Myself and my partner are local and have used this restaurant before, so we decided to change things a bit and book for Christmas dinner. What an excellent choice and will probably be booking early for Christmas 25. The atmosphere, service and attention of the staff was second to none and nothing was a trouble. If I am being really picky, we do tend to book upstairs as it is a little quieter. The full menu was on offer and the recommendations of the member of staff looking after us was also excellent (my partner normally has lamb naga, but mutton was recommended, which proved to be a good move, so tender and flavoursome) My main was a chicken madras (I have this regular it does vary from chef to chef) and I have to say it was probably the best I have ever had. The flavours and heat were extremely well balanced. My naan was sliced into 4 quarters which made it easy to eat. The attention to detail of the whole meal was superb. If you like Indian quinine and you are fairly local, you must try this restaurant.

Lovely food. We eat them regularly. Food is always ready when we collect it, warm, big portions and VERY, VERY tasty. My favourite take away in Bridgend.

Normally eat in when we visit and have always been extremely impressed by the food. Ordered a takeaway this time and the quality wasn't as good. The service was as fantastic and friendly as always and some of the components were extremely nice such as the mixed kebab and the keema naan. The chef's special balti was just okay, but the pilau rice was extremely bland.

Came here on a random Monday while in the area. Frequent curry eaters so always a gamble. Not easy to navigate their menu online, which is an issue if you donāt eat the regular curryās, would advise they sort their website issue out or post a PDF/photo on socials. Managed to find a video on Instagram in the end, which is not ideal. Tried something new with the Sajon Koraya and then requested the Tikka Masala but Madras hot. The Sajon was lovely, a nice sweet and sour taste, similar to a pathia weāve had in other restaurants, had a nice kick to it and a lot of flavour. The masala was tasty and definitely madras hot, a little thick and stodgy compared to a lot of places but a nice dipping sauce. Had a keema naan, also very good. Pilau rice as standard. Service was great. Wait time was minimal. Price was more than reasonable. Have given it top ratings as definitely would return here.

Have been many times and always had a great meal. Decided to try it for Christmas Day Lunch. Came away feeling a bit disappointed and rushed. We were seated quickly and at a nice table. We were hoping that favourites such as Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken would be available but it was Chicken or Lamb, Mild, Medium or Hot. We chose a mild and hot chicken dish and a medium lamb dish. As soon as we placed our mains order the starter arrived, no choice, everyone got the same. It was pretty good to be fair but at this point it seemed clear that the restaurantās priority was getting people through quickly as opposed to letting them have a relaxing Christmas Day lunch. We were not asked if we wanted poppadums, which seemed odd. For us this is a huge part of an Indian meal. We looked around and saw that only one table had them. We asked and received some. We did say we wanted them before our mains arrived but everything came together. Again, it just seemed that a decision had been made in advance not to offer poppadums so that they could speed up the time everyone would take for lunch. They clearly had more bookings arriving and tables were being relaid. The mains were bang average to be honest. The mild chicken dish and medium lamb dish were both bland. The hot chicken dish had a kick but overall it was not great. They were all just meat in a clear gravy. Something in a nice creamy sauce would have been appreciated. Dessert was ok, bought in cheesecake, profiteroles etc. There was an Indian fruit salad, the name of which I forget. The first 2 members of staff we asked did not know what was in it so someone had to go and ask in the kitchen. You would think this would have been briefed to the team before service. I asked if they did Flat White coffee and was assured they did. I received a coffee with milk. We went along expecting to be there for 2 hours plus, enjoying a few different courses and a good selection of Indian classics. We were back in the car within 90 minutes, feeling underwhelmed. At just less than Ā£180 in total this was not an insignificant cost. Iām sure weāll go back but not for Christmas Day Lunch, unless they rethink their approach away from rushing people through to ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy a few tried and tested favourite dishes.

Visited a few weeks ago and ordered a āspecialā that had the consistency of water and tasted like a microwave meal. Worst curry I have ever had. Avoid.

I've been looking forward to trying food at Dine Bangla for a while now. Honestly, the atmosphere was perfect! The interior of the restaurant is outstanding and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I must say the food did not disappoint. I loved the sheikh kebab, tikka masala and chicken biryani as it was full of flavour, cooked fresh and spicey to my standard. I will highly recommend visiting the restaurant, if you have not already to explore and taste exquisite food! š

Went for a meal out for Valentineās Day with my husband. We had starters, mains and coffee afterwards and a nice bottle of white wine with our meal. All the food was delicious , well cocked and presented. Staff were busy but still remained attentive if we required anything. High recommend a visit.
