Great food , Tasty and fast delivery service , today ordered sultan kebab box meal , there is two curry’s

We were unfamiliar with Oldham but were getting together with a friend from down south and thought this looked like a great place to meet and eat. We had a couple of queries before gong so e mailed and had a very prompt, helpful reply and also a very helpful phone call. The restaurant itself is in a lovely old building ( there is a public pay and display car park 3 mins walk away and the tram is about as close ). Cafe East is beautifully decorated and laid out. Would be a really great place to hold a party. The menu looks great and as a vegetarian and 2 vegans we were well looked after and had a very enjoyable meal. Food and service all great. We've visited this restaurant on several occasions and each time we've been hugely impressed. The choice of dishes is extensive and the quality of the food is very good. The service is always excellent and the surroundings are very nice if a little unconventional (it's a converted car showroom!). All in all this place is highly recommended.

Best in the business. Been countless times, had takeaways the lot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Been using this takeaway since it opened as Paach bali and it used to be excellent but we had a really poor experience a few months ago where the food was very bland and just not worth the money. We decided to try them again yesterday and we had another bad experience and will not be using them again. We had prawn on puri and they were tiny and the puri would fit on a small saucer, it was quite bland and the prawns were also tiny. The main meals were not much better with the butter chicken was bland and the dansak didn't even have pineapple in which it has in the past (i do realise some curry houses don't add it but here has in the past). Don't know if the management of chef has changed but i can make a nicer one myself so will do so in future or travel further afield

Second time ordering from here and the food is excellent, always piping hot, fresh ingredients, great value and taste!

Excellent evening at Indian Ocean staff are friendly and welcomed us had a great atmosphere and relaxed everyone enjoyed there meals portion size good well cooked and tasty I will definitely be returning in the near future
