Love this place. Everything from the atmosphere, service and the good was fantastic. The service from everyone was above and beyond and the outside sitting was just lovely. The servers were very careful and asked for any dietary requirements and offered options which I find amazing as someone who has a few allergies. The food was delicious and the chai was very authentic also allowing multi-refills! I loved the poppadom starter that came with the mango dip I could eat them endlessly the puri halwa tasted of home!

Met Mr Khaleed at Canary wharf Dishoom. Amazing service by the team. Really helpful and hard working team. They make sure to check on you every 10 minutes. Really tasty food and cost effective. A good treat for us Indians

The food and sherbets were nice, good, friendly service✔️😊 We didn't choose a good dessert though, not our favourite, unfortunately.

Have been here multiple times. Great food and service. The Seekh kebab, chilli chicken, okra fries is a must try. The person who attended to us was Khaled. He was very patient, attentive, and greeted us with a smile. We were a group of 12 , but he managed to give attention and cater to each of our demands with ease. Personally, i think the ambience could be better. It is very dark.

A little spice wouldn't hurt. Everything about the food was good otherwise.

What a wonderful place to be. Food was phenomenal, the drinks were really nice, staff was helpful. We went on a mid-week 4pm so it was not crowded at all. Great, great place for Indian food (authentic or not did not matter to me at all)

We had a lovely dining experience. 8 people with a mixture of tastes and dietary requirements. We all left full and happy and complimentary of the serving staff and chefs.

I had heard a lot about Dishoom and it didn't disappoint. We had a few different drinks across cocktails and Indians non-alcoholic drinks. We had two starters, several main courses and dessert, and each of them was a winner. The Pepper Mutton was a particular stand-out as was the pistachio kulfi. I must do in London if you like parsi food in particular or Indian food in general. The menu has been refreshed as of October 2024 and I can't wait to try some of the new items on it.

Second time at this venue in a matter of week's. It has all the lovely food you expect from a Dishoom restaurant but the atmosphere and staff are the best here.

I’ve always heard great things about Dishoom and so wanted to see what the fuss was about. Firstly, it was very busy and people without reservations were being turned away. Make sure you book your table ahead of time to avoid any disappointment. Having said that, it seems a queue formed outside of the restaurant when we left and so perhaps walk-in is possible towards later in the service. Then there is the food. Oh my… it was SO tasty. Sadly I over-ate, but it was THAT delicious that I couldn’t stop myself. Everything is presented and seasoned beautifully. Lastly, the service. Our waitress was very attentive and helped us with our choices. She didn’t try to oversell and the recommendations she made for us were spot on! I’ll definitely being coming back, that’s for sure.

Our server was fantastic. Knowledgeable and considerate. However Dishooms allergy management processes need to be looked at. After ordering and declaring my allergies, I was told that the full set of items ordered by my table were fine for me to eat. However as each item came out I was then told be a different member of staff that they were not suitable. After speaking with the original waitress I was informed that the items were indeed fine and there was some miscommunication in the kitchen. When the next round of dishes arrived the same thing happened. Delivered with a smile and a declaration they were not suitable for me. We had to speak to the original waitress who again worked to set the record straight that they were fine and that the information coming out of the kitchen was incorrect. Whilst I appreciate the efforts made by our waitress the completely maddening levels of miscommunication in the kitchen - where the food is prepared in the first place - was incredibly nerve wracking. It really should be looked at to ensure other customers don't go through the same experience. Overall the food is great - it really is. But my experience was a negative one and, with some sort of set process - completely avoidable. It was a real shame.

Best place to have an indian Parsi food

Lovely service, great atmosphere, great food ( if you like gentrified south asian food. ) however me and my friend both had the most debilitating stomach pains after eating here. Chai was very nice. However Food hygiene / quality possibly needs improving. Other reviews show complains of stomach pains too afterwards. Possibly food poisining .

I work in the area and have come here countless times for lunch or post-work dinner. The food and service are always on point, this is one place where I feel the hype (and queue for a table!) is worth it. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because of the extreme low level lighting in the evening - you can't read the menu or see your food properly! I fed this back after first visiting the branch when it opened but unfortunately the situation is still the same, and I can see several other people have mentioned this in their reviews too. I understand having mood lighting, but does it really have to be so low?! Hopefully this is something management will review in the future.

Very tasty food and authentic North Indian! Very spicy as well!

Michael is the best person ever. His service today was outstanding and he really made our meal one to remember. The food was served in good time - he checked in on us regularly and he also had a kind and friendly personality.

Mango lassi slaps. As well as the tandoori fish. 🤌🤌🤌 Lamb ribs were good too, but the other two dishes just hit the mark. I will definitely be coming back for that mango lassi.

Suggested by someone especially for their black daal, went in for a lunch. It was my birthday today and they had asked us if we were celebrating any special day as soon as we walked in. Had an amazing lunch, excellent food and equally excellent service from Beth and Pete(you guys are an asset), we were really surprised when they brought in an improvised birthday pudding with a candle on it while we sat waiting for the bill. Thank you so much for that and all the best guys.

It's Dishoom, baby! No matter which Dishoom location you visit in London, the taste is consistently amazing. You can order anything from the menu with your eyes closed, and you’ll love it every time. The only downside is the wait, but it’s always worth it. I’ve spent over an hour in line before, and believe me, it was absolutely worth it. I’d happily do it again, all for the love of Dishoom! Thank you to the entire Dishoom team for bringing the perfect blend of spices into our lives.

Excellent place. I loved it so much. I don’t have words to express. It was so good to eat food of the very taste which I have it in my own country.

Food here is great and different from your regular Indian. I must say the restaurant can get extremely noisy when busy, I know it’s not a place I’d bring my parents but to be honest they are probably not their target audience. Overall I would visit again, you should know in advance the food will always arrive when it’s cooked so not always together.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Loved the mutton chops and nalli biryani, malai tikka was creamy, succulent and full of flavour.

This is our third time visiting Dishoom in Canary Wharf. We had an incredible experience as always and can only praise everyone who works here. We were served by Abz, Beth, Christabel and Jannat and we can honestly say this was the best service we’ve ever had! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. We visited with our 6 month old baby and they were really accommodating. He absolutely loved them. The location and interior was beautiful! The team here is awesome! For breakfast we ordered: bun maska chai, chocolate chai, kejriwal and keema per eedu. The chai is the best chai we’ve ever had and the chocolate chai is definitely something to try. Everything arrived in a very timely manner and tasted excellent. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Amazing food and the perfect occasion dinner. We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and they brought out a complimentary desert with a candle which was really lovely. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu.

First time to this branch and like any other Dishoom, always delivers. Huge branch and so busy on a Sunday morning. Book a table. Service is always very good, staff are friendly and pleasant. Efficient. I went for breakfast. Last order is at 11:45. I had the egg naan roll which comprised two fried Cornish free-range eggs with saffron-orange, runny yolks. I also ordered a side of masala beans and their famous house chai. Everything was delicious. Food was divine and very satisfying. Very generous. Eat the naan roll with a knife and fork as you will make a mess eating it with your hands! The chai was lovely. Comforting and not too sweet. Food did take longer to come than normal as they were super busy but I was happy to wait, drinking my chai and enjoying the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I came here for mine and my partners anniversary and it was such an amazing experience. The food was incredible!! Good portions and so satisfying. The drinks were also delicious! The service was the best we’ve ever had!!! Our waitress was incredible, she went above and beyond to make our night special, and she was just so kind and great to talk to :) I’d highly recommend Dishoom, and will be visiting again !

We went for a quick bite to eat at Dishoom Canary Wharf. We were seated quite quickly even though we were told 15-20 mins, it was only 5. The staff were super accommodating as they didn't actually have a prayer room, but they were more than happy to provide a space for me to pray. We ordered two starters and a main. I would highly recommend their okra fries as these were crunchy and full of flavour! We also got the chilli chicken, which was nice but not the best I've had. For mains, we had the chicken Ruby, which took me by surprise. It was super flavourful. The only thing i would change is make it a tad bit spicier. The service was a little slow on this particular day as we had to ask for the bill a couple of times. However, it was super busy, so it is understandable. Overall would recommend! Also their chocolate chai is delicious!

I have never not enjoyed Dishoom but this one is easier to get a table in than the SoHo/Kings Cross one. I’ve been a few times in the evening. During lunch it’s Very busy though which is what I did today, but service was excellent and my chicken tikka wrap was perfect. Food across all the chain is excellent. I’ve got the cookbook and I’m a big fan. I just wish they did a 50/50 reservations and walk ins and I’d visit more.

My favourite restaurant in London, hands down. If you’re looking for an authentic Indian Mumbai Parsi food experience, this is the place to be! The atmosphere is always lively, and it’s usually packed, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Despite the crowds, the service is impressively quick, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I’ve been a regular at Dishoom for the past 2-3 years, and I have to say, they’ve consistently maintained their high standards in service, ambiance, and overall food quality. The attention to detail is remarkable, and they always leave small, thoughtful touches that make the dining experience even more special. I've been here on two occasions both times were great. The service is fast and friendly. The food was amazing and they were so kind to my son, he really enjoyed the complimentary mango ice lolly.

Yesterday it was my first time at this beautiful restaurant in Canary wharf and I had an amazing experience The food was very tasty but the customer service was outstanding, especially Khady. I've got different food allergies, but it was super attentive to me and he spent time with me giving me all the best information for the choice of the right dish I big thanks also to the manager Sara, she is super lovely and extremely professional. I highly reccomand this restaurant and thank you to the guys for the amazing experience. I'll definitely come back

Bowled away by the wonderful service and tasty food. We had the most lovely staff member (Stefania?) take care of our group during our lunch. We were given great recommendations, checked on (not too often, not too little) and she made sure our celebratory occasion felt extra special with some desserts at the very end. I don’t have the opportunity to eat out as often as I would like so an experience like this really makes a difference and I can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend the black daal, chicken ruby and masala prawns.

Delicious food, great service, and a super energetic atmosphere will make you come back for more. The Canary Wharf Dishoom is a hot spot for all the folks in their vicinity for multiple reasons. Even if you have a waiting time, the service folks will ensure you're well looked after and will check every now and then. Once you're properly settled, they'll ensure that you are making an informed choice basis any food restrictions that you may have. The food itself is delicious and will definitely remind you of India. What is amazing is the fact that, despite the volume of traffic, you'll never feel that you're being neglected or the service is not up to the standards. A definite recommendation for anyone in the Canary Wharf neighborhood who loves good food and a great atmosphere.

This restaurant is absolutely exceptional in every way. The decor is beautiful and cosy, really classy. The staff are incredibly patient and helpful, and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. And the food!! I've been a few times now, and every thing I've ordered is one of the best things I've ever eaten. So many interesting flavours and all presented beautifully. There were loads of really interesting and tasty options for the vegans in the group too. Definitely give it a try if you're in London, you won't be disappointed.

Can’t go wrong with Dishoom. Good is of the highest quality. This venue is especially nice and the service is always on point. Usually come for dinner but came for the breakfast/brunch menu and it was amazing and especially great service from our waiter Oliver. Highly recommend coming for breakfast!

Great experience as always with other Dishoom branches. Loved all of Starters and Main dishes and ambience. Tea and Kheer was average.

The food is good if you are patient enough to get a table. Ridiculous waiting times, impossible to reserve a table (unless you are >6), unfriendly and unprofessional service. Genuinely don’t get how they managed to keep the hype for so long.

Monica was a great server. I had the magic key ring, but I didn't really know how it worked. I was shocked to find that when I rolled a "six" my meal was comped. I was not expecting that. What a wonderful way to start the day. My husband and I are huge fans of the Keema Per Eedu and the naan rolls. We'll be back. I want to try the Kejriwal. Thank you for another wonderful experience. You can't go wrong with anything you order.

The food was nice but I prefer a simpler Indian meal really. When I want poppadoms, I am looking for a big pile of them rather than four very small ones! Nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

Menu in all the Dishoom locations is pretty much the same , but what they do is pretty decent. Spread over several areas, covered outside, bar area and rear dining room the place was busy in a good way, decent atmosphere .Modern location but with a hint if the traditional anglo-indian style they like to create. Enough variation in Indian food styles to give options for most tastes. Good for a chain .

It's probably the best Dishoom out of the 3 I've visited. Great atmosphere 👌🏼 The staff were attentive to my little girl as soon as we walked in—really nice touch. Even though it was busy, the service was excellent, Food as always was excellent 👌🏼

Came here to try dishoom as it’s been on my bucket list for ages and I wasn’t disappointed at alllllll! Our waitress Monica was alone and very busy however she made our experience perfect and her service was absolutely amazing ! We've been visiting Dishoom for years, but last weekend was our first time trying their breakfast, which turned out to be pleasantly surprising. Our waiter, Nico, was incredibly helpful and offered great recommendations to ensure we were satisfied before placing our order. He was also attentive, making sure our toddler had crayons, even with the restaurant being quite busy. Thank you, Nico—we’ll definitely be back for another breakfast!

Visited last week. Good food. Can get very busy at times and you may have to wait for a seat but overall a pleasant experience.

Atmosphere always great however the one in kings cross has better atmosphere. Was busy and we were a large group so we were pushed a bit to have set menu, which was pricey for what we ended up getting.

Dishoom canary is exceptionally good. Compared to other Dishooms, this generally doesn’t have any queues. I’ve been going to Dishooms for a while, but I feel they have recently upgraded their game. Their Vada pav is authentic and amazing in taste, jackfruit biryani is very flavourful and the jackfruit pieces are so nicely done.

We went for breakfast, so we had the breakfast menu.The food was delicious and well cooked to our taste. The waitress was friendly and attentive as were all the staff we previously encountered. The establishment is very clean and well presented including the bathrooms. Highly recommend any of the Dishoom branches, service and food quality is consistent. Also great value for money.

Amazing service by the staff. They were very helpful informative and understanding when ordering. Thank you especially for RESHMA! She was very good at helping us choose our food. It was quite windy when we went , I wished there was better way to deal with extreme winds even thought there were huge outdoor dining umbrellas, quite useless if they can’t stand the wind. Spent over a £100 for my wife and I, including my daughter. The place was very busy, was given the option to sit outside, if I wanted an inside seat, it was over a 30 min wait. So we sat outside initially, the seat I sat on made my backside all wet and my jeans were all soaked. After this we decided to go and sit inside. Waited for our seat, got to our table and there were large crumbs on the seats and not very clean. As we were eating, the lights went so dim, that I could hardly see what I was eating and I have a bad eye site already. Then when one of our other starters came, which we expected the main to come with, I asked if the main was coming shortly, but the waiter was so busy, she shouted WAIT at me. Overall experience was not great, but food was ok, however the lamb samosas were dry and did not taste of anything. I thought this place was of high standards, not sure of the star rating, but in my eyes it’s a 2-3 star restaurant, definitely not a 5 star.

Walking through the doors of Dishoom felt like a secret entrance to a popular upscale urban restaurant on a busy Saturday night. Without reservations we were offered a seat in the "lounge" area, which I couldn't have been happier about. We melted into a rattan loveseat with velvet cushion and a perfect view of the detailed bar downstairs and the open 2nd-floor kitchen. Our server Rikart was the perfect guide through the experience. He helped us navigate the intentionally detailed menu and offered some great suggestions. Even the visit to the ladies' room felt like an adventure. With many mature healthy indoor plants, I felt happy energy throughout my entire experience. I posted photos of some of our choices, but I can't imagine being disappointed with anything on the menu. The paneer was maybe the best I've ever had, and I've already had cravings for it since my visit a few weeks ago. Don't skip the after dinner chai, it lives up to the best of them. I hope to dine here one day again, if I find myself in London.

Unbelievably terrific, atmosphere was great outside in the rain, almost like this is an oasis. Service was the best i’ve ever had. We ordered a certain coffee which was delayed by over 10 minutes, which they didn’t charge for. And food… jesus christ it was beautiful, had breakfast and might have dinner now. Had the Keema Per Eddu, which was a bit of detour from a eggs benedict, but a great decision.

I had a wonderful time with my friends at the restaurant. Federica was attentive with me as soon as I got to my table and had a small interaction with me, which was pleasant to have. Juliano ( Canary Wharf ) also I want to thanks to him for his incredible attention and for getting us a great table. Improvements that can be better : The small details and patience is key

Great tasting food not your normal East London curry

I have been to Dishoom in Manchester and King’s Cross and now Canary Wharf. They’re absolutely class. This time we went for breakfast. The servers were lovely. I love the atmosphere of all of the restaurants. Highly recommend the bacon naan roll!

Average quality and quantity of the food for the price

Assistant manager Casper helped with our order since it was so busy. He was friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic

The service at this location is by far the best, we've gone to multiple Dishooms over the years and the Canary Wharf location can't be beat for atmosphere and service. I only knocked one star off because the spice level at this location in comparison to the others is much, much higher but other than that the quality of food is wonderful.
