Zizi in Hammersmith and Fulham

Extremely Busy. Staff Unfriendly. Felt rushed. Back of chair constantly knocked by waiters. Food came at separate times. Calamari uncooked. Had to ask for chips many times. When paying the bill the waiter was talking to other staff members nit taking any notice of us. I won't a letter of complaint and was advised by email I would hear back from the Operations Manager Alex - but guess ehat - NOT even received a reply from him after sending a 2nd email. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible staff. I certainly would not recommend Zizi that's for sure.

My first time in London. The service was sub-par. The staff are racist. This is not a recommended location for anyone who is not white skinned colored and if you are American avoid at all costs. Especially Black Americans. We sat for 30 minutes no drinks, no silverware, no anything. We observed 2 tables receive their food and pay their check. The male and female servers and appeared to know exactly what they were doing as they avoided our tables. The tables that came in after us also received service and placed orders. Best part about it is there is no need to leave a tip. DO NOT GO HERE.

Food was lovely but the service left a lot to be desired, the time we waited between courses was not acceptable and was disappointing.

It wasn’t bad the food was slightly cold and we waited for over 20 minutes for drinks so the service was slow only saw 2 chiefs working in a very busy kitchen and the waiters were chatting about and not helping

Um restaurante q considerava uma boa referência, presentemente menos apelativo, a comida já n possui o cuidado anteriormente demonstrado

I am very disappointed this could’ve been much better. I went with a group of seven and we ordered Two starters and seven mains. The two starters were wrong and two of the mains were wrong. We got the wrong calozany we were already unimpressed with this, but to just top it off we had to spend about 20 minutes trying to pay the bill we had more than enough money on our cards, but the card reader wasn’t working. Therefore we had to wait for 20 minutes. I am not impressed and will be going to a different restaurant like PizzaExpress. if you would like to wait 20 minutes to pay the bill then I would definitely advise going and not even getting the right food..

EXcelente ambiente e bastante concorrido. O atendimento é de primeira linha. Todos os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos. A pizza e os demais pratos que pedimos, que foi calzoni e sucos são de primeira linha e tudo não é caro. valeu demais a experiência nesse lugar. Voltaremos com certeza.

Took my family out for a meal. Veronica at Zizi Strand took really good care of us. She knew all the details about the dishes we ordered and was very helpful, attentive while remaining very professional. She made our evening. Restaurant was quite busy so... Good job, good luck and keep it up! Regards

Very nice food, the place was a bit busy so the food took longer than expected but was worth the wait, pizzas are delicious and drinks very tasty too

Came yesterday for a dinner, staff was lovely and all of them were very helpful, food was delicious.j

Stopped here for dinner last night after taking the children to the Theatre in London. The service was great and the food arrived very quickly. We ordered a Pizza and 3 pasta dishes, all of which were absolutely delicious. During the course of our meal I noticed that the glass my son was drinking from had a very large crack in it so at the same time as asking for the Bill l I mentioned this to the waitress, just so the glass could be disposed of safely rather than it be washed and end up back on someone else's table. When the Bill arrived, a 25% discount had been applied to it as compensation for the cracked glass. We certainly hadn't expected this, as it was only mentioned to the waitress for safety reasons and certainly not as a complaint as 'these things happen'. However, we thought this was such a lovely gesture and even the Manager himself came over and apologised. Cannot fault anything about this place, Service was excellent, Food was excellent, and we will most certainly go back next time we're there. If only our local Zizi's were as good, it could certainly learn a lot from the Stratford branch.

Yesterday I booked a table for me and my girlfriend at Zizi Greenwich(cutty sark) . We arrived at that time , happy to finally be with my girlfriend . The place wasn’t busy at all, just one table was occupied . We ordered , starters , bruschetta , olives and garlic bread. Mains spaghetti chorizo carbonara and pepperoni pizza. We asked to get the starters first as normal followed by mains. We’ve got the starters but disappointed by bruschetta , the bread was soggy , the tomato tasteless (probably cooked in the morning) and the garlic was non existent( I’m a sous chef so I know how a proper bruschetta should be) I was still eating my garlic bread when the waiter ( a female) came with the mains. I’ve told her we are not ready! Even tho wasn’t busy, don’t know why they start cooking the mains when was clearly that we didn’t finish with the starters. It’s an open kitchen so they could clearly see that we were still eating! They got the mains back and left it by the oven. The chefs were sitting on top of the cooking area, haven’t seen any of them sanitising the area after sitting in there! A female chef getting the spaghetti with bare hands to prepare it, no hygiene whatsoever . We’ve got the mains, pizza was dry cos was prepped too early and left by the oven, spaghetti full of oil, the chorizo just wasn’t there at all! They ruin our meal! We felt rushed even tho was empty ! We left really disappointed !

Visited here in July with family. We were first served by one of the mangers who decided to place us at the back of the restaurant up a flight of stairs although we came with two buggies. Restaurant wasn’t busy so we could of been placed somewhere more practical. Everyone around us received their food before ours even thought we arrived and ordered atleast 15 minutes before then. Drinks came after our food . Our order was messed up the manger gave our food to another table, then brought us the wrong food. Never once did we receive an apology. The attitude and the facial expressions on the manger made us feel uncomfortable and like we was an inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend. Some empathy and apology go along way.

My wife and I visited this restaurant as part of our trip to London for our anniversary. It was midday on a sunny Sunday 20th. We were warmly welcomed despite these strange times. We given a table next to the water in a great spot. We were given great service by the friendly staff and our main waiter who referred to himself as the bald one was very good. Was a great treat to end our special weekend.

I was today 20/9/2020, in the restaurant in paddington, I asked the staff with pink t shirt about table outside, and she replay very rude "they are people waiting by the entrance", by my sorprise no one was waiting outside and many tables empty, you lost a customer

Make sure to read small print in the menu and carefully check your bill. They do overcharge. Service is not great either.

Used for friends reunion today. All happy with location and ambiance, plus choice of food. Social distance well maintained.

We loved our visit here, it’s one of our favourites. We definitely recommend. We had the coupon for 20% off so was a lovely meal for the price.

I was not impressed with the caramelized onions on my pizza. I could taste the granules of sugar and that was not a good taste.

I was absolutely delighted with the service at this restaurant, the staff were very attentive and the food was fresh and very delicious. I was very I was pleasantly surprised by the decor which was a very inviting

I greatly enjoyed my meal at Zizi in Stratford. A very enjoyable experience with tasty food and pleasant staff.

Usual Zizi restaurant chain style! Top floor restaurant, a bit more quite than the rest of the shopping mall! Food is ok and the staff is wonderful!

We went here once for dessert when the snooty (empty) restaurant at the other end of the little street wouldn’t let us sit at a table for less than a full lunch. We came back for a lovely spaghetti dinner. Try the house garlic bread!

Decided to use some of the Tesco vouchers. Mains were held under the hot plate far too long and average and the side of green beans boiled to death. Waitress pleasant and offered to swap them out. It is all too late and makes the...

Great place with wonderfully done up restaurant and great interiors. Food was good and fresh but very bland for Indians, the restaurant weren’t able to spice it up. Moreover, some of the pizza combinations have gone wrong on the menu.

Has pretty extensive gluten free menu for an Italian restaurant. Reasonably priced but little slow service.
