Consistent, lovely atmosphere, delicious pizza.

My friends and I were very lucky to have been served by a young Italian waiter named Davide last night. Armed with his unique charm, wit and sense of humour, he took us on a sensational culinary journey through Southern Italy. Throughout the evening, Davide paid meticulous attention to every detail of our dining experience, ensuring his warmth and friendliness gently transcended into our palettes. A few arancini later, and we didn't want to leave our table - we were speechless. Thank you Davide... Or should I say Grazie!

Unfortunately, there was a hair inside the pizza.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of dining at Fatto a Mano in Brighton, and it was an unforgettable experience. The Napoletana pizza was simply outstanding—its authenticity transported me straight to Naples with every bite. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the exceptional service. We were attended to by a senior gentleman of clear Benevento origin. He was highly knowledgeable, energetic , and incredibly kind. Despite our modest order, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fatto a Mano has not only mastered the art of pizza but also the art of hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine taste of Italy paired with heartfelt service.

Where do I start? Fatto is a unique place. The service/welcome when you arrive is always warm and friendly, the food is AMAZING and the staff are fantastic. I won’t go anywhere else for pizza! Great work team💫

I've probably eaten at this restaurant more than any other in the world. The pizza is absolutely terrific, ingredients are top notch and very consistent with the cooking. Service is fast and friendly. Personally I think this leaves the other (admittedly decent) pizza places in the dust. I just love this place.

We have eating at fatto a mano for years in the restaurant and via deliveroo as they do really good gluten free as I have an allergy. Unfortunately the last time we ordered the gluten free pizza wasn’t gluten free which luckily I noticed before eating due to the way it looked as the GF crust is different. If this was someone new they could have had a serious reaction as they wouldn’t have noticed. I complained and the person I spoke to was very apologetic and offered some vouchers to be sent to us. This never got arranged and since then they have been ignoring my emails about it! Shocking!

Perfect handmade pizza and other Italian dishes . They have gluten free doh and great garlic dipping sauce . Very generous portions and high quality Parma ham and parmegan cheese . I know that the restaurant in Covent Garden is also superb . Fatto a Mano is fantastico

Pizza with pinapple was super nice, spicy, and sweet at the same time.

Had a lovely time at Fatto a Mano!! Both of us has the Bella Disgrazia, one standard, one veggie & gluten free. 10/10 on both! We're not usual pinapple on pizza people but we would come back again for this pizza.

Very busy but the food was great!

We had THE most glorious evening here! The food was phenomenal, Kortyna was so so lovely, attentive and indescribably smiley the whole way through and made the experience even better. Will be coming back regularly!

Really nice venue and great attentive staff. I had the most amazing truffle and ham pizza - it blew my mind. Also a very strong tiramisu - I loved it but there was too much coffee in it for my partner (which was fine by me). Overall we had a great time and would recommend - especially the truffle pizza.

So wonderful. Love the vibrant Italian shouting and singing. Our server Tomaso told us lots of extra info with pride. The Bella disgrazia was AMAZING please add the veg one to the menu. Kids said the margarita was the best they’d ever tasted

Lovely authentic Neapolitan pizza

Came for the pineapple special ‘Bella disgrazia’ thinking I wouldn’t like it because of the pineapple but was pleasantly surprised! It’s a pizza with pineapple on it but it couldn’t be more different from the standard pineapple and ham. Its actually delicious and I would have it again

One of my faves - Never disappoints! Service is always fantastic. We had my birthday celebration lunch outside yesterday, and we could have been in Naples! Thank you to our wonderful waiter, who went out of his way to make it all fabulous, even when rushed off his feet on a very busy Friday (thanks to the Bella Dizgrazia pizza, which was Bellissimo!!) Amazing pizza. Lovely relaxing and friendly place. The new pizza covers all tastes and we will come again, my husband wouldnt normally thank you for pineapple on a pizza but we all thought it was delicious and would order again. So tasty.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit here. I was excited to take advantage of their "Bring a Pineapple, Get a Free Pizza" offer, so I brought along a pineapple and was eager to enjoy my free pizza. However, when I asked to have the pork removed from my pizza, I was told it was not possible. This was frustrating, as they make the pizzas on the spot, so I couldn't understand why it was an issue to simply not include pork for someone who doesn't eat it. After all the effort of carrying a pineapple all day and finally arriving to break my fast, I was left feeling embarrassed and unimportant. What a way to ruin the evening, and lack inclusivity.

Delicious pizzas, and excellent service from Tomas!

Visited the Hove restaurant. Tommasso was extremely attentive, funny and knowledgeable. The other staff I spoke to were equally as friendly and enthusiastic. We did the bring in a pineapple deal (finishes end of March) for the Bella Disgrazia which hopefully will stay on the menu permanently as it was delicious.

My opinion on pineapple pizza has changed.

Best pizza place in Hove. Came for a delicious pineapple pizza. Tommaso was our waiter and he was so lovely, attentive, helpful and funny.

We came here for the pineapple pizza promotion and we were not disappointed! The staff are so lovely, especially Alex. Will be returning soon after such a nice lunch and all the gluten free options.

We travel 40mins to come just for this place and all the staff. Alex served us today and he was (like everyone who serves us) amazing and so good especially with our children. Makes us feel very comfortable bringing a 2 and 4 year old! Plus food is incredible and always go above and beyond.

Alex our server was really friendly and helpful. The food was yummy and we enjoyed the outside seating!

Wonderful return visit to Fatto a Manor. The team managed to squeeze us in on a busy Sunday with no booking (but tip - book ahead for Sunday lunch). Wonderful friendly service by Alex. Grazie

Me, my one year old and 2 friends had a really lovely experience last weekend, the manager (I think) was brilliant, sorted my vegetarian query and was just all round great. Good service is so important especially with kids it can really make or break the experience, thank you 🫶

Probably the best pizza we have ever had! The front of house man was also so friendly and helpful and found us seating at the bar in a very busy restaurant. We had a great time and I have recommended it to a number of people already. We'll be back.

Delicious pizza! Even my mate said it was the nest she had had the whole weekend (she had a few pizzas from a few places). And the still water was lovely! Got a whole glass bottle that lasted me 3 days.

I past by in a hurry one day and the the restaurant looked so inviting I simply couldn’t resist. We were quickly and kindly greeted to our table where the waiter took over, Thomas I believe his name was, within a matter of seconds he had my daughter in fits of laughter and also learning crucial Italian 👍 The pizza we shared was napiletana & I was very impressed how quick and how tasty it was! Basically, if you are in Hove, i highly recommend popping for a authentic Italian experience.

Amazing gluten free pizza and fantastic service

My favourite pizza in Brighton by far. Fantastic staff (friendly, good humoured, generous, and courteous), incredible food and drink, and all for an extremely reasonable price. There’s a reason my family and I eat here roughly once a week. A firm favourite and if you haven’t checked it out yet, you should.

Always excellent and always a warm welcome every time we visit…. Hasn’t disappointed in many many visits. They know what they’re doing and do it consistently well.

Really lovely place that were friendly and charming! We went as a big party and food came out fast and fresh definitely recommend. The anchovy pizza was absolutely the winner.

It has been a truly beautiful experience, a Neapolitan pizzeria where I have been able to eat an authentic pizza, as if I were in Naples! The dough is made with mother yeast.

How dare you serve this left over filth.as you can see from the picture this basic leftovers that you call a pizza is not only a disgrace to my stomach, but a disgrace to Italy and pizza itself. How you can serve this to a customer with a sprinkle of leftover rubbish and charge people is beyond me. Luckily I'm starving and need food or I would bring this back like Bruce Willis stopped the fire sale in die hard 4. You should be ashamed of yourself and I'm sorry for not only you, but your entire company if this is the sort of filth you would serve the rats that you call customers. 2 scrappy basil leaves and leftover mouse poop isn't a pizza May God have mercy on your soul

Sam was a fantastic host and server for us. Food and atmosphere is always brilliant. Recommend the lasagne pizza and ensure to end with an amaro! Molto bene!

Ordered 3 pizzas over the telephone, admittedly there was a lot of noise ( background) in the restaurant , the lady said she could not hear me and put the telephone down, second attempt, again said I was breaking and put the telephone down. Third attempt was successful. As I live locally walked there, only 1 pizza ready. I mentioned to one of staff that there customers service was a lot to be desired , they apologised, My comment is not to criticise but help you improve your customer service.

Good atmosphere and great pizzas. Tried their pizza, calzone, chips and tiramisu. Booking recommended but they have a good amount of seating so walking in works too.

One of the best gluten free pizza

Unfortunately we didn't get to eat here. We booked a table, our table wasn't ready so we were asked to wait outside. 30 minutes after our booking we were told the table would be ready soon..... as we were very wind blown by then we left.

Great pizzas. No working toilets during our visit but didn't affect enjoyment of our meal.

Completed the rainbow 5k run at Hove Park back in August and had a voucher for a free pizza in the goody bag. Was not even aware of this place so first time visit. Really impressed, polite service and not rushed. Clean and neat restaurant. Had the marinara and mushroom truffle which we cut in half and had a bit of both, superb pizzas with a great base. We used to go to Purezza a lot but these were even better. Had a side of garlic and rosemary fries as well. Chilli mayo dip was great too and all dips vegan. Will come back for sure. Very happy tummy. Thanks 😊

A brilliant birthday meal out. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff.

Fatto a mano is our usual go to for family birthdays. We went there yesterday for our son’s 11th birthday. The pizzas were delicious, fluffy base and delicious toppings and the fries were out of this world. You may not think you need fries with pizza but the rosemary and garlic ones are delicious! The waiting staff are always very friendly and make the visit even more special. We’ll be back for the next family birthday!

Simply delicious! Great pizzas.

Fatto a Mano offers a variety of pizzas, but unfortunately, the quality doesn't match the promise. The pizzas tend to be quite sloppy, with toppings sliding off and the base lacking the crispness you'd expect. The presentation, flavours and texture leave much to be desired.

Amazing pizza, very good service, great location, amazing desert, I really recommend the fried pizza dough, it’s almost like sourdough churros, and a huge portion so great to share with someone else.

We took our son there for his birthday and Tommaso went above and beyond with his service. The manager greated us warmly when we arrived and the food was delivered hot and fast. Looking for an excuse to go back for the garlic and herb fries.

Wow It’s been a long time since we have been here. Post COVID it was a bit iffy but now these guys are killing it !
