Service was good and staff was attentive however tables were very close together so you can feel a bit claustrophobic when they are starting to get busy. £25.60 per person for all you can eat where you have 1 hour to order and 1.5 hours to eat - half of that time being spent just waiting on food as it is not pre-cooked, which doesn’t leave you with much time to be able to eat. The menu had a wide range of choices however for the nicer foods you had to pay extra. Overall it was nice to try however I wouldn’t return to the area just to go again.

Disappointing. We have been here before and we had enjoyed the food and service. This time we waited more than one hour for the mains. We had to complain because no one came to us to excuse or to explain what was happening. Then the disapointment was even biggee because the food was tasteless. So, bad service and bad food for too much money.

Tried the stuffed squid, a vegetable salad, and the tiramisu at Luce e Limoni. The squid was decent but lacked seasoning, while the salad was fresh but unremarkable. The tiramisu, however, was the highlight—rich, creamy, and well-balanced.

I recently visited this location and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and the waiters ,both Medina and Vishnu, were friendly, attentive, and professional. Not to mention, the pizza was delicious. Overall the great food paired with excellent service makes this spot well worth a visit!

5+ minute wait for table to be set-up (had a booking. Extremely hot, condensation on all the windows. Service was very good and pleasant considering how busy the place was. No complaints about food or drinks. I was down from Scotland for belated Annfield birthday tour and to scatter some of my late wife's ashes on the 'Dock'. Lynn had been treated at St Paul's, Royal Liverpool over 3 years. So this meal finished off a hectic 2 days. I would return to the Gusto and thanks to Liverpool for your usual warm welcome 🙏

Booked online for our tea before we went across the road to the theatre, glad we did as the place was heaving with queues outside for walk-ins, we were seated and served drinks quickly and ordered 2 starters which again were pretty quick to come and very flavoursome too. Our mains were nice too and again plenty of flavour in them, the staff were great, very busy but still attentive to their diners. The only downside that stops this being 5 stars is how crowded the place was, yes it was a busy Saturday evening but the tables were so close together it made moving around and going to the toilet etc quite a challenge, people having to literally stand up to let their next table get out. Obviously i realise it probably won't always be that busy and the restaurant needs to maximise their footfall etc but i ust thought it was a little bit cramped to fully enjoy the experience. We will use it again though if were watching a show that way.

Went there couple of days ago for iftar. Ordered Nihari and lamb karahi. Lamb karahi was on the bone but full of bones and nihari was real disappointment too much spicy and shank was covered with 20g fat which i have never experienced before. But staff was welcoming and they told me nihari is our famous dish here. they really need to work on nihari i must say.

Lori has served us twice now in this branch and for both occasions she has been extremely patient and accommodating with us (we had a big group with children). She was able to provide some recommendations which we really appreciated. She was great and responsive to our requests. She’s a great asset for your team

I was part of a business group booking. We regularly book here as the service is brilliant. As usual we recived excellent service from our host Andrew. Even though we were a group, the food came out together and was hot, well presented, and delicious. We had pre-ordered and the service via email was prompt and the orders were correct. The food is very reasonably priced and there's a good choice on the set menu, which is popular with our business guests. On the night, Andrew was very attentive. We had an extra person join (a guest of a guest) so the bill needed to be divided, which was not a problem. Similarly drinks orders needed to be taken and paid for seperately (which is a pain for a restaurant!) however Bella Italia accomodated us with no fuss or hassle. I've also eaten here in a private capacity with my partner and the experience is always positive and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend Bella Italia Coventry for business or pleasure. We'll be back soon.
