Great hidden gem! Staff very welcoming, breakfast for both of us was lovely! Everything tasted fresh with great ingredients. Went back the next day as we enjoyed it so much! Only reason it loses a star is the tables inside at the left are very small so you can't really fit plates and drinks etc on and you gave to be very close to the people next to you

We stayed at a local hotel, that we've stayed at a few times. Their breakfast isn't great and expensive for what's on offer. Researched local cafés and found this place, 2 minutes walk from our hotel. We weren't disappointed. Fantastic food, great choice and the coffee was superb. Service was friendly and welcoming. Not expensive at all for London. We went there based on the other reviews and completely agree with them and would highly recommend. Not just for breakfast as they offer lunch and dinner as well. We'll definitely go there again.

A lovely cosy cafe, offering good food and friendly service. It was our second time here (came 1 year ago and we had to visit again this time)! We had 3 Full English breakfast, which were delicious, not greasy at all and perfect portion. Coffee and fresh juice are also super. Service was very friendly and polite.

Prior to our journey back home after a weekend in London we visited this cafe for breakfast/brunch. What a lovely little cafe. Decor is clean & bright, staff were friendly, polite & attentive, menu was quite comprehensive & catered to a varied clientele. Our food was cooked & presented perfectly & was hot & tasty. My daughter and I happened upon this little place after a hectic few hours at a nearby embassy. What an unexpected gem on a busy but lovely corner of Marylebone. We chatted over mint and lemon juice and enjoyed a generously portioned Greek salad and a massive, flavoursome jacket potato with cheese along with a really well-seasoned side salad at very reasonable prices. They have table service which makes for a nice change. The potted flowers on the tables are so pretty and the croissants and pain au chocolat which we spotted through the window (which are filled with dozens of green apples) looked and smelled amazing. The outdoor seating area is surprisingly spacious for being on a pavement. All the other guests also seemed to enjoy themselves. What a street corner oasis.

My wife and I ate breakfast here on five occasions during a recent vacation. Friendly staff and wonderful food. We had a number of breakfast plates, coffees, and teas and all were delightful. Good value for the cost with both indoor and outdoor seating. We ate here on two Saturdays and never had a problem finding a seat. Excellent restaurant!

To start with. There are no Italians associated with this business. Cultural appropriation again! It's overpriced and well below par. I am always disappointed that people try amd give the impression they are a regional Italian resteraunt when they have no connection and live off the recognition that true family Italian places try so hard to maintain. Our family of four had breakfast. We ordered the delicious Pancake with fruit and maple syrup. The Pancake was large with plenty of fresh fruit on top. The kids ordered french toast, with a side of hashbrowns, both were delicious. The service was fast and friendly. It's a small corner café, we'll worth the short walk from the Marble Arch. Will definitely return next time we're in Londo. Great way to get your day started.

Went for breakfast, we spent £23 for 3 people. The ketchup was really nasty, cheap stuff, that they'd put in old Heinz bottles. This is OK in a cheap cafe but charging high West End prices we want Heinz ketchup.

What an amazing find, we had pancakes , eggs Benedict and breakfast , the food was fantastic the coffee was lovely and an added bonus freshly squeezed juice done to order sooo good, Relaxed atmosphere and great service I would highly recommend we all loved it Thank you

Fantastic cafe, which does not stand out from the outside with nothing special, but the food served from fantastic coffees, cookies and muffins sort of breakfast, naturally pressed juices and amazing ciabattas makes me to come back there and I really recommend it, very nice atmosphere, here my favorite Ciabatta baked with ham, beacon and butter scrambled egg... chef knows your expectations☝️☝️💯

Nos quedamos calle abajo y encontramos este café por casualidad. Nos recibió la chica en el mostrador y nos sentamos. Pedí los "panqueques de frutas" (como estadounidense, esperaba panqueques pesados y esponjosos) pero para mi deleite, era un panqueque delgado (más grueso que un crepe, pero casi del mismo grosor) y una maravillosa variedad generosa de frescos , fruta picada ligeramente cubierta con jarabe de arce. Por generoso, me refiero a un montón de fruta y una maravillosa variedad también. El café también fue maravilloso. . solo estuvimos en Londres por 2 días, pero si alguna vez regreso, iré directo a este café. Creo que conocimos brevemente al dueño y le agradecimos por el gran desayuno.

Desayuno con una desastrosa años 13! Mi capuchino estaba frío y más chocolate de café, mi compañero benedicto y pedir huevos dieron un desayuno inglés completo. Cuando el remplazo fue pan con jamón de plástico marrón estándar y dos insípido huevos escalfados. La salsa holandesa había lugar para ser visto y cuando les pregunté señaló mantequilla crudos. Pedimos mantequilla fría y más crudos fue comprado en una jarra. No visitar esta delicatessen.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, lovely home-y place and super friendly. The patisseries are lovely. I ordered egg and avocado which was delicious. Definitely recommend this place for families. They have a huge area downstairs they are doing up so great for parties:)

Fuimos para el desayuno, ya que nuestra hija vimos el menú y adora los gofres. Teníamos granola con yogur y fresas, el granola sabía un poco rancio, así que nos fuimos más. También habíamos pedido dos rebanadas de pan, cuando (por fin) salió vi que el pan estaba obviamente moho verde con patch. No me puedo creer que las dos chicas no verlo. Todo el interior ya está recalentado y justo. Hay muchos lugares bonitos y este no debería ser permitido para abrir en el centro de Londres. Se nos estropeó la mañana, tuvimos tiempo muy limitado y esto fue una gran decepción.

Stopped here for breakfast this morning. We ordered the granola with yoghurt and toast. The granola was very stale and the toast (when it arrived after prompting the serving staff) was made from mouldy bread.

Pedimos 3 gofres y les dieron a la mesa 1 hora más tarde! Aún peor, las que suponía que no fresas. Uno de ellos tenía de arándanos (sólo tres de ellos!) y el otro de jarabe de fresa. Además, el "chocolate blanco fundido "gofre belga tenía sólo unas pequeñas patatas fritas de chocolate blanco (imagen adjunta).

Pedí un waffle con fresas y después de esperar 30 min (al parecer la máquina necesita ese tiempo, pero nadie nos lo avisó), el waffle venía sin fresas!! Cuando se lo comenté a la chica, me dijo que es que no tenían... Así que me vi con algo pagado, espera de 30 min y sin fresas que era lo que había pagado.... A mis amigos les llegaron los waffles con 15 min de diferencia entre ellos. Además el precio que pone en la mesas y en la pizarra son diferentes. Por la espera nos dieron dos bolas de helado para los 4 (lo malo es que ya me había comido un waffle!!!)

Pleasant enough staff. Fried eggs, mayonnaise and turkey bacon do not make an eggs benedict. I was warned that they didn't have ham and would use bacon instead. But turkey bacon? Horrifying over-processed meat. Disappointed

I thought I would never walk into this restaurant again but then saw it had changed & was happy to find out that it had changed ownership! I stopped in here recently for coffee & some lunch, had a lovely piece of chicken with some salad, it was so full of flavour, very enjoyable! Also coffee & the fresh juices are delicious! I will be stopping in here again when around the area, defiantly recommend to visit!

Very tastefully decorated, making the lovely looking ware stand out wonderfully! Lovely place to start your day with a hearty healthy breakfast, lively music and friendly cheerful staff. Had the salmon bagel which was amazing. Also had an almond croissant. Again simply delightful! Highly recommended!

Cutting through the back of Oxford Stretch, we saw this attractive corner cafe, not a chain and, outwardly, pretty welcoming.We assumed the only member of staff on duty was having her first day and a bad one at that. We listened as she attempted to understand the customer in front of us who insisted in ordering in Arabic only. She took our simple order which took an age to produce.Her friend then entered the cafe and a loud, long conversation in Spanish ensued which covered everything from the dreadful customers she had to deal with to the problems she was having with her landlord. During that time three customers entered the shop but all left without placing an order.Pleasant-looking place but plenty of other options around which are far better.

This café, snack bar, delicatessen serves some of the finest tasty authentic southern (Apulian) Italian foods and dishes. Roberta, Larissa and Sara, provided a good service creating a friendly service and atmosphere. Located behind Marble Arch-Oxford St area, makes a good spot to stop either for a palatable meal, or can also be the perfect place to have coffees with yummi "naughty" cakes, resembling the original Italian ones. I'll come back, without the shadow of a doubt. Ciao.

This coffee shop/café is in a great location but the food is awful, the service is DIABOLICAL, the preparation area is unhygienic and its massively overpriced. This morning, I paid £6.20 for a takeaway coffee and marmalade on toast in this grotty cafe - yes really! To add insult to injury, I got home to find the coffee half full and undrinkable. The person who served me prepared my toast on the same knife/board she was cutting ham on :( Will never set food in this place again.

My friend and I used to meet for breakfast at La Masseria. It was quite nice, and not a chain, which was our reason for choosing it. It's a bit draughty (2 doors create a wind tunnel effect) and the seats aren't comfortable (why not invest in some cushions?), but the staff are nice. But we have stopped going because when we arrive at 8am (which they say is their opening time), the cafe is always very very closed with no sign of life. Around five past or ten past eight, the staff roll up and start taking chairs off tables, turning on the coffee machine, etc. We only have an hour before we have to go to work, so time is precious. So we've become a bit annoyed with the place and they've lost our custom. Tip to owner - buy your staff alarm clocks.

Delightful Apulian-Italian Coffee shop & delicatessen, serving great coffee and superb food, both sweet and savoury, and the Italian pastries.It’s a funny, warm and friendly little location, where you can seat close to very different people I a savoury mix, both for the businessman and the shopper.And if you like, the personnel is very very cosy.It’s close to both Oxford Street and the Edgware Road. Situato a due passi dal marble arch in una zona completamente ristrutturata trovarsi questo ristorantino arredato in modo molto spartano e, consiglierei ai proprietari di effettuare qualche miglioria. I prodotti utilizzati provengono dalla maggior parte dalla Daunia e sono buoni e scelti con cura ma i primi piatti é meglio lasciar perdere. Il personale giovane ed in cerca di imparare la lingua piuttosto che imparare a servire. Ottimo il caffé. Puó solo migliorare.

Every time I'm in Marylebone my feet seem to take me straight to this delightful Apulian Coffee shop & delicatessan. Great coffee and superb food, both sweet and savoury, have made this a favourite of mine for some years and I have also always found the staff a delight; funny, warm and friendly.Situated close to both Oxford Street and the Edgware Road its handy both for the businessman and the shopper. Oh, did I mention the Italian pastries?....just go there and try them yourself.....time and time again!

Forget Starbucks....grab a coffee here with some homemade treats and feel why Italians know coffee. Great salads and sandwiches and friendly service

We bumped into this little brasserie by mistake on our way back to the hotel, and what a pleasant surprize it was! The tastes really reflect the original tastes of the Puglia region, that we knew and loved from before!

Nel piccolo shop di specialità italiane, si respira aria di casa: scaffali pieni di prodotti familiari, il banco dei salumi e formaggi che invitano a derogare alla dieta, ma soprattutto i piatti preparati da Barbara per intrattenere degnamente gli esigenti palati dei clienti. Tartine fantasiose, sformati saporiti e verdure in pastella innaffiati da vino bianco e rosso in caraffa, tutto a volontà per £8.Beh clienti è riduttivo, quando si esce dalla Masseria si ha la convinzione di aver passato del bel tempo insieme a vecchi amici!

Downstairs like a small shop ( in the basement ) and some place so sit there also.They seemed really serious about mozzarella and could explain the DOP regulation in Italy, I have tried over 100 different day fresh Mozzarella di Bufala as it comes from Campania and is DOP. = coming from Campania only.

We passed La Masseria Apulian delicatessen on the way between The Arch hotel and the underground on a cold March day. The next day we returned to re-live the warmer days of our May 2008 visit to Manfredonia and Lecce in the Apulia region, the region in the heel of the boot of Italy that provides half of Italy’s olive oil. We arrived at La Masseria intending to eat a light breakfast and sampled the small Italian pastries: the cannoncino (light pastry shell stuffed with white chocolate--the ones on the far right of the counter in the photo) and aragostina (small delicate lobster-shaped pastry shell stuffed with lemon custard--the next ones to the left in the photo). They were so tasty that we tried the croissants and found them so light and fluffy that we bought one more for take-out. Other pastries (shown in the photo) looked interesting, but breakfast turned into brunch as my wife simply had to try a salad plate with sun dried tomatoes, eggplant, artichoke hearts, and olives topped with slices of a light provolone cheese. We ate far more than we expected, and the bill for everything including take-out was Stg. 20. In the basement there is a store selling specialty imported goods and a private place to sit. We regretted that we were leaving London and could not return to enjoy the luxury of more Puglia regional fare right in the heart of the West End. It must be an ideal lunch place for hotel guests and for Oxford Street shoppers. There are tables both inside and out, the delicatessen staff are happy and delightful, and it is just a few blocks from Marble Arch.
