The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Love this cafe, wont seem much as you walk past it but a hidden gem for sure. I will surely class this best cafe in 5 miles radius. Choice of food, quality, selection of coffee and teas. Service is great and quick. You wont be disappointed. Parking behind the cafe. Nice place to meet with friends or kids

We would not eat Italian food anywhere else, Rocco and Gill are great hosts and the food is superb, my partner and myself went to Rome 3 years ago and I can honestly say that the food at Rocco’s is better than any restaurant we visited there. Just try it once and I guarantee you will be back for more.

Pedí la col hispi, y eso es exactamente lo que tengo. Cortado por la mitad y tirado en un plato - sin habilidad y sin imaginación. ¡Ni siquiera necesitas ser chef para hacer eso!

¡El vino blanco nunca está frío! Si te gusta el vino blanco tibio, este es el lugar para ti. Cuando les dices (cada vez que voy) , dicen que hay algo malo con la nevera. ¡Pues arréglalo o baja el termostato! No tiene sentido anunciar una pizza de 4 quesos cuando no te molestas en poner la gorgonzola. Vi UNA pequeña pieza descolorida (en toda la pizza) que debería haber indicado gorgonzola, pero no se podía saborear. Es solo una pizza con mucha mozzarella, un poco de parmesano y ni siquiera muy caliente. Hacen tantas pizzas para llevar, que no prestan atención a las del cliente sentado. Sus arrancadores han mejorado y son de gran tamaño. Elige 2 entrantes en su lugar (unos en la parte inferior). Prefiero viajar 40 minutos a Leytonstone, que 10 minutos a Canning Town si quiero una buena pizza.

Comida exquisita en sabor y presentación! Mi menú degustador favorito hasta la fecha. Sin duda volveré para probar otras temporadas! Maridaje de vinos encantador. El servicio era educado, pero no se sentía demasiado acogedor o apasionado, pero nada malo. El ambiente era perfecto para una noche de citas, solo le faltaba algo de música de fondo cuando son los primeros huéspedes allí.

I eat here quite a lot (possibly too often). This place is on two floors and the stairs to the first floor are pretty steep so if anybody in your party has any mobility issues I would recomending booking and telling them that you need a table on the ground floor. There are no steps and the ground floor toilet, while maybe being a bit narrow is also step free. I tend to switch between having a pizza and the lasagne both of which are lovely. They offer a take away service as well as eat in but, no delivery service. The staff are lovely, helpfull. Compared with other pizza places in Hebden the food at Origano is very well priced. They have an open kitchen so you watch you pizza being prepared and cooked. I don't know if they offer GF pasta but, they do serve GF pizzas. The standard pizza vases are made there but the GF ones are bought in. Plenty of veggie and vegan options as well. They do get pretty busy at time so, I would recomend booking.

Nice Italian food but a little expensive. The place does not get very busy and I don't think booking is necessary.

Amazing proper italian food never had any food like this apart from when in italy staff very freindly and welcoming will be returning a must visit

Hace algún tiempo, cenamos en La Pietra durante nuestro viaje a la ciudad de Londres. El chef hizo que pasáramos una noche inolvidable. La comida era fresca y muy sabrosa. Disfrutamos de un mezclado chapada con embutidos, diferentes pastas y algunos postres. Sin duda recomiendo este restaurante a cualquiera que visite Londres.

If you want warm white wine and lots on the menu that’s unavailable, then this is the place for you. We arrived at 6pm and the restaurant was empty but the girl pointed at a table we could have, when we could have sat anywhere! We were served white wine un-chilled / limited menu/ no chilli oil/ had to ask for cutlery and pepper, and this looked to be a hassle. The girl behind the bar seemed fed up and I asked for chilli oil 3 times and eventually she said they did not have any without telling me this. Felt bad for the boy waiter as he was apologising for all the failures that had occurred. We were also told the restaurant was busy dealing with the tables outside (there were only two covers). Can’t believe the pizzeria doesn't open until 5pm and they don’t have basic ingredients to fill the menu and the wine is not chilled. Call me old fashioned, but the customer is the customer and we are all paying a bill at the end of the night and expect good service and a smile. Food was actually nice but not an enjoyable experience. Lucy did not make us feel welcome. :-(

Recently ate here when in the area, great spot and food very good. Service was prompt and friendly. Will return.

Well this place closed up last year 2021, so there is no food, no drinks, No menu, no phone, its been sold off and long gone, so better to go somewhere else as you can't go here

First time dining here for lunch. Food great, service excellent, staff very professional but also friendly, attentive and accommodating. Beautiful little garden at the back, only one toilet but clean and quaintly decorated. The boss/manager was so lovely. Would definitely recommend.
