I recently dined at Haweli Restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While I had high hopes for the meal, a few significant issues overshadowed the evening. First, the Chapli Kebab, which I was eagerly anticipating, arrived with a disturbing surprise—a strand of hair embedded in the dish. This completely ruined my appetite and raised concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. Additionally, both the Butter Chicken and Lamb Karahi were undercooked. The chicken lacked the tender, melt-in-your-mouth quality that’s essential for a good Butter Chicken, and the lamb in the Karahi was tough and chewy. It was clear that these dishes hadn’t been prepared with the care and attention one would expect from a restaurant with such a reputation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management at Haweli takes these issues seriously to improve the quality of their food and cleanliness. Unfortunately I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We visited last night for the first time. Decor is nice. 1 chapli kebab had a hair in it. The chapli kebab for the rest of us wasn’t that great tasting had to stop eating it halfway through. Rest of the food wasn't wow tasting. All three of us have ended up having diarrhoea and tummy aches. Unfortunately will not be returning

Food and service here was amazing, staff were all super helpful and attentive especially Mohammed Hussnain, cannot praise him enough for his service!

I recommend the Kabuli pulao and handi lamb. It was my first time at this restaurant but definitely coming back again. My only comment is I have been serve a bottle of water (not free) without me asking.

HMC approved and excellent Pakistani food. Warning - it is spicy but very tasty. Bhawika & Karam were on hand to help with anything we needed, mainly yoghurt for our kids! Highly recommend. An excellent replacement for Mirch Masala, the previous family fave in Southall.

Poor service. Tasteless lamb Karahi drowned in oil and less meat. Expensive looking restaurant with no toilet paper in washrooms and smells. Bad experience with a big bill. (Mix grill was nice. )

The service was exceptionally fast, and overall, the food was quite enjoyable. However, the Chicken Charsi Karahi had an unusual taste, with the chicken coming across as somewhat "gamey" or stale. Despite this, the other dishes I tried were flavorful and well-prepared.

Amazing experience and food here today. We ordered the Chapli Kebab and Chilli Paneer for starters. Then for the main we had the Lamb Karahi (Half) with some Garlic naan. Now this was amazing, full of flavour and the lamb was very tender. Thank you Pavika (waiter) and Shazam (chef) for this amazing experience. We will come again!

Best Lamb of England! Must try Lamb Karahi. And baked naan bread in their own tandoor, unlike many restaurant who’d sell packet stuff. Experience the flavours of Pakistan and Peshawar. Amazing food, and great hospitality. I was served by Abdullah, a great host.

My family and I came to Haweli after seeing vlog on youtube during our visit to London. We ordered Nihari, kulcha , and Khoya Kheer. Everything was so delicious. Mohammed Hussnain and Abdullah did excellent service and catered to our requests. We highly recommend this restaurant

Come out to eat with family today at haveli restaurant in Southall, the food was super delicious, very hot, and amazing waiters. They made us feel very welcome from the very beginning , husnain and abdullah are one of the best waiters I have come across. Got everything we needed for us immediately.
