Great and welcoming staff, especially Roni. It was packed and a fun atmosphere, glad we made reservations. The food came out hot and fresh, the Tikka and Butter Chicken however overly sweet. Would come back again.

Food average but not bad. If you want to be in a restaurant with half of the tourist population of London then this is it. Definitely better on Brick Lane.

Only reason service isn’t 5 star is because Rajj wasn’t able to be here the whole time :( Food was sexy though, I have the prawn starter, garlic nan and chicken double onion curry. House white bottle also 14.95 — also byob if you want. Recommend paying extra £1 for tikka chicken. My friends liked the paneer and prawn curry. Avoid simple chicken tikka masala.

We read good things online about this place, so our expectations were high, maybe too high. The staff was friendly and despite the place being full, the food came out quickly. However, we did not fully enjoy it. The chicken corma was really sweet, unlike anywhere we ate that dish before. The garlic naan was also tasting rather sweet. It might just be a bad choice from our side, but we left disappointed.

I booked for and dined with 9 people. The food was lovely and on time. Mr raj came over and greeted us with a nice, firm yet supple handshake making me feel warm and welcome and giddy inside. We were offered a complimentary baileys shot after our meal which arguably is the only thing better than the mint chocolates you get with the bill. Will come back! The waiters had nice smiles and lovely attire. Do come to Bengal village if you are on brick lane!

Roni is an exceptional server, in addition to very good food. He is very smiling and listens to his customers. Through his good humor I let myself be transported to the banks of the Ganges. A journey with refined flavors and full of sensations.

Big fans of curry and wanted to visit Brick Lane in London (from the Netherlands) to try some famous curries. This place took our attention and so we gave it a try and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food is delicious and the staff are very attentive, but not too much.

Based on the reviews here I had high hopes for the quality and taste of the food. However, it was very average and I really wouldn't bother again. On the plus side, the restaurant was one of the few on Brick Lane that didn't have someone outside hassling you to come inside. However, when the meal was over, the waiter was quite pushy in wanting us to leave a review of the restaurant, and promised us each a free drink if we did so.

I decided to try delivery from here, and it was a smooth experience and The delivery was on time. The Tawa Lamb was a standout—spicy and packed with flavour, and the Mango Chicken was a nice contrast, sweet yet still flavourful. The rice was fluffy, and the naan was fresh. The price felt reasonable given the quality and portion size. Will definitely be ordering again!

Decided to give this place a try for collection, and I was really pleased. The food was ready on time, and the staff were super helpful. The Lamb Jeera was a great dish, with tender lamb and a nice mix of spices. The Tawa Chicken was full of flavour, with a nice bit of heat. A lovely takeaway experience overall.

Very overcooked and dry tandoori chicken. At the end of the meal they really pressured you to fill out a survey. Very pushy and rude.
