Delivered wrong order rang to tell them and waited 90 mins before chasing. They then suggested I eat the completely wrong order that they delivered. Apparently they’re going to deliver my order again (3 hours after first ordering) - hopefully I’ll feel the need to correct this review and say the food was amazing but more expecting not to see it and have wasted £25

Got our food wrong and the man said ye ye and didn’t do anything about our order !! We had to wait 1:45 hours just for a crap meal

I think it was around 7.20 i ordered it and it didnt arrive until 8.50. By the time we sat down to eat it was freezing cold.

I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I was torn between 3&4 stars. I had the chicken Jalfresi which was really tender, but I felt the restaurant spilt the salt in it, apart from far too much salt the rest of our order was lovely.

Got the creamy chilli chicken pizza. Really delicious and one of the best pizzas I've had. Will definitely get again. 10/10.

The chips tasted old and tasted like they were recooked after already being cooked. The Kebab was okay but the food tasted strange in general.

Calling it a balti is a disgrace as it’s more of a rat-laden kebab shop. Ordered 3 curries, mixed grills and onion bhaji’s with naan breads. All 3 curries had raw chicken, worst part is it was chunks of chicken which would go on a pizza. I can only imagine what their pizzas end up like. The rogan Josh was made with green peppers and tomato slices that you’d find on a pizza. The mixed grills had hamburger patty’s in and came with fried mushrooms which weren’t cooked in the middle. The naan breads were covered in oil and must have been cooked on a flat top stove. Garlic naans had no garlic on just an out of date demented garlic mayo dip. The cheese naan had no cheese. Overall the food was so covered in oil you’d imagine the place to be owned by an Arabian prince. We ordered on just eat £80 worth. No free poppadoms and they rang asking for extra money for delivery which then the driver rang to say he couldn’t find us and we had to meet him. We have the only property on the post code!! Very bad experience, this level of food Could kill off even the hardest of addicts.

The worst meal I've ever seen. Raw chicken, grease all over everything. A half eaten beef burger in the mixed grill. Naan breads covered in grease, they looked fried. Advertised as free delivery, driver wanted £4.50 cash even though we had spent £75 on the meal. Then we had to meet the driver half way to collect. Wish I'd read the Google reviews first as these lot are clearly bandits.

Absolutly shocking food and worse service. Delivery prices invented on the doorstep even when using just eat. Just dont bother wasting your money

Not the best...went in for a takeaway, two kebabs..they got my partners order wrong and mine was more like thrown together...won't be back in a hurry

Delivery driver demanded an extra £2.00 on top of the £4.99 delivery charge already paid . The food was 30 minutes late and needed warming up when it arrived, onion bhajis were hard and thrown away !

there was salad missing from my order when I called the restaurant spoke to one of the staff members than got passed on to the second person he resolved the issue in no time and got my salas delivered quickly 🥰 thank you very much I appreciated fantastic service 🥰

Food arrived a little late. Chicken wings were lukewarm at best although tasty. Mixed wrap was ok. Doner wrap was unfortunately inedible, and had obviously been microwaved to reheat before delivery. The thing was so nuked it could have come out of Chernobyl. Thus, the mayo had split and turned to oil, the remains of ‘lettuce’ were all but mush and the extremely sparse amount of doner meat had zero taste. Poor

Shocking, paid extra for delivery village which was fine but the food was sub standard. Do not order from here. Photo of the deluxe burger! Rang and they said they would check cctv. Just eat refunded no questions asked. Would t feed it to the dog!

Chicken dry, not fresh & inedible,l. Ordered 2 Garlic mayo, 1 was missing from the order but the 1 with the order tasted off. Pizza low standard. Overall all a very poor standard of food. Won’t be ordering again.

Waited outside a hotel for 45 minute from the time the delivery said was on the way called the restaurant and got literally no answers. So.either they couldnt be bothered to come or gave my food to someome and never confrimed with them a name!!!

Delivery was on time but the pizza wasn't fully cooked the base was still doughy and I paid for extra toppings that I didn't get so No I won't be going back.

Been ordering this for years but this time was made differently than usual and not as nice at all. Will buy this dish from elsewhere in future unless they revert to the usual way of making it.

Awful & sauce all over my Kebab that I payed for & Just eat did nothing to help considering I spend a fortune on Just Eat

I ordered the Chicken tikka Biryani and 2 chapatis, they was all amazing, very tasty and looked lovely.

The chips are very dry couldn’t eat them both calzone are undercooked not hot I ordered both calzones the same they are different fillings are different

Charged £3.50 delivery fee through the app then had to pay another £6.50 delivery fee when it turned up

Quality dropped a little. Cake was a mess. And my Dr.Pepper was missing. So that’s 2 out of 3 orders that were wrong.

Worst takeaway I’ve had in Harrogate for a long time! Everything was soggy & cold from the chips to the burgers & kebab meat. Missing items from the meat box. Size of the garlic tubs for 80p are a joke maybe covers 2 slices of pizza won’t be using again. We usually use next door but we had a voucher for money off so regretfully went with adams. Never again!

Food was average at best but ordered with no salad. Came with salad and sauce mixed in so payed £26.90 for 1 kebab and chips that went in the bin. Try somewhere else

Everything was lovely but garlic mayo was awful usually it's really nice I don't know if you changed recipe or you gave us yogurt by accident but it was dreadful this time round

Ordered 3 times now and everything you get is spot on!... succulent chicken and crispy coatings and even the dips are extra nice!... delivery on time and all at a very reasonable price... only one negative... could you please get coca cola!

I asked for vegetarian pizza and garlic bread and it came with meat and wasted mine and my mrs dinner for the night and my money. Not pleased at all and would be wanted a refund since I only managed to eat the chips to share which is abysmal

Soggy chips and bland tasting kebab

We got one of their Menu's & money off flyers thru letterbox. So thort we'd give them a try. Ordered direct from them, totaling £36. Was told delivery 30 to 45 mins, actually arrived after 1hr & 10 mins. Used the flyer which had 2 x £5 off vouchers that each could be used with every £15 spent, so delivery guy deducted £10 so paid £26 on their card reader. Food was very average. 28 hrs later, just had same delivery guy knock the door saying the shop wouldn't accept the money off vouchers as i didn't tell them about them when i placed my order!!!!!! On reading the flyer, it does actually say you have to let them know if using the vouchers. But what difference does it make? So got my 2 £5 off vouchers back & had to pay the guy £10 cash!!!! Needless to say we wont be using them again!!

Order wasn’t as described chicken masala was more like a Balti. Naan and bhajis cold. Over 30 mins late (app won’t let me change it from 5 mins)

Wrong food, ready before I set off for It

Ordered from here 3x now and food has been great but when the delivery man has arrived for 2x the orders they have asked for £2.50 extra for delivery which luckily I have had. But £2.50 on top of the £3.50 delivery I have already paid is a rip off. No warning given prior either. Feels scammy and not ordering from here again.

❗❗❗ !! BEWARE !! ❗❗❗ Took an hour an a half to arrive. Half an hour later than the ETA. I was conscious it was late and they may have had an influx of orders before closing, so I just waited patiently. A very embarrassed and apologetic delivery person handed me a paper bag with one half-filled tub of cold “Vegetable Bhuna” and a pot of mint sauce. The “Vegetable Bhuna” was essentially just frozen peas, carrots and green beans in tomato and oil. They didn't bother to send the rest of my order, so I can't comment on the quality of anything else. I don't understand why they didn't just decline the order instead of leaving me waiting and getting hungrier. It was too late to order from anywhere else by the time this sorry excuse for a meal arrived. After investigating, Just Eat offered to refund the missing items but not the Vegetable Bhuna, delivery or service charge, despite there being no meal at the end of this dreadful experience. I will never order from this restaurant again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anybody else. I don’t want to use Just Eat again either after this experience, but they would only refund me in credit to use for a future order. I feel scammed. Absolutely terrible customer service from both organisations. I essentially paid for my own inconvenience and discomfort.

Ordered a “Mega Box Meal”, cheese chilli bites and 2 popadoms and a mango chutney. It took around 55 mins to arrive which isn’t a great start, the food was basically cold on arrival apart from my drink which was ridiculously warm. To start it off the chips were soggy, slightly wet and not even seasoned. Same with the onion rings, the chicken was tasteless and the batter was hard and would often squeak when bit into. The burger consisted of warm lettuce drenched in mayonnaise and a poor attempt at a “chicken fillet”.Everything in the “Mega Box Deal” was poor deffo wouldn’t get again. Moving on to the chilli cheese bites, again, poor. I bit into one of the cheese bites to find absolutely 0 filling which was a lovely surprise to wait an hour for and spend nearly £25, the rest of the bites were pretty abysmal and the same story with little to no filling in the rest. Lastly the popadoms were okay, slightly moist, didn’t have much snap to them and the mango chutney was very vile. It was extremely sour, smelt like ammonia, and was basically water. And not to mention my can of fanta which was warmer than all the food. So overall 1/10, felt like i’ve been robbed.

Food was great, but I had to pay extra for delivery charge without me knowing.

They sent a (£3) cheaper item than we ordered. Food was late. Charged an extra £5 delivery when they arrived. Very disappointing.

Don’t be in a rush if your ordering from here. Past the estimated delivery time so rang for update to be told it was on route and then for him to shout through asking if it had set off. Food lovely but arrived missing pizza that was for two children and had to wait another 15 minutes for delivery of this.

Really bad unfortunately the cheese burger was last nights as well as the chips which we could blatantly tell! My partner took it back in as he was so annoyed!

Foods great as usual however ur drive that ran the food over didn’t knock, didn’t ring the door nothing. Went to check outside at 1:05 to find it left by the door as obviously stone cold.

Veg curry was frozen mixed veg in oil. No taste just oily and chilli powder. Chicken was greasy, tasteless and oily again. Couldn’t eat it. Had to order elsewhere. Won’t be back.

I am sure the food was OK but it couldn't be eaten due to the state it arrived in. The lid of the curry had come off in transit and contaminated everything else. It was grease and spice central!! Did this order through Just eat, not going to do that again..

Got charged a 6.90 additional del charge when turned up, chicken burger was not spicy as ordered. No phone call as requested.

I've had occasional issues with orders from Adam's, but for the most part the food is usually good and very reasonable value. Staff seem friendly enough as well.

No Mushroom pakora in the mixed starter and the Peri Peri burger was horrendous. The chicken in it was rock hard, burnt and cold. It's really put me off ordering from here again.
