We visit this restaurant every time we travel up from Bristol to see family in Wakefield . The restaurant is great . The atmosphere is good , staff excellent . You don’t have to book which is helpful . However the food is outstanding . The Ribs are the families favourite . They are delicious . We also had Duck from the specials board which was great . We even ordered a take away extra portion of Ribs to take home back to Bristol . Many thanks to Nigel who looked after us during our meal . We’ve been coming to Rinaldis for 30 years or so . It’s as good as ever . Many thanks

Questo ristorante è veramente italiano al 100%! Partirei subito con il fare i complimenti al personale, il quale sa come far sentire un cliente a proprio agio, sia nell’accoglienza che nel servizio che risultano essere estremamente rapidi, curati e disponibili. Il menù è veramente vasto ed include tutte le pietanze italiane più prelibate. Le porzioni sono veramente super abbondanti e se messe a paragone con il prezzo, il rapporto è veramente ottimo! Nell’arco di 6 giorni di permanenza a Londra, ci siamo recate in questo ristorante per ben 3 volte, è stato un vero dispiacere aver dovuto lasciare le loro prelibatezze. Veramente consigliattismo!!! My partner checked that there was no cheese in the sauce on her meal, which the manager couldn’t answer. She therefore asked to have no sauce but to have mayonnaise on the side instead. When the bill arrived, she had been charged £1 extra. Unimpressed with their attitude.

I had a mixed experience when visiting this restaurant. The food was lovely, and we enjoyed our meals. However, the service was not great. Despite the restaurant having only three other tables, the waitress left us with closed menus for quite a while and walked past us multiple times without coming over. After clearing our main courses, she didn't come back to offer us the dessert menu. When we ordered drinks, they didn't have the right alcohol to make the drink, however there is a bar on the other side to where we were seated and the waitress didn't check or even go and get the right alcohol from their stock. Additionally, she didn't inform us about the items that were unavailable, and there were quite a few. Although the waitress was kind, she wasn't very attentive. Overall, the food was great, but the service needs improvement.

I was really looking forward to reviewing this place as it looked very good with a nice menu however I cannot as my wife and I left after 15 minutes as all that happened in that time is we were given menus and told what was not available.Two tables that were seated after us received menus, ordered drinks and then ordered their food. We were ignored completely for some reason and so we left and had lunch at Gordon Ramsey’s Burgers in Harrods which is literally across the street.The manager saw us leaving but made no attempt to find out why which made the whole experience even more disappointing.I will never go there again.

Por primera vez en mi vida adulta pagando, no le di propina a un restaurante. La noche fue un desastre y la mayor parte estaba bajo su control. Teníamos una reserva de 6 pm y llegamos a las 5 : 45 a las colas fuera de la puerta. Rápidamente establecimos que todos en la cola también tenían reservas así que nos unimos y esperamos. Otros se unieron a la cola detrás y en cuestión de minutos había tanta gente detrás de nosotros como delante. Alrededor de las 6: 10 Ahora estamos al frente de la cola y solo entonces nos dijeron que había habido un error con el sistema de reservas que había causado demasiadas reservas. Esto claramente no fue obra suya, pero podrían haber gestionado la cola explicándonoslo antes para que supiéramos que había retrasos. Tan educada como estaba tratando de ser, la señora que nos reservó estaba claramente fuera de su profundidad, no reconoció a nadie hasta que estuvieron al frente de la cola y considerando todo lo que estaba pasando, también estaba entregando bebidas a las mesas mientras los servidores estaban de pie. Nos sentó alrededor de las 6: 20 y dijo que nuestras primeras copas eran de cortesía debido a la espera que fue un gesto muy agradable, sin embargo ella no parecía informar a nuestro servidor que no tenía idea, así que tuvimos que decirles. Luego hicimos nuestro pedido, tuvimos una ‘ventaja’ de su aplicación que era un pan de ajo gratis, así que preguntamos si podíamos aplicar esto a nuestro pedido y para que saliera con los entrantes. Llegaron nuestras bebidas, y pedimos una jarra de agua para la mesa, luego llegaron nuestros entrantes pero no pan de ajo. No tuvimos ningún control de vuelta en los arrancadores, así que no tuvimos oportunidad de preguntar sobre esto, pero no queríamos que nuestros arrancadores se enfriaran así que continuaron. Nuestras placas de arranque vacías todavía estaban en la mesa cuando llegó nuestra red. Todavía no hay pan de ajo y todavía no hay agua. En este punto nos preguntaron si necesitábamos algo más para poder preguntar por nuestra agua y nuestro pan de ajo (para ser honestos en este punto fue solo por curiosidad) , nos dijeron que ya venía. Esta fue la única vez durante toda nuestra comida que tuvimos algún registro. La comida era agradable, el pan de ajo llegó a mitad de camino a través de nuestra red al igual que el agua y continuamos y comimos y bebimos. Dos de los tres habíamos terminado mientras el tercer miembro de nuestro grupo seguía comiendo su comida, pero los platos vacíos estaban despejados... esto para ser honesto fue lo que me enojó. Los errores de reserva no fueron su culpa, pero podrían haber gestionado la situación mejor, el mal servicio fue ligeramente frustrante, pero despejar una mesa mientras alguien todavía está comiendo es solo un no absoluto, es tan grosero y ese era el punto que sabía que no estaba dando propinas. De todas formas, para no arruinar una velada, decidimos tomar un postre pero en lugar de que nos preguntaran si queríamos postre, nos compraron la factura (¡no la habíamos pedido!). Nos aconsejó cortésmente que nos gustaría pedir el postre y luego nos dieron el menú. El postre pedido, entregado y comido... eran muy agradables, ahora pedimos nuestra factura. A lo largo de la noche tuvimos diferentes servidores entregándonos así que no había consistencia y la señora desde el principio de la noche no se veía por ninguna parte y lo adivinaste, nuestra factura incluía el precio completo de las bebidas 'gratis' y el 'perk' pan de ajo. Una vez más tuvimos que explicar que las bebidas se ofrecían gratis como disculpa y el pan de ajo era una ventaja de la aplicación. Nuestra factura se ajustó y pagamos y cuando nos íbamos notamos que todavía nos habían cobrado por el pan de ajo. Nos habíamos rendido en este punto y nos acabamos de ir. No tengo ningún problema en pagar el precio completo de nuestra comida, esa siempre fue la intención al salir pero que me ofrecieran algo de cortesía y luego tener que recordarles repetidamente esto fue incómodo. Los errores al comienzo de la noche estaban fuera de su control, pero todo lo demás estaba muy bajo su control y fallaron. Mientras miraba a mi alrededor, había varias mesas quejándose de algo, así que sé que no fuimos los únicos que tuvimos una mala experiencia. Me gusta Zizzi’s, pero puedo garantizar que nunca más gastaré mi dinero allí.

Went to martinos seaburn with my family and the owners we obviously in walking around dressed like scruffs and pulling the staff aside every 2 minutes! Staff were doing a great job but the owners made us and other feel uncomfortable the way they were going on. Put us right off and will never be back. Food was spot on just owners thinking they are big time dressed like drug dealers

Had matinee tickets booked at the Apollo Theatre so stopped at Bella Italia for pre-theatre lunch. We had no booking but were promptly shown to a table. I am a coeliac and the menu catered very well for a gluten free diet. The food was excellent as was the service. We would not hesitate to come back here pre or post theatre.

Me and my partner visited this restaurant last night. I made a reservation for 6pm. Unfortunately our bus did not turn up and we had to get a later one. I phone the restaurant at about quarter to 6 and told them we should be there by quarter past as we are running late and I apologised. The woman I spoke to said 'that's absolutely fine'. We ended up getting there at 23 minutes past 6. I acknowledge we were late and I apologised to the woman who greeted us as soon as came in. Her response was "you are late, after 45 minutes I will need to give your table to someone else. Your reservation was for 6pm and it is not 23 minutes past". I was fully aware of this, hence, why I apologised as soon as I set foot in the restaurant. I was gobbed smacked at the tone of voice. We were then rushed over to a table where she walked so fast I couldn't keep up and some menus were hurriedly shoved down on to our table. We then sat there for 5 to 10 minutes. I thought no one would come to take out drinks order for a long time probably and as I hadn't liked the attitude when we received, I decided to leave. The same woman approached me as I was on my way out and asked if everything was OK. I responded no we are leaving to which she replied 'let me show you something'. Presumably she wanted to show me there was a booking in after us hence why they needed the table back. There is a way of saying things though and treating customers. I'm afraid if I am spoken to like I am an inconvenience from the instant I set foot in your business , I won't come back. You've lost a customer Zizzi as there are plenty of other decent restaurants out there.

A big thank you to all the staff at Olivelli Waterloo for a wonderful Christmas work team lunch. Organising, and catering for, 25 people is never an easy task but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the point of booking until the moment we left. We had a big selection of different dishes between us and everybody really enjoyed their food, which was generously portioned and reasonably priced. Lots of brownie points for me at work as the organiser - so thank you Olivelli team! Would definitely recommend.

Bella Italia ya es un conocido que debes comer donde quiera que vayas. Pero este tiene el personal más amable y agradecido de todos los tiempos, particularmente Natalia, es muy amable, atenta y elegante. Ella se asegurará de que disfrutes tu comida y de que no falte nada; además, ¡siempre tiene una sonrisa en su rostro!
