The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Italian food

Very poor quality food. Pasta well overdone and a soapy mess of a sauce. No time to say what was wrong as server brought food over then 10 seconds leather walked past asking if everything was alright. They then vanish for whole meal to turn up and take plates saying “please leave a good review it keeps my manager off my back”. Shame as not ally enjoy Bella but after this I won’t be returning. Freinds food was duck pasta with two bits of duck and mushy pasta.

slow service! dough ball very tiny! only 5 wings in the dish, should be 6 in one dish! hot chocolate just like water. chicken taste like plastic. WORST experience ever!!!

Visited this place a few times over the past 12 months, and every time it’s been a great experience, the food is always nice and hot, and service is great, and atmosphere is just right. On this occasion our waitress was Rox, and she was very attentive, my wife and I had a really nice evening.

Be careful when trying to use your tastecard, even when you book in advance, the South Kensington branch won’t except it.

Honestly you pay too much for what you eat ! Watery and untested pasta dishes, not recommended you waste your money! Overcrowded and unpleasant stay!

Got it delivered. One of my pasta dishes was missing and I was refused a refund. The ‘oozy garlic bread’ looked nothing like the picture and was 2 hard stale pieces of bread. My chicken pasta was dry and had 4 small pieces of chicken

The food we all had here was stunning. Far exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars though as table was really sticky and I'm not a fan of having a gratuity automatically added to the bill (I almost always add one myself, I just find it presumptious when the restaurant adds to a table of 3). I understand that you can reduce or remove it, but how mean does that make you look? But that aside, as I say, food was fab and highly recommended.

Had a mixed meat pasta (new dish) enough for a small child and couldn't taste any meat . We don't do Italian very often and this certainly isn't a good advert

Wasn't expecting much and it really didn't deliver even that. We only went because we had a red letter days voucher as a Christmas present, this was for a boat trip that was cancelled so had to pay £6 extra for a Prezzo experience. Don't bother, this place is expensive for what it is which is basically a low rent Italian restaurant that has ideas above it's station. Food was very bland not a lot of taste and once you told them you were on a voucher you were then treated like a second class citizen. Not the best experience and won't be returning

Been few times and u get ur good fast and I like that personally.

We tried the bottomless brunch & it was disappointing compared to all other experiences at Gusto. Some of the food menu options weren’t available & no alternatives were offered the servers attitude, was very much “computer says no!” Not smiley or cheery at all. We arrived at 3 & by 3:34 we’d had 1 glass of Prosecco! I’ll go back to Gusto again, but definitely not for the bottomless option, they sap all the fun out of it.

Great service, the waiter was really nice and funny. The food was really good too.

Friendly staff, ordered a few meals others were nice but ordered the 8oz fillet steak and a good decent chunk of it was inedible, steak knife wouldn't cut through it, asked for a sharper knife, they said was a steak knife amd didn't have any sharper, the chips had black chunks in them too, they did offer another but as we were the first to go in we did unfortunately recieve ours very last after everyone else onece the resturant was full. So as we waited a while we didn't want to wait anymore, didn't bother ordering deserts for any of us won't be returning I've had better green king rump steak. Unfortunately didnt take a picture of the steak before but for what was lost on the steak to what we recieved it was a fair size that was inedible 16/07/2024
