Honestly one of my new favourite spots, the staff are amazing. The food is amazing. The venue is amazing. The vegetarian gyros and the Greek salad are incredible.

What a superb evening. Great food, service and atmosphere. We came here first when it first opened and were disappointed by the lack of real Greek options. Fast forward to yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with the changes made, both the food and music gave us back the little bit of Greece we were hoping for.

The food is always delicious and the service outstanding. Do go if you are in the area, fabulous savouries and sweet deserts, all homemade

The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night which was a real shame as we we’re looking forward to having a Greek meal. We had been phoning the restaurant for a few days to book a table without any answer. I guess they have either closed or buggered off to Cyprus for the winter.

After climbing the 617 steps from the high street to the restaurant, I built up a healthy appetite for what was ahead…. The staff were very nice and greeted us with warm welcome. Once seated, we were quickly severed drinks and the popadoms & dips arrived. The dips were good, but the poppadoms were a bit thin and tasteless. The main course for me was initially going to be the tandoori mixed grill, but I followed the recommendation off some clown in our curry club to go for the Wig Wam Woo… wrong move..! The Wig Wam Woo is a strange dish! It’s a spicy chicken curry surrounded with iceberg lettuce and an onion bahji on the top. Very underwhelming, considering it cost £21 and it’s caused me one hour’s throne time already this morning… That’s why it’s a Wig Wam Two stars from me ..! I don’t want to go too hard on Poppadoms restaurant because the traditional curry meals that were served to the rest of the group looked amazing, the portion sizes were good and the lads enjoyed them, so every cloud….
