Raunka Punjab Diyan in Ealing

Gurbani was sooooo amazing at looking after us. The restaurant looked after us soooo well. The kadi took me straight back home. The saag was delicious, so was the makki ki roti and the garlic naan. Loved our entire experience. People were so nice.

Recently I visited Raunka Punjab Diyan restaurant on Lady Margarita Road Southall . I amazed with the warm hospitality and cozy ambiance. Not only that they serve delicious food proper punjabi touch in their dishes and remind me about the Punjab. Therefore if anyone misses Punjab or wants to eat mouthwatering food ,please must visit at Raunka Punjab Diyan , Southall.. we will come back soon 😇

Cute ambience.. lovely staff.. Gurbani was superb. All the items ordered were super tasty. We had sarso ka saag, makke ki roti, daal makhni and other non veg items..all were almost tasted like home cooked food.

Food is very average and quantity is also not good , I don’t know how they got good reviews, the owner is very rude with bad attitude , the Ambience of the restaurant is awful.the only thing which we like was staff working there.

What a great experience. The food is excellent, flavours incredible, well-priced, and the staff is lovely. Bani, the waitress was wonderful. Took good care of us. The only “fault” is that the ambiance and decor could perhaps be refined, but it was charming as is. Highly recommend.

I have a good experience in the restaurant. This restaurant make a most memorable for me.

Absolutely disgusting Poor Food Quality: Complaints about taste, freshness, or portion sizes. 2. Slow or Inattentive Service: Issues with long wait times, rude staff, or mistakes in orders. 3. Cleanliness Issues: Complaints about dirty tables,plate was dirty 4. High Prices: Perception of the food or service being overpriced for the quality provided. They tried to charge me more and when I asked they said we put new price sticker on menu but sticker has been misplaced now I have ordered full tandoori chicken which firstly they took half and hour to bring. When they brought it was uncooked and when I complained about it the waitress said because we cook fresh that’s why it look like this. Was my first and last time

Southall has many restaurants and a lot of choice but Raunka Punjab diyan stands out, our fav place to go in every trip to southall. This time it was a party . food was just the way we like, fresh and delightful. Service was attentive and helpful, the manager came few times to make sure all was ok and suddenly surprised us with a Indian tea (chai) complimentary. which my parents were longing to have, we really liked the cute gesture. Place was buzzing as always.Once again thank you. Loved everything about the cute place.

Ambience and Decor: The restaurant has a rustic charm and seems to aim for an authentic Punjabi village vibe. However, the decor and furnishings feel slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh to enhance the atmosphere. With a bit more attention to detail, the ambience could better reflect the vibrant Punjabi culture it seeks to showcase. Food Quality and Taste: We ordered a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. While the sarson da saag came close to authenticity, the makki di roti didn’t quite hit the mark as it didn’t seem to be made from pure makki. The lachha parantha also fell short of expectations, but the garlic chili naan was flavorful and stood out as a highlight. With some improvements in food preparation, portion sizes, and decor, it could deliver a much more satisfying experience. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for a casual meal, and we hope to see enhancements in the future to make it even better!

Today we went for dinner on my brother's birthday. Everything was awesome. Truly Indian wibe with delicious food and awesome Hospitality by Gurbani. She is so sweet and looks after each and every thing on the table so beautifully. Highly recommended. We ordered Mix grill, butter chicken, one more chicken And Mango lassi which is so perfect in taste. She gave us complimentary papad The tandoori bread ( Roti) which is so soft and freash.

We have been coming to this little gem of a restaurant for years and we LOVE it. Great food at a good price and our favourite server Bani always takes good care of us. Recommend it highly.
