We always enjoy a great meal at Saffrons’s and tonight’s special Valentines Banquet knocked it out of the park - as they say! Amazing tastes of street food and over 9 courses! Great experience. Some of the best tastes of India we have ever had. Please arrange something like this again soon! Thank you to all the staff who were helpful and courteous and helped make it a great experience.

Amazing food and great service all at reasonable prices

We went to the buffet, the food was delicious, plenty to choose from and very good value for money. The service was good and the staff friendly and welcoming.

We had a lovely experience looking for a late night meal. We were offered a menu and a seat at a table while we chose (our takeaway). The host was so welcoming and the food was ready quickly and stayed nice and hot even after we’d had a round of drinks while we waited. We didn’t want to think it was too good to be true, but when we got home and tasted the food it really didn’t disappoint - it was fresh and very tasty! We’ll definitely order again, and maybe eat in next time! Thank you!

Alway a great meal from this restaurant

Ordered a garlic chicken tikka. Garlic chicken was poor in taste and was served separately with a curry sauce, not tikka, again which was poor in taste. Best thing about it was the salald and dip. Second time ive had a very average to poor meal from here. Wont use again unfortunately.

3 hours late. Stone cold. Inedible. Also why is my salad just in a plastic bag? AVOID

Visited Zeste Indian buffet for lunch today. Lovely freshly cooked food. Friendly staff. Could not fault it. Will definitely be back

Takeaway was superb!!!! Delivered to the door exactly on time with unexpected complimentary dips and popadoms. A delicious meal and lovely service from the staff. Will be back again.

Been going here for a long time and it’s always been good, but the last few times the curries have been superb, highly recommended

Ordered online for a delivery at 18:20, was given delivery time of 20:20, (ok, since it’s Saturday night). 20:45, no sign so called restaurant, to be told “I won’t lie, it will be another 30 minutes” (21:15). 21:50, still no delivery, (so was a lie) called the restaurant (again), to be told, “sorry, we will be another 20 minutes, but here’s a free bottle of Coke, and you’ll get 50% discount next time, and the driver is coming to you especially” Especially???? I’ve paid good money for this including a £8 delivery charge! 30 minutes later (not 20) delivery arrived at 22:20. 4 hours to wait for a delivery 6 miles away is just not good enough. Can keep the 50% discount, will not be ordering from here again. Worst service ever, oh and the food, was OK, but much better out there with far better service and attitude. Would give zero score if I was able.

Staff who deliver menus through the letterbox do so without reading a sign asking them not to and casually like to walk across people’s gardens to avoid having to walk down a path like a normal person to get to another property! Food ain’t that great either lol… arrived thrown in to the bag like it was going in the bin! Pakora was awful, rice bad and nan bread was unfortunately full of bits of charcoal on the base!! Clean and/or repair your tandoori oven… it’s not hard. Definitely a lot of improvements would make a huge difference but walking across our garden was a bit of a joke lol. Noticed you replied saying it is a fake review!! Focus on your business and accept responsibility when your staff make errors and stay humble!! I’ve attached my order from my JE records, remember my review was also about the idiot who works for you delivering menus who thinks it’s okay to walk across someone’s garden to cut corners instead of respecting someone’s property… pathetic reply when you should have apologised.
