What a lovely jem of a Indian restaurant the food they offer is slightly different from the run of mill of Indian restaurants in this area ..starters was the meat platter very tasty followed by venison curry which was delicious and a chicken biryani which was served in a unusual way delicious ...Maybe they could bring in hot towels just to wipe your hands as they get a wee bit messy when eating poppadoms and nan bread ...it's a lovely tastefully furnished restaurant we will be back ...

We dine a lot in London and this restaurant offers the quality of a top City establishment but with local prices- keep coming back and a great discovery in our local area.

Rasika, formerly Le Raj Academy, is probably the safest bet in the area. First class ingredients and food cooked to order guarantee a pleasant dining experience. Whenever I feel like having Indian food, Rasika is always my first port of call.

We went to Rasika for birthday celebration meal. I really enjoyed the food. We had starters, main and dessert. The food had authentic indian taste. The food came out to us in reasonable time. The staff were really attentive. I is nice to have a good indian restaurant in ewell and epsom. I will definitely visit again.

I recently saw an online ad announcing the reopening of Rasika in the stylish new foyer of Nescot College near Ewell. What a cool idea, having an Indian rest actually on campus! Always keen to try new local dining experiences we booked for a midweek early evening dinner for two. Both my wife and I were impressed at the modern and stylish surroundings and appreciated the genuinely friendly welcome by Nisha, wife of head chef, Neeraj Saraswat. The menu combined classic dishes from the Indian subcontinent each of which were given a refreshing contemporary twist. Our two mains included the Chef’s special Chicken Rajasthani Dum Biryani along with the spicier Chicken Chettinad, both of which were really tasty and just sufficient in terms of quantity. We shall definitely be returning very soon.

So glad this place has reopened..Same chef and front on house. There is more on the menu to choose from which makes making a decision hard. Food and service was great. Cant wait to go back.

Went for a hike nearby and then had an early dinner at the restaurant. Was really delicious! :) Our first time here and we will definitely be back. Plenty of parking on the main high street as well.

Very good selection of books to read but my large bugbear is how noisy it is if you are trying to read...if background noise doesn't bother your concentration, then that's fine. Unfortunately I can't concentrate and usually have to leave library prematurely. Living in an urban area is noisy and there was a time when libraries were quiet sanctuaries...alas no longer.
