Bollywood Taj is very friendly restaurant. Staff are very kind . Delicious food real taste of India, authentic food and the starter ,It’s very mouth ordering. I try chicken tikka, garlicChili chicken, Tandoori, chicken papri chat .

there was 7 minutes left before closing and they claimed to be closed unacceptable

ordered set meal for 1 delivery 1 hour, not a problem. 45 minutes later I get a call to say I can't have what I ordered!!! Joke of a place! No reason, no sorry nothing. I'll be spending my money elsewhere!

Ordered for our first time, Lamb Tikka starter, Chicken Chaat, Lamb Tikka Masalla. Pleased to see that the Lamb in the masalla was Lamb Tikka as this is not always the case at other venues from experience. Will certainly be ordering again and trying some of their other dishes too!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Actual thieves! Paid online using orderyoyo, money went out my account to the restaurant. Ordereyoyo is just software, not like just eat. Told me they don't use it anymore so aren't fulfilling my order. Repeatedly put the phone down on me! I will be disputing with my bank!!

Used to be our go to Indian til they decided to accept our order on foodhub and never deliver the items. Had to get in contact with foodhub to cancel the order because they had said "We haven't received any order" Despite it being accepted which I assume is a manual process " lost our custom.

Really good food, we have eaten inside & used the take away, very friendly staff, highly recommend.

Didn't come with any source was really dry rang up to tell them the foreign man was shouting and very rude avoided

Don’t answer, make an order on just eat… they still take their time. They ignore the order hone. Bad for business and bad for promoting their business they prove they aren’t worth ordering from when you actually try to.. too much effort for a curry from this place.

Absolutely tasteless - waste of £16.00- I left my mine.

This is the worst food I have ever had before. Don’t waste ur money. Don’t cheat the people. We tried masala curry, lamb biryani, prawn briyani, chaana daal and mix vegetable curry. All rubbish. We know the proper taste of the Asian food. These are not our Asian style food. Don’t try

Ordered a mixed grill and a can of coke and a chicken salad. The food came all dry. The chicken salad was cold and very small in portion. There was two or three small pieces of chicken and little bits of salad mainly lettuce in a naan bread. We didn't receive the can of coke and the mixed grill was ridiculous for the price and cold. When my partner rang them for a refund or to get it sorted they spoke to her like rubbish and said they will not refund us. Do not get your food here the service is poor and the food isn't great either.i wish I ordered a McDonald's instead

Had our first meal from here it was lovely very tasty and very hot and lovely friendly delivery driver will definitely be using them again x

10/10**** Vindaloo ordered tonight and was really nice! Had a few horrible takeaways recently but Taj Tandoori definitely was not one of these! I ordered a vindaloo, coriander and chilli rice (I recommend you try this if you like heat!) and a garlic naan. Fresh naan with visible chunks of garlic, vindaloo with about 8 pieces of huge chicken breast, great portion and all tasted good. It's nice ordering a vindaloo that's actually full of heat 😂🔥 First time ordering and will definitely be back!!

Really nice, we have eaten at quite a few in the area for takeaway and this is probably the best one for me. Consistently good.

I’m always really pleased when a restaurant is willing to accommodate my nut allergy, so I was overjoyed when Taj Tandoori not only rang to ask further questions but even sent a picture of the ingredients they would he using in my dish! So obviously I’m already impressed before eating the chicken tikka balti, and having just finished it I have to say it was the tastiest curry I’ve ever had in Hull. Absolutely recommend!

Iv tried a few tandooris and this one is the best bay far , piping hot taste beaut and was delivered before time ...Excellent!!!!

Just ordered a takeaway and was absolutely delighted with both the food and the service. Slight delay to delivery but received a message to update us which is great service. The delivery man was lovely and apologised again. Lamb dopiaza and vegetable rice was fantastic and my husband loved his prawn rogan josh and coconut rice. Hot and extremely tasty I’ll definitely be ordering again.

We placed an order yesterday early evening (for home delivery later) whilst out celebrating my husband's birthday. The gentleman who took the order was very polite and courteous as was the delivery driver who delivered bang on time at 8.30pm. Both main meals and sides very hot and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed them and the price including delivery was all for under £20. The driver was so gracious receiving a tip. Mine was a vegetarian meal and was so pleased with the availability on the menu. Next time, I'm going hotter. My husband loved his lamb meal never having tried it before. When Valentine's day comes, we'll definitely be ordering from you again! Thank You so much as it was a nice ending to an enjoyable day. Mandy (Beverley Road area) xx

Finally found the old good days where the customers service & food matters and delivery at a high standard. Would recommend that you try it like did. Really looking forward for my next visits
