I ordered a bucket biryani for my family! lots of chicken pieces, very strong flavours , fed 5 people and still had some for the next day. I will definitely be reordering from here. Such a brilliant idea to create larger portion of biriyanis to serve instead of having to order 5 serperate portions.

When I opened my food, they had already put ketchup all over it - which would’ve been fine because I ordered extra - however, I ended up really not liking this specific type of ketchup which ended up ruining the whole meal. The food was also cold which just added to it not being enjoyable - I ended up leaving the majority of it. Milkshake was really nice tho.

Driver was friendly whilst socially distant when dropping off our food. Pizzas were amazing and even our 1 year old daughter enjoyed a full slice. We love ordering from here 🙂

Really disappointed by this takeaway today. Rang up to let them know that order was missing items and to explain that the chicken was rock solid and dry and didn’t resemble half a chicken, the man on the phone didn’t even apologise and said I will send the rice but not the chicken. When the driver arrived with the rice which was originally missed it was stone cold, I showed him the chicken and he said phone the takeaway again as he’s just the driver. So we phoned back and the response we got was just rude and he put the phone down on us.

Kebab was generous, pizza was tasty. Free delivery and a free garlic bread are always a welcome bonus. I will order from here again.

Delivery was quick but they didn't bring the pizza that I paid for so I asked the driver he said it's not part of the order when I selected it and it was on both his and my receipt to then tell me hes just a driver and walked off cheeky guy charged £3 for delivery when it's 0.3 miles 🤣 joke !! - loyal customer lost

Special donner kebab for £7.50 I was really good! Lots of meat donner,shish etc nice fresh salad, garlic Mayo, chilli sauce. I must admit I expand mine up with more salad but that’s just my preference lol Arrived still warm and ready to eat it’s the second time I’ve ordered one and won’t be the last! Ps there pizzas good as well x

DO NOT ORDER THE DONNER FROM HERE! It looked & tasted like cardboard was disgusting and hard! Spoke to the takeaway who said this is the Donner we sell. They have sent a new one out which isn’t as bad as the one I got sent 1st but do avoid this place not worth it.

We ordered a platter of chicken and the chicken or something the chicken was marinated in was off. So food was thrown away. Very disappointed

All food was burnt and the jalapeño cheese had no cheese in it and I want my money back ASAP I paid a lot of money for it

Normally very good food, but tonight was not, chips were not cooked, asked for garlic on my pizza, got garlic Mayo, the free garlic bread with cheese didn’t have garlic on and the kebab wasn’t the best either, not impressed

The food arrived cold, dry & soggy. It wasn’t edible.

Chips were hard in the middle,xhicken tikka was greasy and fatty,mint yogurt had spilled in the bag covering the boxes and not the food.

Quick delivery and good value with a free garlic pizza. But asked for no onions and it came with onions. Was supposed to be a spicy pizza but very little spice to it.

Ordered, 8 piri piri wings, 2 peri peri wraps, 1 chips, 1 rice, 1 garlic mayo and 2 cans. Wings were absolutely delicious, garlic bread and cheese was nice but cold and everything else wasn’t great and was left. Would not order the wraps or rice again. Would order again but just for the wings.

The food was lukewarm and didn’t look or taste very good, chicken was grey in appearance and it smelt unpleasant. I only ate the chips and they were very chewy

I never leave reviews at all, but i ordered the Peri chicken and half of it wasn't properly cooked.. it was pink as pink chicken can be on the inside.. Probably wouldn't order again.. shame really because i like peri peri chicken👎

Everything excellent except the chips. They were really not nice

The food come way too early literally ordered it and came 10 minutes later!! I had chicken kebab. Nan bread was stale, chicken was too spicy and over cooked. Chips tasted and looked like they’ve been warmed back up. Garlic bread was free and that was like cardboard! I will not order from here again first and last time. Very rare I put reviews on just eat but I was so disappointed

Usually always order from big mammas and usually always really good however tonight it was possibly the worst takeaway I’ve ever had! Food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering- which isn’t a problem I understand they’re busy but when it arrived the order was completely wrong and literally inedible all stone cold, burnt, chips were extremely stale and foul tasting and when the replacement order came (the missing items) the onion rings were soggy and undercooked and the chips again was stale like they had been sat there for hours. Very very disappointed usually never have any problems won’t be ordering again.

Apparently the delivery driver dropped the food of to someone randomly stood in the street. Rang am hour later and he said I'll get it delivered again now. Think they forgot about the order

All the food from these guys is amazing, the peri peri chicken is to die for, my only constant mistake is ordering the extra hot thinking it'll be alright this time i will be able to handle it, but no, every time it sends my mouth and nose west, not a complaint btw, far from it, it's definitely a Big thumbs up 👍👍 for Big Mamma, if you never order from here, you are definitely going to die having never tried one of the very best takeaway's there is.

Food was cold, kebab came on pitta instead of naan. Cold chips, cold garlic bread. Rang to tell them, basically got told we were lying and they were busy. Apparently it doesn't matter the garlic bread was cold because it was free.. Rude, unhelpful staff. Would not recommend 👎👎
