The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

This pace is a tourist rip off. I ordered the sourdough carcollled bread and it was tasteless. The rigatonni to follow was in a watery tomato sauce and nothing special. As a decentant of Italians from Napoli I would say best avoid and seek out a genuine Italian eatery

Ordered for takeaway and pizza was picked up burnt and cold, received a phone call saying could we pick up half an hour earlier as it was busy so I assume he just cooked it for that time and left it sat on the side. Poor.

I've been here several times. The food is amazing and the place is cozy and Luigi, the manager, is a lovely italian man. Totally recommend

Primera visita a Don Pino y tengo que decir que no nos decepcionó. La comida era deliciosa y servida caliente. Un pequeño lugar genial.

A great neighbourhood restaurant; you're in Italy, (just off the Finchley Road) being cooked for and welcomed to a very high standard.

Relaxed evening with lovely freshly prepared food and friendly staff. Good choice of wines and very reasonable prices, we will be back

Buena comida, buen servicio y buen ambiente. Recomiendo este restaurante para invitar a amigos y salir con la familia.

Teníamos muchas ganas de gustar este lugar, pero por desgracia el personal astuto y el enfoque furtivo para cobrar a los clientes nos ha pospuesto completamente - cobran £ 2 por el queso parmesano para tener con su pasta (! ) y también £ 2 . 50 por una botella de agua del grifo (robo a la luz del día. ) Nada de esto se le explica, por lo que se va sintiéndose más bien abandonado, al igual que el cliente muy abatido que gritaba a la administración durante la mayor parte de nuestra comida. La comida tampoco lo compensaba. Totalmente mediocre. Desgraciadamente uno que perderse especialmente con las muchas otras opciones en Garrett lane.

There are a few vegetarian options on the menu and all of the pizzas were really nice; they seemed really fresh and homemade, really crispy too. We managed to squeeze in without a booking on a Saturday night since we were eating early but I suspect a booking would be needed generally. The service was good and the prices reasonable.

Es un restaurante familiar. La comida esta muy rica y muy bien de precio. Con el plato principal ponen verduras y patatas en salsa. Pedimos entrante y principal, no pedimos postre porque no podiamos mas, incluso mi mujer pidio que parte del plato principal se lo pusieran para llevar. La casa nos invito a un chupito de limoncello. Todo muy bien.

Very expensive for very average food. Over £80 a couple for 2 courses with no alcoholic drink for Sunday lunch, left us feeling very upset. My chiefs special of Beef Stroganoff was tough and uninspiring, not as good as Sainsbury's ready meal. My friends Lobster ravioli meagre and filled with muscles. We will not return.

We ordered a takeaway from here on Saturday night. Margaretta and a seafood one. Both were cooked to perfection and we had garlic bread as well, which perhaps was a little dry. The staff were friendly and the restsurant clean. Added bonus it has a gin bar opposite and thats where we waited for them. We would go back.

Very cold in restaurant asked for poached eggs but would not be changed also said no mushrooms but was very recultant to take them off the order got no replacement instead very recultant to go back
