. Lamentablemente, mi visita más reciente decepcionó y realmente espero que esta retroalimentación pueda ser tomada en cuenta. Los platos habituales que visito no eran de la misma calidad y sabor, a pesar de que los precios han subido. Encontré la pasta muy aceitosa. El personal de espera era todo encantador y atento como de costumbre, sin embargo, el ambiente romántico y tranquilo de la cena tristemente no estaba presente durante la duración de nuestra comida. Esto se debió a un miembro o personal / el propietario sentado en una mesa junto a nosotros tocando un espectáculo en su teléfono en voz alta mientras estábamos cenando, que como cliente de pago tratando de disfrutar de mi cena, se sintió increíblemente desconsiderado. Además de esto, los camareros fueron gritados a lo que era poco profesional y nos hizo sentir incómodos. Siento que si se ha cometido un error, debería poder hablar con el personal de forma profesional y lejos de los clientes. Siento que es una verdadera lástima que esta haya sido nuestra experiencia y espero que esta retroalimentación pueda ser tomada en cuenta y pueda recuperar sus 5 estrellas.

Had such an amazing meal here last night that we are already working out when we can come back again! Beyond the excellent food, the atmosphere was wonderful and the staff/owner were attentive and friendly

Lovely small setting let down by desert. Nice spot to have a glass of wine and a pizza but I would avoid the puddings which pricey and lacked the quality the mains had had

Staff are so so so friendly, atmosphere is great and cosy. My only pointer is regarding the gf pasta, it was nice but I did receive a mix of pasta shapes and it was a little soggy. (I do understand gf pasta is tricky because it cooks differently to other pastas) but overall worth it because the staff are SO NICE

my friend and i were looking for a romantic dinner spot on our 2nd day in brighton, and whilst this place wasn't the most romantic, we had a lovely time! the food was absolutely delicious, the service was incredible, and we had the nice dinner out we wanted to have. defo a great spot if you're coming to the city.

What a treasure this place is. Very small so we felt lucky to get a reservation. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the food was excellent and reasonable. Delighted to have found this restaurant and can highly recommend it.

Great food and coffee. Front house staff were putting in great effort to do a great job, but the person who seemed to be the manager seemed to be stressed and a bit aggressive towards the staff which seemed unfair… This kind of effected the atmosphere of the restaurant to be honest. Apart from that great service, great food and coffee and would recommend to friends and family.

Found this amazingly authentic Italian restaurant walking in to Brighton. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food and wine are first class and cannot fault anything. If you like traditional Italian then this is certainly the place for you 👏👏👏👏

Very good. I had the Si Signore pasta that was amazing and finished my meal with the mango and coconut sorbet which was so refreshing. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Dog wasn't allowed in (little Yorkshire, who doesn't lose fur and can just go under the table without disturbing anyone), staff super unfriendly...

food came quick, waiter asked if we wanted any chilli oil, we said yes and she never bought it over and then i bit into something i can only describe as a shell which then cut my mouth and the staff saw this and told me it was oregano and then when they touched it they said oh no it must of come from the outside, i carried on eating and then i found a bit of broken sharp plastic which looked like it had snapped off of a lid, the staff didn’t really care she just told me ‘that’s from where we keep the bolognese in storage’ ?? quite disappointing as i have been here a few years ago but have now got a cut mouth and wasn’t full up :(

Have been coming here for 5 years as despite travelling the world and living in London where amazing pizza is abundant, this place takes the top spot. The dough is so light and crispy and all toppings are incredibly fresh and full of flavour. Piccantina pizza and Tiramisu are a must. 5/5 can’t be beaten!

I never leave reviews but the service and hospitality at Si Signore was simply exceptional that I have to . I had the penne diavolo, some garlic bread and some gelato all of which were absolutely delicious. The servers went out of their way to ask if I wanted any modifications which I thought was a lovely touch. The waitresses and the managers were super warm and friendly. 10/10. I Will surely be visiting again

Loved this place! We were greeted by lovely and friendly staff and the pasta was absolutely delicious. We had spaghetti alla siciliana and spaghetti alla bolognese and both were authentic and plentiful. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Was visiting Brighton today with my siblings and we were not sure where to eat. We stumbled upon this place and it was excellent. Wonderful service and fantastic food. We were all really impressed.

Lovely cosy restaurant, delicious starters and mains, perhaps served on a warm plate would have been even better. We booked in advance and were seated upstairs, but downstairs had a better atmosphere. We asked to be moved and were after a few mins which was brilliant. If only the upstairs seating area could have had the same feel as downstairs, we wouldn’t have minded. Calamari was crispy, prawns were seasoned perfectly, mushrooms perhaps a tad too zesty but maybe that was the aim. Both prawn spaghetti and seafood ravioli mains were generous in portion size and flavour. Wine was good, would have been better if it was kept chilled in some sort of chill sleeve. Service was very good, attentive, friendly and informative. Thank you to the chef and staff for making our visit enjoyable.

What a find , quality food amd very reasonable . I would describe las a proper Italian , small friendly and lovely place to eat , the lady who served us was very pleasant and welcoming . The food was superb very tasty , I would say Ben go as far to say best Italian food I have had for a long time . If in Brighton definitely give this place a go

Yummy Italian pasta. Gluten free pasta available. We were able to get a table without a reservation however, the seating area in the restaurant is very small and it can be a bit of a squeeze between the tables. We were also seated next to the door which I don’t recommend. The lasagne was delicious but could have been larger as I felt I could have eaten more of it!

Very reasonably priced home made pizza , which was delicious. The staff member was lovely. Definitely recommend. Lees than £20 for pizza Nd a beer.

Just the sort of place I like to find, small, independent and quality food. Yes it’s cosy, but I like that. I also like the decor, traditional Italian with a Brighton twist. Food was genuinely exceptional, pastas were very tasty, and puddings appeared homemade and were also excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Why four stars and not five? My own personal gripe - 10% service charge added to the bill, in small writing on the bottom. I can’t bear it! If you need the extra 10% please increase food costs by this amount, they’re cheap enough to do this without anyone batting an eyelid, or, if you think your food and service is genuinely good enough to charge 10% on top - don’t try and hide it, on the bill put sub total, service charge, total, it shouldn’t be a secret!

I had walked past this restaurant frequently as it so unassuming. Without checking its history I think it was once the front room of a house in the bustling North Laine area so quite small with the tables quite close together. Cosy but not romantic not ,sadly, that a romantic evening was on the cards. We each ordered different dishes and only the main course so we had a reassuring wait for the food to appear. I had a risotto and it was one of the best I have ever had away from my own kitchen. I can think of a few places that might benefit from studying it. One friend had the ravioli and kept telling us how good it was, so much so that ordering decisions were made for the next visit especially as the chicken breast was not very good. A good sauce but the meat, which appeared quite dense, took some cutting with the blame partly on the cutlery which was blunt and with no serrations. I was tempted by the sweets on offer although on reflection they weren't particularly Italian. Still, the banoffee pie was invented just up the road in Sussex and was well received.

My friend and I went to eat there on a short trip to Brighton, it's a really cool little place! First of all, it was the best lasagna I have ever eaten! Then the lady at the service was adorable And finally, it was written on the restaurant menu that 10% of the final bill will be added as a tip but when we paid, the lady had crossed out this mention and did not increase our bill by 10% (without doubt because we were clearly tourists) a very kind gesture ❤️ In short: go for it!

The cakes were delicious. They are really nice with an excellent customer service, we were been offered a glass of champagne for the new year.🥳

One of the worst meals we’ve ever had out. We expressed dissatisfaction and were met with a defensive attitude and basically told we were wrong and were not asked how they can sort it at all. We decided to leave it after that to enjoy the rest of evening which we rarely have out and then the funniest thing is as a token to say sorry they boxed up the food we hated and added to it for us to take home as ‘compensation’! Too much garlic, not enough salt and hard to find any ingredients and sauce.

I just wanted to thank the friendly team at Si Signore for the impeccable service we received last Friday. The front of house signora is absolutely amazing. So very attentive, extremely alert and wonderfully nice. Nice relaxed atmosphere. We felt genuinely really welcome which is unfortunately not so common anymore. We will come back next time we are in Brighton!

This was my second time to Si Signore and it was just as good as last time. The food is delicious but even better is the service and welcome from the very small team. I will definitely be back

My local Italian restaurant, which is full of potential and a nice lunch time under sun until about 2ish pm. I was intrigued by the sign on the board outside the restaurant, saying 'homemade pasta and pizza'. I ordered mixed seafood pasta, instead of the original setting of ravioli. A medium glass of house white wine before the meal arrived a little bit late until asking for the second time. The main course itself consisted of three muscles with one unopened, 4 or 5 overcooked squid tubes (suspected from frozen), and one nice divined king prawn (maybe from fresh). Upon asking if the spaghetti was homemade, I couldn't get the answer at the first attempt but was told how spaghetti was made. When asking for the second time, the answer was 'no'. The total bill was 24 pounds, exc service charge. Manageress was charming though, and we had brief but good conversations. Unfortunately, this meal just reminded why I only come here once a year despite the fact that this is my nearest one.

One of my favourite restaurants in Brighton. Authentic Italian restaurant run by the nicest Italian couple. A wide range of options ranging from various salads, pastas and pizzas, as well as homemade desserts. Si Signore has a BYOB option during weekdays which is lovely for those who fancy bringing their own bottle of wine to dinner. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food!

Got two very simple dishes, margarita and a tomato pasta dish and they were both delicious. It's a good sign when a restaurant makes the basics taste great and not taste simple. The portions were great too and so was the service

We love it here and always visit when we are in Brighton. A lovely friendly family run restaurant where you really are made to feel special. We ate here twice during our stay and both times the food was excellent. Portions are good sizes, but save room for desert. The ricotta pear cake was especially delicious.

Had a wonderful evening here. Excellent, wholesome food. A small business where love and care is put into every dish. I would recommend the limocello spritz. Gluten free pasta available. Again and again I come back to this lovely little cafe / restaurant. Today it was damp and cold outside but warm and so friendly inside. I usually have the lasagne or the cheesy aubergine, today it was pizza.... I'm not an pizza aficionado but it came quickly and was really nice... crispy, nice bread and a lovely topping. A very cosy venue with a lovely atmosphere. My mushroom risotto was tasty and Tiramasu was very light. My husband had a pizza and the lemon torte which were both really nice. Service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful.
