Best pizza in Penarth by far! Incredibly good value for money, would actually be happy to pay far more as quality is excellent.

Absolutely terrible experience!! Really wish that I had read the bad reviews first. I had been really looking forward good authentic italian food done properly after recently discovering this place. We made our reservation and arrived 5 mins before, after standing in a queue for over 5 mins, we were asked to wait outside until our table was ready which was about 15 mins.... It was busy and we just accepted it for what it was. After we were sat down it took a while for the most miserable life hating waitress to come to us and take our order. We ordered, drinks took a while, starters took longer than I thought, they were pretty good even though they didn't have what we originally wanted. Then....the wait began.......from ordering food, it took 1 hour for it to arrive, we had to shout the miserable girl to order more drinks.....they never arrived, she just went on to clean tables. we noticed that people who came in after us had eaten and gone...... all four of us were getting very bored, hungry and just sat there not in a good mood as we were just being ignored. We were just about to get up and walk out and then the food arrived.....well, some of it did. one of the kids had to wait about 5 mins longer for her pizza.....we then had to send it back to get it cut up for her..... After seeing all the pics they post and videos of their carbonara, i was really looking forward to someone around here who does a proper one (and wanted to compare it to mine) i was quite underwhelmed.....the portion seemed to be half of what other people had and what was in their pics and the guanciale was hardly cooked! The pizza was ok but nothing special for a margherita, a proper margherita should be a taste sensation (Rudy's are amazing), this was just average. The lasagne was far too hot for a child, took her ages to get it to an eatable temperature, the wife's pasta was ok, nothing special. Our drinks still didn't turn up but by this point we didn't want them, we just wanted to get out of there. Not once did they ask us how things are... I'm not one to complain about things normally, I just put up with it.....I wanted to but I couldn't get anyone's attention as they just seemed to keep walking past up with their heads in a different direction. I thought rather than lose my rag in there, I'll do it via their Instagram messaging just to raise my concerns. I did the day after and I'd say I was quite polite about it and just pointed out our poor service and we were disappointed. They read it and no response. I messaged again a few days later and the same again.......zero response. I then read the reviews and see that others have experienced the same. Seems like the owner/manager is only interested in the positive feedback and things on Instagram etc. I have told others about my experience and it has put them off going as they don't want to risk poor service and I will continue to do so. If they would have responded to my message I would have given it a second chance and put it down to being busy but to ignore people who have come and spent their money for absolutely shocking service, I cant get over that and hope it soon catches up with them and more people realise I'm more annoyed with myself that I didn't realise I had paid an optional service charge on the bill......fuming!!!!! Worse service EVER for what is in my opinion a very very overhyped place... Anyway, rant over, if you have read this I hope you don't go....or at least have a better experience that we did

You cannot beat this place for good food cost and service. All staff very friendly and polite. Easy to get to .

Probablemente la mejor lasaña que he probado, un gran servicio, pequeño hallazgo encantador. Hubby tenía pizza y eso también era un lugar.

Amazing lunch with my friend, great service and food came out swiftly and was lovely will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Ordered a passion fruit martini and it was delicious.

Mi novio y yo fuimos a casa de Rigo el viernes por la noche para cenar, la segunda vez que estuvimos aquí y el segundo éxito perfecto: elegimos la opción de 4 platos y todo fue simplemente delicioso. Los platos también fueron muy creativos y bien presentados: calidad de estrella Michelin. Pedimos una recomendación de vino y tuvimos la oportunidad de probar un vino que nunca habíamos probado, que resultó ser un buen partido tanto para la carne roja que mi novio pidió como para el pescado que obtuve: no solo el chef era excelente, sino también el sommelier también fue excelente. Es una pena que ahora se esté cerrando por un par de meses para mudarse a Mayfair, ¡pero seguro que volveremos una vez que abran en la nueva ubicación!

Vinimos aquí por casualidad, vamos a volver, pronto y a menudo porque ahora sabemos! Panna cotta con ruibarbo, frambuesas y verdadero aceto balsámico es solo para arrodillarse delante de (si esta correcto inglés ; story soy francés 😉) . ¡Absolutamente me encantó!

Dos veces he estado aquí, la primera vez que pedí el ribeye y fue absolutamente increíble. Le pedí al chef ensalada en lugar de papas fritas y vino como lo pedí con algunas aceitunas que no como, pero hoy entré y pedí lo mismo y en lugar de aceitunas que el chef recordó que no había comido el día anterior, me dio aguacate en su lugar. Hablamos de un servicio excepcional. Muy recomendable

Al llegar al frente de liberación de macarrones, los propietarios nos saludaron personalmente y se aseguraron de que tuviéramos un momento agradable. Ofrecen chispas o agua del grifo de forma gratuita y también son generosos con ella. Una fusión entre el restaurante y la cafetería que sirve comida italiana liberada que supera los límites de las recetas italianas tradicionales a propósito, o que permite que la comida italiana se convierta en tiempo. Tuve una deliciosa carbonara de mariscos con almejas y calamares compartidos con amigos. Luego comí una lasaña vegetariana con salsa de tomate casera, un poco de cebolla y berenjenas al horno con queso y pesto casero. La lasaña era deliciosa y tenía un buen equilibrio de ingredientes. El pesto es por mucho el mejor que he tenido. Mientras que tenía un fraly de Illy (que era increíble) mis amigos tenían un salami de chocolate que al igual que la otra comida era realmente buena. El café aquí también es muy bueno también. Buen valor para el dinero.

Fantastic authentic Napoli pizza! This was the best pizza we’ve had in Brighton, especially take away. We had a Napoli, Diavola and a mozzarella and garlic pizza. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be ordering regularly. We have visited Naples many times and this is just what you would get in Napoli.

Nunca he estado muy contento con ninguna pizza en Londres. ¡Hasta que fuimos a Rust Bucket! Estaba preparado para comer otra pizza sub-estándar, pero al primer bocado de mi salsiccia y friareli me di cuenta de que esto era diferente, ¡este era el verdadero negocio! Tuve que hablar con esta brillante estrella de un pizzaiolo y le hice una señal con los pulgares grandes hacia arriba. Cuando se acercó, me contó todo sobre el cuidado y la experiencia que pone en sus obras maestras de pizza, los tipos de harina y salsa de tomate de alta calidad, las pruebas largas y el ingrediente principal: su pasión por lo que hace. Puedo decir más pero, cuando la comida se convierte en arte, las palabras no pueden hacerle justicia. ¡Un presto!

Friendly staff and excellent quality food for very reasonable prices. The vegetarian and mushroom pizzas were top drawer.

Gran lugar para una cena pre teatro. Atento, el personal en un ambiente íntimo. Comida de calidad cada chatarra consumida. Éramos un grupo grande bastante exigente, pero nos atendieron rápida y cortésmente con una sonrisa.
