Unacceptable service - we walked out. While the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was so poor we ended up leaving. We waited to be seated, but were completely ignored by the staff. After seating ourselves, a waiter with a ponytail rudely demanded we move to a smaller table (the same we kept smiling to while waiting to get a "ill be with you in a second"). His dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were shocking. It's clear customer service isn't his priority, and we won't be returning.

Great pizza, pity there are no other options other than pizza on the menu,but it is what it is

Another fantastic evening at Pizza Pilgrims, food and service incredible and good value for money. The gluten free bases are amazing (but they warn about cross contamination for coeliacs so bare this in mind). Our server Maisie U was lovely, really friendly and knowledgable about gluten free. What a great place nice atmosphere and especially with all the football scarfs downstairs and obviously the pitch itself one of a kind restaurant all the staff were happy to help and a proper authentic Italian pizza definitely reccomend

I recently visited and I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the toppings were fresh and generous. Every bite was delicious and I couldn't get enough! Our server, Brandon, really made the experience special. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. His recommendations were spot-on, and he genuinely made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning for more of their amazing pizza and desserts!

First time having authentic pizza in a very long time and this place did not disappoint! Me and my partner were simply blown away with the quality (and quantity!) of our food and the service. Our server was Maisie U and she could not have done a better job! Absolutely amazing all around.

Great atmosphere. I hadn’t been before so was pleasantly surprised at how nice the interior was. It’s a great vibe with a really nice table set up etc. Pizza is very nice and good value, as are the drinks. The cherry soda was great, in particular. Shoutout to our server, Maisie, and the others who took our orders and checked in on us along the way.

Pizza very disappointed. We ordered pizza mushroom . In total pizza witouth taste , bottom not enough . Service - grumpy

Nice vibe and delicious pizzas..our waitress Vicky greeted us in a very friendly manner..she offered extras once we’d ordered so she’s been trained well. Attentive throughout but the nicest thing the restaurant offered was I asked if I could order a pizza for the homeless guy outside which I did. I did ask him if he’d like to sit at the table but he declined so I took it to him in a takeaway box.. and then the restaurant said no charge for his pizza!! Such a kind kind gesture.. thank you

Brought my girlfriend down to Brighton for her birthday and had an amazing experience at pizza pilgrims. Fantastic food, amazing atmosphere. Authentic Neapolitan pizza (with a few liberties taken on the menu). The manager who served us made us feel very welcome and was super friendly. I think her name was Maisie? Sorry if I'm getting that wrong, I know she's a Scorpio at least (same as my girlfriend)

One of my favourite pizza places - the 8 cheese pizza is a must have. It may sound a bit too much cheese, but trust me as a cheese lover: it just works. The place is cozy and the price is fair. Service is always on point - big shout out to Vicky for the great service!

We booked a table last week to visit the pizzeria today. It was sometime before we were able to place our order. The lemonade ordered wasn't actually lemonade, it's elderflower cordial and extremely sickly sweet. The replacement bottled orange drink was also very sweet. The table water we ordered didn't arrive until we made a second request. Initially the incorrect pizza was delivered to our table. There wasn't much of an alternative for non pizza dinners. The Fonzies were out of stock, unfortunately , these were the only things that would probably have made up for the poor experience. We have visited the Pizza Pilgrims in Waterloo a number of times, their service has always been great, it's a shame Brighton fell short today 🥺🥺🥺

We came here for a meal on Wednesday evening as it had quite good reviews, the food was fine , however within less than 45 minutes we kept being pestered by numerous staff members telling us we must leave as the table was required for another booking and we were made to feel very uncomfortable, when the manager came over to us he was less than helpful and just gave us a business card with an email address on it to make a complaint ! I understand restaurants have bookings but this one needs to manage them better as they could have warned us before sitting down that we could only have the table for a certain amount of time. Disgusting customer service please avoid this place if you want to stay longer than an hour !

Pizzaaaa!!!! A very well decorated place as if you were in Naples, Our experience begins with a friendly waitress, who helped us throughout and advised us. Then we ordered a mixed fruit as a starter and two pizzas to share, which we thought would be little but it was enough for 4 people. We also ordered two sodas that were very good, I must highlight that the amarena one was better than the peach one. The pizzas one with burrata and pesto And the other was vegetables since we had a diner who had some dietary restriction. The pesto pizza with burrata is very good, and the vegetable one too but with an excessive amount of spinach that added bitterness to the pizza, the dough was very good, the varied starters were delicious starting with the fried cheese, a fried spaghetti ball , and fried vegetables also with a very good sauce. The experience was very nice since the place is small but very cozy.

Well laid out, we loved the benches and booths made from upholstered palets! Good facilities for groups with young kids, including high chairs and a baby changing table in the accessible loo.

Incredible pizza as usual, as a fan of 4 cheese pizza and not having come to Pizza Pilgrims since the lockdown, I was delighted at the 8 cheese pizza and it tasted even better than I expected! Vicky, our hostess, was absolutely amazing, making sure we had everything we needed and being kind all around to us and our daughter! Massive thanks Vicky!

Food its usual deliciousness, what made it better than usual was the brilliant service from Shifa. Shifa made our two kids feel incredibly welcomed and special and nothing was too much of a problem. Her suggestions on the menu items was spot on too. Really pleased we made an impulsive midweek trip. Thanks Shiva and Pilgrims, we’ll definitely be back again.
