The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

Paramos aquí espontáneamente, pensando originalmente que era un restaurante francés. Estábamos buscando un buen lugar para tomar el almuerzo después de caminar toda la mañana. Este lugar nos llamó la atención dada su ubicación en la esquina de la calle, y me alegro de haberlo intentado. El ambiente era muy elegante pero relajado. Hay un montón de asientos al aire libre que era perfecto para el día soleado. En realidad se sentía mucho más brillante y aireado de lo que parece en las fotos desde que estábamos sentados junto a las ventanas. Pedimos la trufa fetichínica, lasaña y una pizza clásica. Todos los platos eran excelentes y estaban perfectamente raciones. Me sorprende ver tantas críticas negativas. Por supuesto, visitamos el pasado mes de abril y ahora estoy poniéndome al día con las críticas, pero por lo que recuerdo, tuvimos una experiencia positiva en general. Volvería la próxima vez que estemos en Londres.

The worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been too. Myself and friends had a booking at this restaurant for a bottomless brunch. I am a coeliac so I rang up in advance to see what my food options were, to be told there wasn’t any over the phone, to then they finally said they could to a toast option. Once we got to the restaurant we put in our food order within the first 10 mins of our reservation. We were told they had run out of most of the options on the menu, even though it was 5pm on a Saturday. An hour and a half into the reservation we still hadn’t received our food, we asked the waiter why it was taking so long and that we simply couldn’t drink anymore of the alcohol as we hadn’t eaten (we were also told the bottles we hadn’t finished would be taken away at 7). At 6:55, 5 minutes before the end of our reservation we were told they needed the table and we were to pay the bill including the food that we still had NOT received. After complaining about the wait we were given a not so generous 20 minutes to eat our food and leave. They did knock money off the bill, but to say we were disappointed was an understatement, and the food was awful. This is not suitable for people with allergens at all, in 2023 it’s shocking that the only option I was offered is toast. It is not good enough that a ‘restaurant’ cannot cater to food allergies. Do not recommend!

I visited this place with friends a few Saturdays ago. Also I tried the Chiswick pizzeria before and I was confident that the experience would have been the same also in Richmond branch. I was clearly wrong. Starters were ridiculous both in terms of portions and price. Almost £ 5 for “invisible crocchette” . Maybe we had high expectations as Restaurant Manager or person in charge described these as “generous”. Clearly a different perception. Pizza dough is excellent and worth it the awards and feedback you can read about it. However we were not convinced about quality of all ingredients. Ham not impeccable for sure. The above opinions are personal and I accept they can be questionable. What I cannot accept the service level we came across. Cold welcome, and lack of attention. Drinks instead not cold as they should be. The highlight of the night was the pizza serving. It was five us and we received our pizzas one by one with a minute or two and even three of waiting. This means that by the time the last one received his pizza, the first one was over half way through (not to say almost ate all pizza). Not sure what happened, and we could even understand operational issues. Not a big deal of course. Although I hardly can recall any similar episode in another pizzeria. Person in charge realised this and never apologised or gave an explanation we would have accepted without problems. He only keep asking if everything was ok till we left. Well, let me tell you that is not professional and at the end we left with the perception that maybe we were stupid, or so we were treated. Or better, as people to bring money in rather than customers. Embarrassing.

Pizza was edible but the risotto with mushrooms and the garlic bread were unedited, the garlic bread was warm but not cooked and when I asked for a cooked garlic bread they said it will burn? And the risotto was a sloppy mess and tasteless when I didn't eat it and sent a full plate of food back they didn't even question it, the staff were more interested in play fighting like children, discussing place for Leicester Square

Gran alcohol local, agradables asientos al aire libre, consiguió el pie cuando está encendido, consiguió la calefacción exterior, consiguió las pizzas y una pinta decente. Malditamente encantador

¡Un súper brunch! Disfrutamos de un brunch turco vegetariano lleno con un colorido plato de Serpme y deliciosos Menemen, té turco, café turco y batidos. Las acogedoras instalaciones limpias, el ambiente atractivo, el cálido personal servicial y la relación calidad-precio añadido a la experiencia positiva. Me alegra que los visitantes a pesar de algunos comentarios negativos de 2023

Restaurante muy ocupado y ruidoso. La comida era pobre, porciones muy pequeñas. Sobreprecio y no relación calidad-precio. Muy decepcionante. No volveremos.

The attitude of the lady on the desk was extremely rude. Totally ruined our dinner with friends.

Very bad experience. Got food poisoned, vomitted everything out in the middle if the night and went sleepless with heavy gastric issues. Ordered Tandoori Chicken and Chicken TIkka Masala. Tandoori Chicken wasnt any great with soggy masala, just pasted red in color. Chicken Tikka masala was SUGAR SYRUP! They advertise one thing and what arrives is not 1% matching to it. I never had such a pathetic experience from any shops so far. There should be some food quality inspections done for these kind of shops.

This was our first day at wild wood.And we do have to say, it was not the best.The burgers were over-cooked,crispy and far too big for a kid's burger compared to the kid's spaghetti that were way too small and not to mention that the chips gave me integestion. I was not surprised that the hygiene rating was 5 stars as the toilets were really nice.There was this one waitress who was unlike the others and her name was Molly.If Molly is there, your day is sure to stand out unlike the others.

LA COMIDA NUNCA LLEGA NADIE CONTESTAR TELÉFONO CAL: Sólo es una broma que toman el dinero, pero no contestan a la llamada telefónica usless serivce no pedir de ellos!

Si bien la decoración y el servicio fue brillante, no se puede decir lo mismo de la comida. Después de que primero me sirvieran huevos escalfados demasiado cocidos que eran tan duros como el cuero, luego tuve que esperar otros 15 minutos para que llegara un reemplazo (con mis amigos ya terminando sus comidas). Una vez que llegaron los nuevos huevos, estaban completamente crudos, con glóbulos de claras de huevo sin cocer flotando alrededor del plato. Si el chef no puede cocinar con éxito un huevo, el restaurante no debe servir el brunch.

The name means ‘No trouble - no problems’ - what an irony!! Booked two weeks beforehand for cocktails, dinner and drinks for 10 of us. Confirmed the day before. Despite this the waiter told us he had no idea we were coming, and was very off-hand, saying ‘well it’s not busy so what’s the problem?’. He was right, it wasn’t busy - just two female customers. He asked me what we’d expect him to have done if he had known we were coming… I suggested a table prepared for us and a warmish welcome. We certainly didn’t feel welcome. Once we sat down, we asked politely if he could turn the music down a little and he said ‘no, this is how it is’. I asked again if he could kindly turn it down a little given that there was no one else in there, and he pointed to the two women and asked if I could see them. Because he was so unpleasant, we left at that stage, without ordering anything and had a brilliant meal and fabulous fun evening at the Iranian restaurant next door which I would highly recommend! Passing by hours later, only the same two women were in Hakuna Matata! That waiter’s attitude to us was absolutely appalling and when I wrote to let the owner know about the business he’d missed out on, his reply was very lacklustre, he didn’t seem bothered. Perhaps their main business there isn’t cocktails, dinner or drinks… ? avoid avoid avoid!!
