The best restaurants serving Italian food in North East

Tuve una risa con el camarero cuando me di cuenta de sándwich de dedos fijos y patatas fritas en el menú indicando que me llevó de vuelta a mi infancia cuando me di cuenta. . . el camarero lo recomendó encarecidamente diciéndome los dedos fijos que somos enormes así sucesivamente es recomendación que lo pedí. . . . básicamente eran dos rayas de pescado rebozado no dedos de pescado desafortunadamente la masa estaba empapada en aceite y no comestible, el camarero vino preguntando sobre el medio al que dije gran chip butty ya que había quitado el pescado y me hice un sándwich de patatas fritas. Se ofreció a hacerme otra, pero no lo siento, ya había decidido no la comida para mí ... en la caja, ninguna oferta de un precio reducido ni nada tbh ... me pagó la cuenta y se fue para nunca volver ...

Great value, friendly service. Love the variety on the specials board. The Greek salad starter is a meal on its own! The vegetables served with the main,meals are fantastic.

The absolute best ice cream that has ever existed. Every time I’m back in Newcastle I have to go get this ice cream because it is just so delicious. Got there as the shop was about to close and the lovely lady behind the till let us get served which I really appreciated. 10/10 shop.

Lovely cosy café with a very welcoming atmosphere, my mew favourite café in Cullercoats. Very friendly staff and delicious coffee too.

The food was tasty but only warm on arrival and the veg undercooked for my preference.

They obviously don’t have a clue about getting food to you in good time. The manager was rude and dismissive. Don’t go there.

We held mother in law funeral wake here.Chips were freezing,poor service at bar,long wait,glasses not collected guests were clearing tables,celabratery drink not on time.Mens toilet atrocious ,no roll holder ,floors soaking wet obviously not being attended enough to clean.I used to go when it was simonside arms,better then give it a miss....keith wilkinson

Ordered and paid for, that not was delivered, rang and asked why, " that is what you ordered" No it was not, lady on end of phone hung up.

Amazing service, very attentive and made it an amazing experience. Our server Lucy made it such a brilliant experience and we will be coming again

Fantastic smoked pizza’s prepared while you wait, all fresh produce. A bit on the expensive side but well worth the extra cost

Ordered a meal box on their website on Sunday night and it stated delivery time from our nearest takeaway was 60 mins or we could collect in 20. Opted to pay for delivery, however 90 mins passed and still no food, so we called them to chase up our order and was told it was on its way. When the meal box finally arrived the kebab meat was cold, the beef topped fries were cold and the burgers themselves were both luke warm at best Considering how much we spent on this meal it was disappointing given all the hype on social media. Granted the burger was nice it's a negative experience we wouldn't wish to go through again and unfortunately would not recommend Craft Burger.

Used to order at least once a week as loved the food but the last 3/4 times we’ve tried to order we have rang none stop for over half an hour but call fails and comes up “caller busy” as if phone has been taken of the hook. At first we just put it down to them being busy as it often took a while to get through but became ridiculous after a few times. Tried to order tonight and started ringing at 8:05 and rang over 200 times and didn’t manage to get through before they shut. When I messaged last week to ask if they were having issues with their phone they never even bothered to reply. Such a shame as like I say we love the food but don’t think we will bother trying anymore, how they make money to stay open or surprising when they can’t even answer the phone.

the chicken tikka kebab was gorgeous large pieces of fresh chargrilled chicken moist and tasty also oh had hawaian pizza also delicious fast delivery too .

Me encanta la comida aquí, todo sabía increíble y todos son súper agradables y serviciales, especialmente Roberto que hizo nuestra experiencia aún mejor 🫶🏼
