Dine Bangla in North Lincolnshire

Eaten at this restaurant quite a few times,has always been first class food and friendly , efficient staff until our visit last night,food was as good as always but our meal was spoiled by a' family ' with lots of young children,the adults didn't control their children let them roam about in the restaurant, laying on the floor and playing about with the food trolley,we think the staff should have had a word with them as there were plenty of other diners in the restaurant

Went with my family and the staffs were so welcoming they recommended some amazing dishes to us off the menu would definitely recommend to everyone and also cooked to my liking fantastic restaurant

Amazing excellent customer service and the food was also fantastic would recommend to friends and family recently refurbished looks amazing

Dine Bangla restaurant food is always tasty 😋 staff are very friendly. i also like their new decoration . this restaurant very neat and clean . i dine in there many times ,most of the time i ordered online.

Late and cold....3 calls to them... it's on its way... it wasn't... food was nice obvs we reheated it. No apology, simply... it is on its way.... there is too much competition to be like this.... going elsewhere next time....

Ordered via Deliveroo just over half hour before closing... the order was ACCEPTED received a missed call 40 mins later from a London number, i didn't answer as it looked dodgy but turned out it was a Deliveroo number... so i rang Deliveroo who couldn't get through to Dine Bangla i said they close at 11.30 so probably cancelled it. So Deliveroo eventually cancelled the order. Moral of the story, don't take orders you can't fulfill and thanks for wasting an hour of my time waiting for food when i could of ordered elsewhere if you rejected it from the get go!

Had an amazing experience staff are very friendly and loving the new renovation definitely best looking and tasting in scunny would recommend to friends and family

Got the dishes wrong, argued the point, then started bleaching while we were eating! Manager assumed we were after a discount and was instantly rude demanding payment- we paid and left

We ordered a takeaway after 2 hours we rang as meal not delivered to be told on its way after a further 30 mins still no meal rang again told they where busy and ordered in front of them another 30 mins and meal delivered chips cold meal not that warm will not be ordering again

Food was good when it finally arrived, but delivery time was ridiculous. Predicted an hour but took nearly two. Had to chase it up twice.

Absolutely fab. Set deal B is such a bargain and the dishes all super tasty.

Had a delivery from here quite regular but last night was awful. Was Luke warm when it arrived, Chicken had a slimey texture to it and just tasted off. Not sure I’d use again

Ordered at 18.13 with a delivery time of 19.20 - 19.40 …. Actually Arrived at 20.10 … luke warm at best, very very poor

Went for a meal with my partner here tonight. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, they spent most of the time looking at us...in the end it got so much I invited them to sit with us. Food was mediocre and warm...avoid!!!

Ordered as usual but usually collect, this time we got it delivered as it was on just eat. Was contacted to say it was running 30 minutes late as it was very busy. I understood this and quickly popped out to come home within 15 minutes. Got back to my property and the delivery driver had apparently been stood at my door for 20 minutes knocking ? No phone call to say that the order had miraculously arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call? Delivery driver was rude, abusive and confrontational and even tried taking our food away despite us paying online. Food was stone cold and after ringing dinebangla completely unsatisfied with this service i was offered to see what they could sort out next time. Genuinely disgraceful service and shocked to feel that intimidated by a delivery driver. Avoid.

Rang after 1 hour to ve told another 25mins then rang back another 20mins later be again be told it will be half an hour again so i cancelled my order will no order again

Our food has still not arrived. Called the restaurant when it was 30 minutes late to be told it was on its way. Called again when it was an hour late and had the phone put down.

Delicious meal, lovely staff and clean decor

Absolutely shocking service food was very poor quality lamb very fatty rice was barely warm and staff very miserable won't be going again do not recommend take my advice and take your money else where.

Absolutely shocking . Servers never smiling (wasn’t even busy) Food was luke warm. Naan bread was so doughy! Staff arrogant when we questioned prices they just kept saying the price after many attempts of questioning it. Wouldn’t go again!

A wonderful experience, great family atmosphere and the staff’s were ever so friendly. The food, the Chicken Tikka Massala in particular was so rich in flavour. Will be there with my office team this time in January…

Dine Bangla was one of our favourites although we went last night and the food wasn’t great. I ordered the saag pathia which was bland, had no spice and wasn’t very warm. My husband ordered padina but got pathia too and it was also the same. Our friends dishes wasn’t very spicy either and all the food wasn’t very hot. The ladies toilets weren’t very clean and no toilet roll even after asking the waitress for some. Not sure we’ll be back for while.

Very disappointing👎🏻, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went with my family yesterday, soon we entered the restaurant, the staff rushed to take orders and couldn’t see the menu properly. Tandoori roti was very dry and they charged us £10 for meat balti which is four pieces of meat and it wasn’t cooked properly. The staff was very unprofessional they kept coughing while they were serving the food. I would say don’t waste your money to go to this sort of place.

Excellent food and really friendly delivery

We have been coming here for sometime and really enjoyed it but our recent meal will be our last! Never took any notice if the set menu was still on the window. We asked and was told it was £17.95 fare enough everything has gone up. We started to give our order mains and was asked what starter we wanted we said it comes with mixed started we were told no you pick one up to £4.95. Then when it came to rice or nann I asked for garlic nann to be told its plain rice or plain nann. The poppadoms came out then the starters but they removed the pickle tray so we couldn't have those with the starters. Then the mains came looked lovely but everything was very bland nothing like what we've had before. Then the table started to be cleared before everyone had finished. The whole service was poor compared to previous visits. When we left we looked at the window which clearly stated the set menu came with mixed starter. Very disappointing visit, will be looking for a new Indian from now on.

Chaotic and disorganised service and then tried to vastly over charge. It really spoilt this special family occasion. Also meals were served in a completely random manner with some people having their main course before others had their starter.

The service was appalling, some people had finished their meal before others had even gotten their meal. 2 serving on a busy night disgusting. Tried to over charge people on drinks they never had. Will not be returning

absolutely shocking service we've gone here for a few years never again overcharged even after we had drinks removed we never had . The food was poor we had finished ( starter and nain) before members of the same group got a starter ! and orders were taken at same time unbelievable jeff !

Dine Bangla used to be the place to go, but not anymore. Poor service, mains coming out when some of the party still haven’t got their starters. Food not up to scratch, really unhappy all round and to top it off drinks added to the bill that no one had. Even after removing them, we were still overcharged by a lot compared with advertised prices. Terrible experience.

unfortunately since our last review it is absolutely shocking.. and charging for items you didn't have our bill was overcharged by £20 we ended up.paying £12 more than we should beawre or get ripped off and shocking shocking service will not be going back again

For the prices charged, I expected a popadom and some dips (sauces) I will not be ordering from Dine Bangla again

I’m afraid I cannot recommend this restaurant, we went as a family, the service was terrible, the food was well below average and we were all overcharged initially.

Never again will I order from here over an hour and half late no apologies put the phone down 5 times to me so so rude,when food eventually arrived 1.5 hours to late from time expected food was cold and awful .twice we have experienced this appalling place for food now.

Food tasted watery, lacked flavour and spice, probably the worse indian ive had in a long time!! Not worth the money i spent, my kids even left theirs...

We've often used Dine Bangla, but tonight it was terrible food.it s cold. Curries were watery and tasteless. My lamb was like hard rubber.. I won't order from them again...

Rang up told the driver had 5 deliveries to do. When the driver arrived he said they had a accident in the kitchen. Not acceptable

Never had a bad meal from here ever! Was cold,late poppadoms has gone limp, bit shocked tbh.

The trays in the bag were all crushed,therefore the contents of the trays was spilled all inside

We usually always order from Dine Bagala, my husband and I have the banquet meal delivered at home. We normally LOVE the food but tonight it was awful. I called and spoke with them and they informed me they have 2 chefs and its the "main" chefs day off today. Its so unfortunate as we always highly recommend this Indian restaurant. Based on this evenings experience we would not reorder as the food was flavourless, bland and just not very nice at all. My husbands butter chicken didn't even look like it normally does. My balti lacked the taste I've grown to know and love. We weren't offered any good will gesture in the form of a discount off another meal, or a replacement meal. We spent £35 a time usually once a week.

Was a Friday night so they were busy but the food was delicious and I ordered on just eat but rang to make changes and they were made so well happy

Everything from the food to the wonderfully cheerful atmosphere I would and will happily come again anytime.

Delicious food yet delivery questionable, live round corner so would not think be late and naan stone cold. However very tasty will collect in future.

Very average, a lot of ghee sat on the saag aloo and Pathia ! Vindaloo 6/10.. naans a bit doughy. Order was late.

Our third choice of venue, the other two were fully booked. We have had a meal here before and the choice has been reduced drastically. The food was very good though and obviously freshly prepared. They area is all on one level so is wheelchair accessible and although there is no private carpark there is both street parking and public carparks close by. They do take aways too although the menu has more choices and is three years out of date.

Ordered chicken Tikka Jalfazi got chicken something certainly not Tikka chicken sauce very runny tasted like a vindaloo need to up your game normally very good
