Incredible curries from an unassuming restaurant.

A full glass of lager was spilled into my bag from a neighbouring table. As a result I didn’t get to enjoy my meal as I was trying to dry out my bag. The restaurant deducted £4 from our bill which I didn’t feel recognised the damage done. It took several days to dry out my bag.

I recently 19-09-24 ordered mutton kottu roti from this restaurant for takeaway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for my dish to be made medium spicy, but what I received was way beyond that so spicy that it was almost unbearable. The heat completely overpowered the flavors, making it hard to enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, it left my stomach feeling upset not long after eating. It’s frustrating when special requests are ignored, especially when it affects the entire dining experience. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. not recommended for kottu roti fan👎 waste of money. I always order from here many times but never happen like this before, but this my 2nd order with in a month but both times disappointed.

Today he sold me two rice box with bad smell. Be aware of him they are just looting people by selling false food.

Such a lovely food and best service. I recommend to visit and eat. Great experience.

Chicken madras chicken tasted funny bombay perfect rice all spilled out of container first time ordering from here won't again

I can only give this a four star rating because it was so Rowdy and Rammed - but then again, what do you expect on a Friday night in Brick Lane!? Anyway the food was good and the ambience was at least friendly and the waiters did their best under the very overcrowded circumstances. My top tip would be to give it a go midweek!

The owner is delightful, the place is well furnished and comfortable, and the food is very good.

I didn't received pav for pav bhaji

Absolutely fantastic in every aspect. One of the best Indian meals I've ever had and top notch service too boot. I will definitely be back any time I'm in the area.

The food and sherbets were nice, good, friendly service✔️😊 We didn't choose a good dessert though, not our favourite, unfortunately.
