This place takes your takeout order online. When you go to pick up,the place isn’t open . You are then told to go to their other place, which is in Beverley. You are given an option to pay by card online or cash on pickup, always put CASH . Takes a long time to get money back for card. Payment!

Review of 3 D Club: A Hidden Gem Discovering hidden gems is always a delightful experience, especially when they exceed your expectations. 3 D Club is one such find, though it’s important to set the right context: this isn’t a fancy, upscale venue for a romantic first date or an elaborate dinner. Instead, it offers a charm reminiscent of an old working man's club—think dated decor that’s clean and functional, complete with TV screens playing classic Indian music videos. The atmosphere is casual, yet the staff are welcoming and polite, adding to the overall comfort of the place. But what truly sets 3 D Club apart is the food. Here, you’ll find nothing ordinary; the culinary offerings are exceptional, crafted by Mary, an authentic chef from Maharashtra. It's quite rare to find a female chef in the kitchen of an Indian restaurant, making Mary’s presence even more special. Her cooking is the heart and soul of this hidden gem. Everything is prepared fresh and bursting with flavor. If you’re a fan of fish dishes, it’s best to call ahead, as Mary sources her ingredients fresh to ensure quality. In summary, 3 D Club may not boast an upscale ambiance, but its incredible food and friendly service make it a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Indian cuisine. Don’t miss the chance to experience this culinary treasure!

Ordered online on Sunday 27.10.24 from thier website. Order never arrived yet money was taken. No answer over the phone and the shop seems to be shut. Just eat has suspended orders so I assume the place has now closed but thier website is still active. I will now need to contact the Bank to dispute this payment.

Ordered my usual Bengal tandoori chicken tikka naga, with 2 lemon rice and a crispy naan bread. I also asked for some chopped coriander in a tray and they forgot, so they drove up the hill and stopped me to give me the coriander and a lift home. Incredibly nice people and really excellent service. I wish my wallet and waistline could handle their food every evening. No water and no grease. Really tasty and healthy food. These guys are legends and I love their takeaway. The best in the area.

Not authentic Kerala food nor value for money Over time, I’ve come to feel that Kayal doesn’t quite deliver authentic Kerala cuisine. The dishes tend to be a milder, less vibrant version of what you’d typically find back home. I understand the need to cater to a broader customer base, but many restaurants manage to retain authenticity while offering varying spice levels. If I were bringing someone here for an introduction to Kerala food, I’d definitely say not to judge the cuisine based solely on this experience. True Kerala food is far more bold, rich, and celebratory in flavour. Unfortunately, some of the dishes here just feel quite bland. That said, the customer service and ambience are lovely, no complaints there. But as someone from Kerala, I can’t say I’m impressed with the food. Also almost all the dishes are way over priced.
