Excellent experience here, food was fantastic - really tasty, and authentically Italian. Pasta makes up the bulk of the main course offer and my dish was as good as any pasta dish I’ve had. Great range of Italian wines too, plus some excellent cocktails. Service was friendly and swift and the restaurant well kept with a nice, contemporary design. In addition to the inside space, Terra Terra has a rooftop dining area with a retractable roof, though this wasn’t offered as an option on my midweek lunchtime visit. Highly recommended.

AVOID, awful place. The food was bland and not nice at all, my arancina was burnt on the outside and cold on the inside, very unpleasant. The icing on the cake is how rude the staff is, when I requested the service charge to be removed (service was not nice and unfriendly) the member of staff argued and refused to remove despite me asking at least 5 times and explaining that it is discretionary and NOT compulsory as per the law (eventually was removed). Very unpleasant experience.

Great food and charming staff, we had a really enjoyable evening, For some reason we had not tried this restaurant before but glad we finally did. As well as the normal menu there were also very interesting specials. We had fish stew from the menu and a risotto from the specials and would order them again! Reasonably priced for the standard of food and good atmosphere. We are really looking forward to a return visit.

I used to love this restaurant, it was super busy and loud and fun. Service could be chaotic but always friendly and ultimately good. When I visited last week it was pretty quiet and remained so. The food was ok, it does feel like it’s not as good anymore. Maybe that’s because other, better places have opened but maybe it also is the quality of the food. Service was sketchy. We ordered desserts and they never came after 45 minutes so we gave up. We couldn’t attract a server to find out where they were. They do seem to do a decent take away business so their attention was on that. I think mostly it feels like it’s a takeaway that has tables these days. I asked for the bill and after 30 minutes nobody had come to take the payment. We had no drinks or food and were keen to get away as we’d been stuck in this little place for nearly 3 hours waiting over an hour for desserts that never came and to pay. I got up and asked to pay and was told it was cash only. I said quite worriedly that I only had my phone on me, I didn’t know that they didn’t accept cash. I was told quite bluntly that there’s a sign on the door and I should have read it. I didn’t notice it, nor did the two friends I’d met. I was told I could transfer by bank if I really couldn’t get cash so I did a bank transfer. I was told that I couldn’t leave until I’d proven I’d paid. I said I didn’t want to show them my bank account and a little guy started making noises behind me, punching his other hand, clearly in a threatening way. I showed them only the transaction I’d made and was allowed to leave. I said the service was terrible and that they should have told me it was cash only when I sat down. I was told I should be able to read. I said I’d ordered desserts that never came and was told that the waiter had left work and I should have chased them. I said that I’d had to wait over 30 minutes to pay and was told “you’ve been here 3 hours it can’t have been that bad”. I said I’d wanted to leave nearly 90 minutes ago but had been waiting for desserts that never arrived and to pay, the waitress became quite angry and was shouting at me to get out. So I did, quite happily. In all honesty the waitress seemed imbalanced and incapable of understanding why this had been a bad experience. I left and said all that they had to do was apologise for the bad service and she started shouting again. I promised to never return. Dreadful and quite scary.

The location was great however the food was very average across 5/6 different tapas, the pizza might have been better but we didn't try it. The bill came to 80 pounds with 5-6 tapas & 2 Apperol Spritz. The drinks were actually good but I could eat the same amount of food which would be better for 50-60 pounds in central London.

I had been here before but it had been a couple of years and never for lunch time. I was very impressed with it the first time, so I was hoping this time would be the same. I happy to say nothing had changed. Now you need to understand I come from a family of chefs so I tend to be a food snob. All seasoning was perfect, a creative menu, complimenting flavors and a menu that changes every 2 weeks. There is not one negative comment I could give about anything I ordered. It was perfect.

Small local pizza and pasta restaurant. Friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Often have deals on food or drink. Good value and good food.
