The best restaurants serving Indian food in Epsom and Ewell South East

Wonderful ambience to the restaurant very welcoming staff and manager the food was excellent. We had vegetarian and non-veg family members. The taste was very authentic and the spice level was just right we would definitely recommend this restaurant for families and individuals..

Absolutely delicious food!! We have Ordered from Simi more than once now and it is so much better than any local Indian takeaway restaurant we have found. Simi also took time to go through all allergens with me to ensure that it was Coelaic safe and most is gluten free anyway! Highly recommend!

What a lovely jem of a Indian restaurant the food they offer is slightly different from the run of mill of Indian restaurants in this area ..starters was the meat platter very tasty followed by venison curry which was delicious and a chicken biryani which was served in a unusual way delicious ...Maybe they could bring in hot towels just to wipe your hands as they get a wee bit messy when eating poppadoms and nan bread ...it's a lovely tastefully furnished restaurant we will be back ...

Food not delivered and I'm out £25. I phoned the restaurant and he said it was not their problem. I get it but I have ordered many times before and I like the food. Uber Eats would not deal with my complaint and kept cutting me off. The driver didn't respond outside of saying he was here (clearly wasn't and I even went outside). Biggest pity is that the restaurant didn't step up

Very good selection of books to read but my large bugbear is how noisy it is if you are trying to read...if background noise doesn't bother your concentration,then that's fine. Unfortunately I can't concentrate and usually have to leave library prematurely. Living in an urban area is noisy and there was a time when libraries were quiet sanctuaries...alas no longer.

Good quality food, friendly service and fabulous atmosphere. I would highly recommend the okra dish and jackfruit biryani. We would definitely come again!

The menu choices and quality of food are incredible for the price. Totally delicious and well presented with great attention to detail on the small salad accompanying my starter. Mains were incredibly tasty served with quite possibly the best cooked crisp corriander and chilli nann I have ever tasted. Incredibly priced for the quality and taste of the food. Absolutely worth a visit.

Good college bigger space for me to peform in drama

Fantastic food, lovely hot/sweet/sour pathia dish, super light fluffy peshwari naan, onion bhaji light and crispy. I'd be reticent to go again as the waiting time for dishes was extraordinarily long, sitting there 25 mins to order, starter came in 10 mins which is what I'd expect but then to wait over an hour for the main course is far too excessive. A waiter actually tried to change the tablecloth before we'd even got our main courses it was so long! And the pikey family with the unruly kids running about and one of them crawling around most of the night was just not needed. Nothing was said to stop the distracting unruly behaviour and it really spoiled the night for us and other diners. Pity because it could have been a regular for us but service time was just far too long.

Honestly, the best Indian food I have had outside of India. Consistently incredible food every time. Fresh meat, deep flavours. 10/10, could not ask for better.

My husband and I have been here a fair few times, and we visited for the first time since they have refurbished the premises. The new look is subtle, clean, and the surroundings are perfect. The Team of Gentleman are very polite, exyremely attentative, and they really have their finger on the pulse. The food is exquisite. We had the obligatory poppadoms, which I love the red onion and mint yoghurt. Very moorish. We then chose 2 different prawn starters, which we shared a bit of each dish. My husbands main was the madras, though a bit too hot for my taste buds! Mine was the tandoori mixed grill, and that was so big I had to take the chicken drumstick home. Our sides were the coconut rice and sagalloo. The Chef is clearly passionate about cookinf. If we had room, we would have chosen dessert. But we struggled, as the portion sizes are generous. It's the best Indian restaurant in Epsom, and the fact you have to book, says it all. Well done guys, and thank you for our superb dining experience.

Soggy flat naan and small! Jalfrezi was bland On the plus side Tandoori chicken was amazing

Unfortunately this was not a nice experience. We ordered through Deliveroo and the samosas were very expensive, super small portion and full of oil. Something completely unacceptable. Contacted Deliveroo to complain and we were denied any refund or other options. So we felt cheated and very disappointed. In view of this we recommend to be very careful with this restaurant as they have both a quality and ethical issue.

Nice little Indian restaurant on the main road through Epsom, I’ve been a couple of times, excellent food and friendly service.

The mixed grill was terrible. Threw the chicken from the mixed grill! Always used this place in the past so don’t know why it went so wrong this time!
