It just seems to be game of luck here... 50% chance that the pizza is really good, however 50% chance that there will be an issue with your order, either you won't get the toppings you ordered, or there will be a hair or as last time, the pizza was completely burned on the bottom. Ordered few times from here but the quality is not consistent...

We loved the Bella Disgrazia promotion! (Free pizza if you bring a pineapple) it was fantastic; spicy and full of flavor. A great deal to enjoy before the end of March. We only had one small issue. The lasagna bites we ordered as a starter were a bit cold in the middle. Leaving that aside, a great experience!

I visited Fatto a Mano in Preston Circus for dinner recently, and had a spectacular meal out. First and foremost, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They’re friendly, attentive, and very accommodating - honestly they were all fantastic! The food was equally delicious. A few highlights include the incredible lasagne bites, which made lasagne even more delicious. Their special pineapple pizza was also absolutely sensational - it genuinely was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years. I’d heard good things about Fatto a Mano, and the rumours are true - it is amazing!

First, the service was impeccable, something that has to be highlighting in a great restaurant that makes an evening special. Pair that with great food and you have 2 solid reasons why you should go here haha! The pineapple pizza special was what drew me in, supporting local food banks too. Never did I expect pineapple to work so well on pizza, as someone who was undecided on Hawaiian. Spicy, sweet, salty and crispy, it worked so well with the cheese and they really have cracked it. Drinks were great too, as well as the ceaser salad which was the perfect addition to the meal - always with anchovies of course. I almost forgot, but the gelato and crust dips were insane as well. Highly recommend the cherry and choccy gelato and smoked garlic dip. Trust me! The service remained impeccable all night, giving me a great time and a night to remember. Value for money is insane for Brighton too, being stuffed for roughly £15 if the pizza does it for you. Get down here now, it’s fab!

Fatto a Mano lleva muchos años haciendo las mejores pizzas de Brighton (y Hove). Tienen un personal alegre y atento, utilizan deliciosos ingredientes italianos frescos, prestan atención a cada detalle y hacen pizzas napolitanas totalmente deliciosas (y algunos lados y postres realmente buenos). Por lo tanto, Preston Circus fue la opción obvia cuando necesité organizar un catering para un velatorio después del funeral en un lugar de arte independiente cercano. Pier, el gerente de Preston Circus, no batió un párpado cuando necesité diez pizzas entregadas a las 5 pm un viernes y él entregó a pie exactamente a tiempo. Estas pizzas fueron comidas en pocos minutos por los dolientes (en su mayoría jóvenes y todos muy hambrientos) de Brighton y el norte de Inglaterra. Cuando el primer lote fue devorado en instantes, otros diez fueron entregados por Pier en menos de 30 minutos, manteniendo a todos felices y hablando a pesar de la profunda tristeza del día. Tried for the first time about a month ago, just went for a classic Margherita to understand taste and quality of dough and I can honestly say as an Italian that I was really impressed with the freshness of the ingredients, the dough, the service and the location was spot on. Will definitely come back, grazie ragazzi!

Water tasted so weird, please at least run the tap. Got a ricotta and aubergine pizza, might aswell of just bought a tub of ricotta and the aubergine was barely visible. 12.5% automatic non-disclosed service charge for god knows what the venue is 5x5 feet. Don’t bother just go to papa johns at that point. Olives were best part… but one was gone off.

Excellent pizza with vegan options on the menu. I loved the artichoke, truffle and garlic mayo pizza. Also enjoyed their fries. Didn't drink but they do beers in collaboration with well known and regarded Brighton brewery Unbarred. Well worth a visit or collection (you can also get their pizza delivered to the nearby Unbarred Taproom).

Genuinely the best pizza I have ever tasted, and the elderflower spritz was phenomenal! We didn't book so ended up sat outside, but where super cosy under the heater and the staff where very friendly.

If you are a big fan of salt Fatto a Manno is the place for you. The two pizzas I've had in as many years were so salty it overwhelmed any pretence to flavour. The balls of fried lasagna are to be avoided at all costs.

Sam was an absolute superstar. He was attentive, informative and polite. Took our orders on time, delivered them with a smile, offered us suggestions that were spot on. Could not recommend a better place to dine in.

Will Terry successfully navigate home after an afternoon bender in the World's End? Where will Bill end up after his dramatic argument with Susie over who was supposed to buy milk? Entertainment is laid on for free at this lively pizzeria delivering an impressive bonus of a time machine to get back to the 80s: I started with a Campari Orange Spritz, and could have continued with an Aperol Spritz, but felt it was important to return to 2022 before causing a time paradox. Came for an evening meal. It was quiet so we easily got a seat. The staff serving us was very friendly and accommodating. The food came quickly and was tasty!

Great food and fantastic service as always

Delicious food with a good variety of choices of pizzas and other sides. We had five different pizzas and noone wanted to share theirs they were so good. Rosemary fries also ordered by two as sides. These were a hit too. Lovely, friendly service and we enjoyed the outdoor seating on a beautiful sunny (rare!) day. Recommended by all five guests.

A great place for a pizza. We went for a meal and a catch-up with our son and his partner to Fatto a Mano - their recommendation and weren't disappointed. An open kitchen is always a good feature and it was interesting to see the pizzas being prepared. Service was friendly and attentive and reassuringly accurate on food allergy issues. The only drawback as an older person was that the seats are quite hard and there's not a lot of elbow room. It was also busy and quite lively on our visit and it was sometimes difficult to hear each other. But the quality and taste of the pizza was really excellent and we look forward to our next visit.

Celebrated a birthday dinner, prebooked a table a week out. Service was amazing, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed Fatto a Mano’s other restaurants in Brighton and Hove. Seating is cosy, and the pizzas are simply the best Neapolitan pizzas you can get with thin bases and super puffy crusts. The special at the time was a unique pizza topped with mussels in collaboration with a seafood supplier in Devon - unique and delicious. We truly love Fatto a Mano!

Big shout out to the folks at Fatto a Mano Preston Circus. We are a traveling youth soccer team from Canada. We were on our way back to Brighton from a late game. We contacted the nice folks at Fatto a Mano and ordered 20 pizzas. They remained open beyond their closing time to allow us time to go by and pick up our pizzas. The pizzas were outstanding! Loved the pizza! One of the best I ever had. I had margherita with extra ricotta cheese. I was served pizza with smoked ricotta at first but waitress came back very soon and apologized for mistake. She returned with the right pizza just a few minutes later. Toilets were also very clean and I liked the atmosphere.

The venue is beautiful, very small but felt genuine, wasn't really noisy despite the small room, the temperature was also perfect even though it was warm outside and you sit in the same room as the kitchen. Staff were great, attentive but also gave us our space. Great menu choices and quick service. Option to take your leftovers home due to generous portions. Very delicious.

The taste of the pizza was very good and the price was very good, the potatoes were very fresh and good, I think it is a place to go if you come to Brightena.

We come here once every couple of weeks because the pizzas and service are consistently fantastic. The fries are the best fries in Brighton. They also now do a caesar salad which is delicious. I can't recommend this place enough.

Nice place where you can enjoy your time sitting inside or outside. Small menu what in my opinion equals to fresh ingredients, also the pizza dough was really good, we all really liked it, however I think the best part of it was the staff friendliness. The restaurant is located in a quiet area, so if you want to go out and chill a bit alone, with family or friends, I highly recommend it.

The service was lovely but the food was all a bit dull and not tasty or exciting. Starters were beige, croquettes were just mashed potato with nothing else to them, the chips were just chips. The pizzas were sloppy and wet, I think the problem is the tomato sauce, just seemed like tinned tomatoes slopped on. Overpriced for what it was. As for the criminal prices for the smallest coke and soft drinks you'll ever get, gobsmacked.

The first thing I noticed was that the staff are really friendly. We were greeted warmly and all the staff were welcoming. After we got our food, which were in great portions and delicious, the staff made sure we got everything we needed and were okay. Then when we were leaving all the staff said goodbye and they made the atmosphere very sociable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Located quite centrally, this restaurant boasts a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere with a friendly and welcoming staff. The food here is excellent. We tried their pizza, and it was incredibly tasty—truly authentic Italian flavors that delighted our taste buds. Overall, if you're looking for a centrally located spot with a great ambiance, friendly service, and delicious Italian food, this place ticks all the boxes!

The manager was excellent and noticed I was sitting next to my partner rather than across as we came late to dinner and restaurant was quiet. He pulled the neighbouring small table over so we could eat side by side when your food came. Cherry Bellini was great and the pizzas were done well. Note no reservations possible for groups under 6 (possibly just at weekends). Walk in only. Tiramisu was a little basic and more like cake, lacking the boozy soft bit which was a shame.

Great pizzas, the waitress who served us was very good but the older chap was a bit abrupt. I have never come across a pizzeria restaurant that doesn't offer Cappuccino! Apparently they only have small cups 😂 one of our party asked for a double espresso, but was advised the cups weren't even large enough for that...strange bearing in mind the espresso cup was barely half full, when a single was ordered...perhaps they could invest in some larger cups!

Pizza as it ought to be done. We went on a Saturday late afternoon and had ample seating options. Is nice and cosy inside with a clear view of the kitchen. Service is courteous and efficient. Pizzas were fantastic and we ended up over eating with no space for the lovely tiramisu we spotted on the other table. Clean toilets. Back soon

Amazing Italian spot in England!!!

The pizza here is the best, so nice and so are the sides. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, really accommodating with allergies too and made my partner with a nut allergy feel rest assured. Love this place and definitely recommend!

Came here recently and had a great experience. Great service, quick and very friendly. The food was also great and a decent selection of beers & wines. The is a nice cosy atmosphere inside and an outside area which is out of the way from the main road. Definity recommend if ever looking for some good, and affordable comfort food.

The pizza I had was exceptionally delicious, instantly transporting me back to the charming streets of Italy. Each bite was a flavorful journey, with the perfect blend of ingredients and a crust that was both crispy and tender. The aroma alone was reminiscent of the cozy pizzerias in Firenze, where I had some of the best pizzas of my life. The cheese was rich and creamy, and the tomato sauce had a delightful tanginess. It was a culinary experience that awakened my taste buds and filled me with nostalgia for the authentic Italian flavors. A truly memorable pizza that I won't soon forget.

Not a bad pizza, but not the best Neapolitan in London by far. Tomato sauce quite acid. Ricotta and Aubergine pizza tasted quite good but there is much better in London to be honest. The tastiest thing I had was the Bionda beer.

Had take out. Have no idea how people think this is good pizza. Tastes bad (too sweet too burnt) and in no way authentic to Italy. Way better pizza available in Brighton.
