each ordered karahi was in just like a tomato sauce, i really regret ordering here, never waisted nearly £40 badly ever before. few might like it, but we really dont. potato catt also not as expected it was. the only thing i like was timely delivery. but nothing else.

I like ordering from here but they have always forgot half of my order that I’ve noticed I ordered here today and it was awful I got a takka it’s was so hard to chew was not the best what so ever the chips was hard and some of them was not cooked I most likely will not be ordering from here again really disappointed

As always, Mizaans delivered high quality food for a reasonable price. Although it’s not our local takeaway, Mizaans will always be our first choice due to the tasty food and friendly staff.

Awful food, cold on arrival, food was covered in sauce which made it even colder. No garlic naan despite paying extra on the wrap. No option to have no sauce so it's cold sauced filled wrap whether you like it or not. Unhelpful when phoned up to address issue. Wont be ordering again

Very rude. Abrupt when calling restraint to let no driver had walked by my gate. To be spoke to like I was nothing. Then called. Screaming down the phone so I put it down as will not be spoken to like that by anyone. I’m a disabled wheelchair user who has cctv I sent my carer out. Soon as I saw him goto the house in front. I open she was there over 20 . And he drove by twice. Then for the driver to be rude. Isn’t acceptable customers service is poor

A total waste of money and time even ordering the pakora was cold and didn’t even taste like pakora the chips was as hard as nails the tikka wasn’t a tikka we got the wrong curry delivered the Bombay potato’s was awful too and all was cold

Always order from here, food and delivery are normally excellent but tonight they were late and the food was not as nice as it normally is, someone had been very heavy handed with the garlic and spices.

Food was ok, but I assume may have been sat a while as most was cold. Had to call twice to chase order. Deliver estimate was 30-45mins but took nearly 90mins. Although showed delivered at 60mins.

One main meal was very small and should have been under the side dishes, it also had no sauce and was very chewy.

Very disappointed as normally good service and food, food item was missing tried to catch the driver but was to late rang restaurant straight away explained what was missing and that it’s the only thing my autistic son will eat and can I have them send out and this took over an hour in which time my son was having a meltdown and I was unable to eat my meal. Once they arrived driver apologised and I had to reheat my meal and the korma was spicy.
