Clean, well presented, really Friendly staff with a good of drinks, ice creams and cakes. I went with a luxury hot chocolate and marshmallow cake, my daughter had blueberry cheesecake and milkshake made with her choice of fresh ice cream made on the premises snd my boring husband had a pot of tea, which he topped off with a not so boring banana cake. It was all delicious and the best find of the day

Came to Piccola last night for a birthday dinner for my fiance. Absolutely blown away with this place! Food was Incredible, atmosphere was perfect and the lady running front of house was so friendly and really made us feel at home. We will be life long visitors

In my opinion this is not a authentic Italian restaurant. I was unable to finish the lasagne as there was no tomato sauce in it. Just Béchamel sauce. It was very bland. My wife is italian and we are in italy around 2 month each year so I have good knowledge of Italian food. However the staff are amazing and the restaurant is clean and pleasant.

Pizza, spaghetti, risotto, sides, we have really enjoyed everything, they’re all hits in our book!

The food was lovely. Service was quick and friendly, especially our server Thomas who made sure everything was amazing :)

Asked if I could add mushrooms to the chef‘s special pizza, they said no it would spoil the delicate taste. Also when it arrived asked if I could add Parmesan cheese they said no it would spoil the special blend.when I tucked in. I found it a bit bland. They need get go over themselves and possibly cater for the customer.

The food is really good but my god the delivery is SLOW and hour and half for delivery on a Tuesday night is crazy.

A great restaurant with a friendly atmosphere with great home cooked Italian food, no frozen or microwaved rubbish. Will return more frequently since we have discovered this great restaurant. Malanzanne is to die for, also the home made dough heart shaped pizzas..... what more to life but good Ialian cooking.

rude lady with short hair, she didn't want my friend to pay at the spot, like everywhere in England. she told us to sat and then we had to go inside to pay and she was still rude. my other friend ask her nicely where she was from and she answer with the same question. My friend said her partner was from Italy and she seem to think that wasn't good enough. I will never recomend this place. La sugiero un poco de instrospección y humildad. Last weekend, my wife and I, along with a group of friends, had the absolute pleasure of dining at Bar Gigi, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The first thing that struck us was the ambience - warm, welcoming, and full of character. The décor inside is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic retro vibe, highlighted by a cool Fiat 500 that instantly caught our eye. It really adds a playful yet stylish touch to the restaurant, and it felt like the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The staff at Bar Gigi were incredible - so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and made to feel right at home. They really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and even took the time to recommend dishes that ended up being absolute highlights of the night. And oh, the food! I don’t even know where to begin because everything was exceptional. The gnocchi was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted - soft, pillowy, and bursting with flavour. The parmesan pillows were a revelation - so crispy on the outside yet unbelievably fluffy inside. We were all raving about them! The calamari was another standout - perfectly cooked and seasoned, with a light batter that didn’t overwhelm the delicate flavour. Every dish was clearly made with care and attention, and it was all just so satisfying. We left the restaurant feeling full and incredibly happy, already planning our next visit. Bar Gigi is the kind of place you just want to keep coming back to - for the food, the atmosphere, and the brilliant people who make it all happen. It’s safe to say this won’t be our last visit - thank you, Bar Gigi, for such a wonderful evening!
