The best restaurants serving Italian food in North West

I ordered a pizza that wasn’t quite to my taste, and although I didn’t say anything, the staff noticed and checked in with me. When I told them, they were incredibly understanding—took it off the bill and even gave me a complimentary carbonara, which was delicious! The service was thoughtful and genuinely caring, which is why I’m giving five stars.

Overall this was a lovely meal. Food reasonably priced for the quality. Staff very friendly.

my bartender was john. he was lovely, full of charisma and attentive would definitely come again. staff were lovely and gosh that garlic bread half and half was delectable. would recommend. we had mock-tails and it taste JUST like the real thing not like a kiddy drink. loved it.

This was my second visit. My first visit was with my son and was exceptional which is why I returned with my grandson. We both had steak and were then given vegetables, just a few of each, less than a handful . I expected the vegetable's to be left on the table but they were taken away. The lady next to us was treated like royalty and inundated with veg while her husband watched. It seems like we were treated very, very differently because we did not have an adult male present.

Beautiful pizzas and cheese garlic bread, lemon roulade was stunning, service was so friendly, will definitely be back

First visit to the restaurant and it won’t be our last, the staff are lovely, like to have a laugh and a joke and the food is the best I have ever tasted, great value for money!

Everyone loved the food and the staff were so catering to different dietary needs. Wonderful time, lovely atmosphere and they went above any beyond

Waited 5 minutes garlic bread arrived then after that meal came the mains.Filled with laughter nice place waiters kind. Recommended

What a lovely authentic Italian restaurant with great food and such lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening there with our Belgian friends, who were equally impressed. Thank you so much.

We got a walk in at the bar on bank holiday weekend. Despite being at the bar our service was brilliant. I have a severe peanut allergy and this was taken very seriously by staff which made my dining experience great. We really enjoyed.

The restaurant was relatively busy but the waiters told us that we could stay only for 1 hour as it was fully booked. We realised that this was not the case. The restaurant was 50% busy and was even less occupied when we let. The waiters happened to be in a. Extremely bad mood, and this can happen to any of us. Life can be hard.
