My friends and I all had a delicious lunch. I chose the jacket potato with cajun toasted peppers, jackfuit and hummus and the flavours were amazing. Good value compared to similar places in town, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice atmosphere. The ice creams look delicious so we will be back in Summer to try them.

El Pizza Room parece discreto y posiblemente carente de ambiente, pero está más que compensado por la calidad de la pizza y el servicio. Nosotros (incluidos dos veganos) disfrutamos mucho el nuestro!

Really enjoyed my breakfast at Macchiato, friendly accommodating staff , super quick service and lovely food. Great coffee too.

Excellent place for a drink and a nice atmosphere. There was a special offer on the Monday so the wine was at off-licence price! My only criticism was for the Avo- cetta which was unexciting and bread too thick. Otherwise recommended

He visitado Avanti varias veces en los últimos 2 años y me arrepiento de no haber ofrecido una crítica antes , ya que cada visita ha sido excelente. El servicio es siempre amable, educado y muy complaciente y su pizza golpea a todos los demás locales de pizza Chiswick fuera del parque. También tienen una carta de tapas finas (la paella parecía popular en nuestra última visita y se veía increíble) , y una selección decente de vinos. El ambiente es íntimo y acogedor y también ofrecen una zona al aire libre cubierta que es agradable en el verano. We booked day of for 6 people and they were able to accommodate this. Restaurant is deceptively bigger than it looks from the outside. The menu was extensive which lots of choices for people who like pizza, pasta, risotto, seafood, steak, chicken and even burgers. We ordered a variety of starters, pasta dishes and risottos. The food was delicious and plentiful leaving us too full to try their variety of desserts. Cocktails were large and reasonably priced . Overall a great restaurant if you’re looking for an Italian in Richmond.

¡Terrible! El gerente hace un gran trabajo de “agrandar” la comida (“lo mejor que tendrás”, “morir por”, etc.), pero falla miserablemente. Risotto era insípido, los paquetes de pasta tenían demasiado queso pecorino en ellos, era abrumador. La alcachofa estaba demasiado cocinada y de mal gusto. Este restaurante es un lugar de “ropa nueva de reyes” que no tiene que preocuparse por repetir negocios. Si decides comer aquí de todos modos, entonces no se te convenza de comer 3 platos cada uno. Dos es suficiente a pesar de lo que te dice el gerente. Como concepto (comida italiana servida como tapa española) es una buena idea, pero el estándar de cocina no está a la altura de los elementos de menú de lujo que ofrecen. food was really good we had pizza! really great taste! unfortunately the service was almost the worst I've ever had! the waitress forgot about us and was busy chatting in the kitchen I had to shout to get her attention! I understand we were the only people in the restaurant . however the only interaction with her was to take the order and serve it. no asking if everything is OK or do we want any more drinks! once she left our food we didn't see her again for 30 minutes!

Yes, it would be nice if you updated the timetable displayed on the internet...which mentions that the pizzeria is open until 11:30pm...;) and actually: surprise!!! it is closed from 16:00!

Zero Customer Service and absolutely no respect. We waited to be seated at a table and when shown to a table for 4 there were only 3 chairs, having to ask for another chair should have been a red flag. However, when we did get to sit down, upon which we were handed the menus, however what followed was unbelievable, we were completely ignored by seemingly disinterested staff. We waited to be served but in the end gave up and walked out. Not one member of staff tried to stop us and ask why we were leaving. Absolutely Horrendous customer service and looking at some of the reviews a LESSON they have not learnt.
