Excellent food, very good choice at a fair price, delivered on time. Only minor comment, the Onion Bhajis were quite greasy, however this is not that unusual.

We had booked a table and was greeted at the door on arrival and shown to the table. The restaurant was fairly busy and the atmosphere was vibrant.we had to wait a little while for our drinks and a menu, The staff appeared to be a little disorganised but friendly ( this is a new venture and has only been open a few weeks ) The food was tasty and nicely presented with ample portions. Good Covid hygiene was in evidence . As an Indian restaurant this ranks as one of the best that I've visited for food outside of London A must visit for all those that enjoy good food.

From the welcome to the farewell an absolutely great dining experience. The service was quick and attentive without being intrusive plus the staff were very friendly too. The food was plentiful and was by far the best Indian food any of us we had ever eaten. To behonest this has been the best food of our stay in Gloucester this year and dispite the walk there , as we were staying the other side of Town, there were only compliments as we left. We would highly recommend India Zone to anyone wishing to experience a great restaurant with fabulous food and staff. Paul and Emma Bedford

We have eaten in the restaurant several times, but also had takeaways. Always excellent food, which has a freshness about it that stands out. This evening I ordered a biriani (which I've had before, yum!) without realising there was a change in the sauce. I went back to say there was a mistake...only to realise the error was my own! However, they made me some of the original sauce, at no extra cost. How lovely?! They're always friendly and as accommodating as they can be. I'm very grateful (and very full!)

ordered food for takeaway. straight away the service was great and food was ready quickly. Once arrived home and opened everything up it smelled amazing and tasted great !! definitely recommend.

Tastiest food I have eaten at an Indian restaurant in a long time. The waiter that served us was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We came here for our Mum's 60th birthday and they made it feel special. Will definitely come back here!

A lovely meal before the theatre. Stefano looked after us and was kind and attentive throughout. The food was delicious!

Tried this restaurant for the first time with family , service, food , presentation and hot plates was great . The restaurant was v quiet ( Tuesday ) so I suggested why not do a special offer ( cheaper) to increase trade as I was paying our bill , then to be told yes we do an offer 😞☹️🤪

We love eating here! Always a warm welcome from Sid and Tom. Delicious, thoughtful food that always pleases more than you can imagine. Their food creates a wonderful friendly joyous atmosphere. I expressed my delight with my food in glowing terms and everybody at the next table shouted Here Here! You must book in advance as they are very popular. If you haven’t already tried this wonderful Asian cuisine, it is a must try. Always Delicious!

We were surprised to see the community cafe still open at around 3.30pm on a Sunday, so we thought we’d give it a try. All we can say is, call in if you’re passing as the cakes are just delicious. All are home made by residents in the village who take it in turns to run the cafe. It’s so cheap as well!
