Stopped off last evening for a meal while passing through. The restaurant facade is not the most appealing but don't be deceived, there is a bar at the front and restaurant tables behind. I was very surprised by the quality of the food, probably as good as anything I have tasted elsewhere. Also very nice team. Unfortunately I did not take photos, but they don't tell you how good the food is anyway. If you are looking for Indian food in Towcester, you should go here.

Had another fantastic dinner with family at the Ganges. Staff welcoming and superb service. Food perfect with great dishes for the teenagers and authentic dish for myself . Best Asian restaurant in Towcester. Great value for money too. You cannot go wrong here. Thank you Halimah and gang.

Have had 3 lovely meals at this restaurant, when evacuated for our caravan home. Friendly and informative staff, when we needed it, Butter chicken and lamb bhuna were to die for. Will definetly be going back again with friends and family. Lovely indian themed interior. top marks.

Had a really lovely meal with family on Saturday night. Service was fantastic, the staff were very attentive. Being undecisive with what to order, the waiter recommended a dish which was unbelievably tasty and I will certainly be ordering again! Thank you for a wonderful evening

Quality service all round from friendly welcome to excellent customer service & lovely meal. Plenty of Indian restaurants to choose from in Brackley. Spice lounge is by far in our opinion the best

Recently ate here and wishing I didn’t. It was a quiet night in the restaurant with only four tables including ours. It took 45 minutes for the first drinks to come, an hour for the starters and an hour and a half for the mains. It seemed the same for others around us too. What we did notice was the phone ringing non stop for takeaway orders. In my opinion those in the restaurant should be prioritised however it clearly wasn’t the case here. We went looking for the staff to see if our drinks were coming but none were to be seen, they must’ve been in the back. We only ever saw the staff when they eventually brought the drinks/food. When the food did arrive it was genuinely tasteless. The only flavour I got was from a Fanta orange. Never again.

has a really super time at this restaurant last night ! the staff are warm & welcoming - they have a large menu with something for everyone , the food was excellent, on nice warm plates & very reasonably priced , we were even offered a complimentary drink which was a lovely surprise! - going again next saturday night - we enjoyed it so much !

Firstly, superb food ! Our friend is Celiac, and Jalu remembered this, even though he'd not seen her for a few years. Also, we'd not been for a long time, I think he barred my girlfriend the last time she was there, which he also remembered. However, we were welcomed in with open arms and a smile, and eventually told to leave when it was his bedtime. We will return soon. Many thanks for a superb evening, fine food and a great night out.

Great location with stunning views and friendly staff, BUT Limited menu (should have checked before going) and a ridiculous wait for food when there were only 3 tables occupied. It took an hour for starters and another hour for the mains to arrive. Drinks service very slow too. The consensus was that the food was average and not a patch on the Ganges or Dilraj
