Subject: Complaint Regarding Order I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order from mamas Indian takeaway for my friend’s birthday. 1. Incorrect Order: The items delivered were not what I ordered. This was incredibly disappointing, especially for a special occasion. 2. Late Delivery: The food arrived much later than the estimated delivery time, which disrupted my birthday plans. 3. Poor Food Quality: When the food finally arrived, it was totally inedible. The taste was off, and I could not enjoy any of it. And the paneer tasted like medicine. (We ordered Palak paneer but we got saag paneer, dont tell me they are same because palak paneer is edible with green gravy. The chicken was also raw that we ordered. The salad was smelling bad, and the onions were also had gone bad. 4. Hygiene Concerns: To my shock, I found hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene practices of the restaurant. I hope your kitchen gets closed for not maintaining basic hygiene. 5. ⁠All the names written above the food order was very messily written. Given these issues, I request a full refund for this order freaking £88.35 which ruined my birthday party.

The establishment advertised 40m delivery on one site and between 35-50m on another. Having made my order, the delivery still hasn't arrived 2 hours later. They postponed the delivery slots and when I called and advised it's taking too long and if it's going to be any longer I just want a refund, they did nothing to help but did cancel the order for me. Abysmal service, having 0 respect for their customers even though they obviously know how busy they are, to still lie about their delivery times. 2 hours feeling hungry to now have to look around again for another order.

Said vegan on the menu - when it arrived it had an egg in it ! Owner started rudely arguing with me when I tried to point this out

Indian Starters had taste like onion rings, pakoda, spring roll etc none tasted good. All tasted like old food with old oil taste. Rice mains was ok and desserts were good. Hope doesn't spoil my stomach with starters as I taste that old bad oil even after half an hour. As an Indian I felt this bad , am worried what foreigners think of Indian food.

I had a very tasty Chicken Tikka Masala from here. I would definitely recommend and order from them again.

Tuve una entrega de este lugar. El conductor llegó después de 1 hora y media y el pollo jalfrejy era terrible como si no hubiera nada especial. . Nunca volveré a ordenar. Es sólo un desperdicio de dinero.

The best curry I've ever had. Finally tried something different tonight, along side my normal dhansak and the saag is also so amazing. Thank you pentwyn spice, you're always amazing!

Haven't been to this takeaway before but it was recommended to me and glad I went there I enjoyed it so much it was really tasty
