Primera visita a The Lewes Road Inn y lo que un hallazgo! Desde la primera llamada telefónica para realizar la consulta inicial para reservar la mesa el servicio de atención al cliente fue ejemplar. Gran pub con un montón de ambiente y gran ambiente. Tuvimos la suerte de unirnos cuando había música en vivo, ambas bandas eran grandes de diferentes tipos de música. El pub es diverso e inclusivo dando la bienvenida a todos de todas las edades, desde bebés hasta OAPs e incluso sus perros! Tuvimos la cena asada, el vientre de cerdo y el cordero y tenemos que decir que este debe ser uno de los mejores asados que hemos tenido! La presentación fue increíblemente buena y sabían aún mejor! El servicio fue atento, amable y divertido. Tienen noches temáticas, cócteles y helados! La única desventaja, que es común en Brighton, es el aparcamiento. La mayor parte del área está permitida, solo, pero con un poco de búsqueda, puede encontrar un espacio en las carreteras laterales cercanas. Es una aplicación de pago, y definitivamente vale la pena el esfuerzo para disfrutar de este pub. Chef, su comida es increíble — si pudiéramos sugerir una pequeña mejora, sería añadir chirivías al asado! : - ) Haz el esfuerzo de visitar no te decepcionará!

Gran desayuno a un precio razonable. He desayunado en la mayoría de los lugares de la zona y este es el mejor por mucho. Gran selección.

No había ido a este pub antes, le habían dicho que había terminado y Russell Tisbury se hizo cargo de la comida. Así que tuve que ir a asar y fue el asado más sabroso. Había una banda en vivo allí hoy, así que nos sentamos fuera para comer, ya que era demasiado fuerte dentro para charlar, pero el pub tiene un gran ambiente, estaba lleno y el personal era tan amable y acogedor. Sin duda lo recomiendo. No fue fácil aparcar, pero vale la pena encontrar un espacio para luego ir a disfrutar de su tiempo en este pub con algo de comida y bebida. Excelente asado de domingo desde un pub bien dirigido con algo para todos! Bien vale la pena estar corto viaje en autobús fuera del centro. Buena selección de cerveza real y bien cuidado

Honestly the best roast in the whole fo Brighton! Lovely mix of customers, families, students and locals. Live music, ice cream truck and great garden!

Absolutely exceptional Sunday roast. Roast topside of beef cooked perfectly, decent roasties and a massive Yorkshire pudding, all coupled with roasted beetroot and carrots and red and white cabbage.and plenty of gravy. Excellently seasoned. Visited as our son lives nearby and had recommended, he wasn't wrong! Looking forward to next visit to Brighton just so we can enjoy again!

I highly recommend this venue. We organised a wake and when I arrived the venue the day before to confirm the details, we had apparently booked the wrong day in error. James was amazing and quickly organised everything, including food, drinks and staff for the following day. On the day everything went to plan. The service including food was great. Thank you very much to James and the team for making our day special.

Amazing Sunday roast in the garden with a large group of friends. Great service, friendly staff - massive portions! First Sunday of the month they have live music which was great, the pub was heaving & had a fabulous atmosphere. Definitely recommend & am spreading the word.........

Great new menu. Had the Korean ribs. Very tasty and a good sized portion. Served by the lovely Conner. Also discovered they do Black Cow Vodka. So am a really happy bunny now.

Not that long ago this was a sketchy pub. One of those ones that you wouldn't set foot in. I'm glad to report that a change of management and a complete refit have turned this into one of the best family friendly pubs in the area. Good food, great decor, friendly staff, and some unusual additions, such as frozen margarita, and a full Ice cream stall, make this a must visit place. It also has a good sized outdoor space, front and back. It would be nice to see a bit more craft beer on the taps but they do have some more commercial ales on such as Brewdog and Camden. Very happy to see this venue finally come to life, long may it continue.
