The best restaurants serving Indian food in London

We ordered a takeaway last night and it was the best we have add for a while, the sauce was just right, not runny or thick, I had the lamb tikka Korahi with keema rice, and plenty of poppadoms with the condiments to go with it

Amazing Indian cuisine the food was great with extremely friendly and helpful staff perfect place to dine with the family, high recommended.

Ordered Vegetable samosas. Got meat samosas. What if I was a vegetarian?

The best takeaway Thai I've ever had. We had prawn drunken noodles, chicken jungle curry & duck pancakes and all three dishes were delicious! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the drinks and the overall experience. The atmosphere was lively and full of energy - just the kind of vibe I love in a restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I'm gluten-free and mostly stick to vegetarian, so I really appreciated how many options were available. The allergens were clearly marked on the menu, and most dishes were gluten-free , even the roti, which was a nice touch. We’re already planning to come back next month for a family celebration.

EVITE a toda costa si valora el servicio al cliente, la buena comida y sus pertenencias. El abrigo de globo de mi hermana, bastante caro, fue robado de este restaurante el viernes por la noche porque no tienen ningún sistema de boletos en su lugar. Cualquiera puede literalmente coger un abrigo y salir sin cuestionarlo. Se le dieron los detalles habituales y la promesa de una solución rápida. ¿Adivina qué? El ‘Manager’ no está disponible y no contesta su teléfono. Llamaremos a la policía por este asunto, es totalmente inaceptable y la arrogancia del personal es enfermiza. Te han advertido mirones, desvía este lugar si tus posesiones y dinero significan algo para ti.

Food was nice, staff made us move table during our meal, offered a free beer because of this. We agreed. Came to the bill and said no we’re offering the beer which they agreed. Odd. Was acting very strangely and always standing over the table. A very unusual and unpleasant experience. We wouldn’t go back again

Ala-pudding & Isaac very attentive, quick nice service and fabulous food.

A top evening. A well established Putney restaurant that cooks brilliant Indian food. The food and wine menus are helpfully compact, making choices easier and I reckon heightens the results! Delicious all round… perfectly cooked rice, nans, samosas , baked prawns ….and the curries!!Easy to get to, clearly full of locals ( all ages) and family owned. The service was tops too. And they own the wine shop next door. Thank you again.

Local spot for me and had heard good things and was very excited. However, I was incredibly disappointed. It was unbelievably expensive considering how small the portions were and the meat in all the curries was so dry and the flavour was not fantastic either. The lamb chops were incredibly tasty but 4 for £23 was so overpriced. Plus 2 out of the 4 were incredibly small chops.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, always eager to explain the dishes and suggest wine pairings. The restaurant's chic yet cozy atmosphere adds to the charm, making it an ideal place for both a romantic dinner and a gathering with friends.
