Nothing bad about this place, it's very tired and food is okay and nothing to write home about. Shame as that extra little effort on the dishes with some flavours, more fresh produce would make a big difference for what they charge. The hole where evidently there was a lamp on every table being pat he'd up pretty much says it all, must have taken time and effort but a new table cloth (even if still plastic!) may have looked smarter. £40/head okay for location, just shame that little extra effort would shine considering its right in the City.

Loved this from start to finish. We were a large family with no booking and they were very happy to accommodate us. Had a sample of the entire menu between the whole party and everything hit the spot. Pizza was excellent. Deserts all lovely and good portions. Staff were really excellent, really strong family vibe to the place and they were brilliant. Would highly recommend.

I wanted an authentic Italian meal and wow did they deliver. The greeting from Pino and his delightful wife was top drawer, then we were served some of the best Italian food i've had in the UK. Three courses and great wine. A lovely experience and i would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will be back for sure!

Didn’t go here based on recommendations or reviews, but just because it was nearby. Prawn and calamari starters were both pretty good. Risotto was OK, melanzana was a bit too cheese heavy, but OK. All-in-all it was a nice enough meal, but at £100 for 2 (including wine) it was a bit expensive for what we had.

Vi fik pizza og pasta. Maden var meget almindelig i kvalitet med næsten ingen smag. Når de serverede en pint Peroni øl så var det fra 1 flaske der allerede havde været åben og ny flaske. (Slatter) Det der var mest bemærkelsesværdig var at chefen aldrig smilede og medarbejderne bar præg af at de havde en streng chef.

This place is a hidden secret and by me writing a review about it, half of me hopes that it still stays a secret, but it's just too good to not tell others about. Go for the coffee, I haven't found a place anywhere near or far that takes the attention and care for their coffee as this place. I've only been for breakfast but I've been meaning to go back and try all their other stuff because it all looked so good. It's just worth the drive, early in the morning take the other half for a quiet, delicious breakfast and you'll keep going back.

67 Fonthill RoadWe came on a Tuesday night & pleasantly surprised by how busy it was. However, not so busy that food or service was affected it was a beautiful atmosphere. Our server & chef made every part of our experience superb. We had beautiful singing from one of the staff members which made our evening extra special. Everything from the food, the recommended wine and pricing was elite. We will definitely be returning and we couldn’t recommend this wonderful restaurant enough.

300-302 St Paul's RoadI sent this directly to the restaurant a week ago but they have yet to acknowledge it…so posting it on here…pretty poor Hi, we had lunch there on Sunday at 12:30pm and I wanted to give some feedback. The food was delicious and the service was cordial and efficient, I cannot fault either. However, we ended up having to leave half our desserts and take away the rest of our bottle of wine. We were served our desserts at 1:50 and when I asked if we could have a few more minutes to finish them we were told there was a 2pm reservation so we would need to leave the table by then. While I fully understand our reservation was for 90min I was surprised there was no buffer of even say 10-15minutes between table bookings. Either way I don’t think you should serve people another course if there’s not enough time to eat it. We did ask if there was another area we could finish it in (bar etc) and told there was none. Again while the food was excellent I would expect slightly better from what is clearly an excellent restaurant.
