The best restaurants serving Indian food in Harrogate Yorkshire and The Humber

We are regular visitors living just down the road. Food is fantastic and so is the service. Never had a bad meal, always fresh and hot and tastes amazing.

Absolute gem of a place. One of the oldest establishments of its kind in the area. Tasty and quality food. Hits the spot every time. Highly recommended.

Sauce was tasty but the meat was really tough. Rice was good.

Everything first class. This was our first order and we really enjoyed tonight’s delivery! The curry main dishes were thick and not oily like some other takeaway curry dishes. We will be back for certain. Having used woodlands tandoori for a few years that’s just been taken over and not doing well at all on reviews except their relatives then this is a nice alternative . 10/10

Everything I have ordered is delicious, flavourful curries with options to suit any spice level. The food is fresh, tasty, and perfect with their naan or rice. Friendly service and a chill vibe make it a great spot for curry lovers.

If I could give this a zero then I would and we really try not to put business down. But by a country mile this is the worst Indian restaurant we have ever been to. We ordered for collection as a takeaway. First issue was they got the order wrong! We only realised once back so had to call to let them know of the missing items. We had to go back to collect them and staff were more rude than apologetic. We ordered 2 mixed kebab starters and I we have never been so disappointed there were 5 small pieces of meat. The lamb was chewy and awful. Certainly not worth the money. The chicken in the curries we ordered were just strips of chicken that were just not good. The chips were fries! The keema naan had no meat in it whatsoever. Seriously this has to be the worst experience of Indian food we have ever had. The restaurant was empty on a Friday night which speaks volumes. Avoid avoid avoid!

Visited with friends on a quiet Tues night. First time we’ve been but our friends go regularly and have takeaways so had to give it a try! We all had popodoms, starters, mains, breads etc and the food was spot on. The chicken garlic chilli curry was banging as were the garlic naans. Bring your own drink so popped in Tesco before for some Cobras and they kept them chilled and glasses etc. £90 including a tip for 4 people you really can’t go wrong 👍

Ordered takeaway. Awful, won't be doing that again. Was cold when arrived, live only couple of mins away, two pieces of potato and one piece of cauliflower, onions raw the rest was chilli and spice and no veg sauce, burnt my mouth. Husbands tandoori mixed grill so small it fit on a side plate. I threw most of mine

unfortunately they didn't acknowle the notes, nore did they forfil the order and when I rang about it there was no help. iv used Adams foe 20 years last nite was our last. then to top it off I had asked for sauce separately for something to be told on arrival I owe them 2 pound for the pot....wow
