Food was diabolical, didn’t taste of anything, they charged 70p for chilli sauce when their food was dreadful and tasteless. Me and my partner barely touched either plate left it there, went somewhere else to eat after as we couldn’t even eat a quarter of our meals

Tad expensive for what's essentially a kebab But what took the cake is the £6 fried haloumi which was only 3 sticks of it £18 for the lamb gyros which although was tasty was deffo overpriced

The man didn't say hello or ask what we wanted. He looked unqualified and unmotivated. The price was ok. The meat from our chicken pittas was absolutely tough and rubbery. The garlic sauce was too strong. The salad was tasteless and not fresh! Conclusion: It was really bad.

Excellent food and service at a good price. Clean with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. And a beautiful waitress to boot. In fact, must I say the following: "Nervously I smile and chat for a while Hoping to make Lilia's heart go aflutter Though I may stumble over my words in a blunder I'll muster my courage to flirt and not stutter Bashfully I grin at Lilia on a whim Dreaming that she'll share my feelings within."

Top quality lamb gyros Pitta with a Mythos (greek lager) with great efficient service and a nice atmosphere. A shining beacon in the eateries currently on offer on the Bangor high street .

Lovely food, really nice lady at the till suggested something from the menu. Really helpful and lovely atmosphere. Seems a lovely family business and recommend a try :)

Great greek food like fresh salads or specialties like Mousaka, shrimp saganaki or feta saganaki. Greek drinks like green Cola or greek Beere are also available.

Outstanding Greek street food. Our chicken and pork pitas (mine gluten free) were absolutely delicious. Great flavours and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were very generous and good value. The enormous plates of sweet potato fries were great. I went for a healther option - stuffed vine leaves - which were delightful. The place also has a nice relaxing, friendly atmosphere. 100% recommended.

Very dry chicken, hard to chew, the fries were wilted and for a Greek restaurant there was only a spoonful of tzatziki, which I can only describe as good in terms of taste, the pita was bought and reheated for the money, I expected at least an edible meal, but I left leaving almost everything behind.

The chicken plate was awful, dry chicken that looked like it was cooked and out for two days, fries were soggy and too dry at the same time, not even sure how you managed that. Halloumi was decent enough, but that’s the only thing. 14 quid a pop is hilarious for what you get quality wise. This can be done so much better with so little effort, yet it seems the ‘chef’ didn’t bother.

What a gem. I ordered the Chicken Giros Pita. I was taken back with how fresh and tasty it was. Best Greek ever, the best take away in Bangor without a doubt Excellent service 💯 What a shame ....... Orderd again tonight 21/07/23 The food was cold, chips were the cheepest rubbish. Not as fresh as last time Not enough sauce and the grande was same size as normal one Hopefully this was one off but Im disappointed

Great little place. Food was really nice, service was excellent. I only had to wait 5 minutes and i got my food 👌🏼 This is exactly what Bangor needed on the takeaway/ eatery side of things, makes a really nice change from a kebab, indian, chinese or chippy. 10/10.

Biggest Jewell in Bangors crown. One of the Best Greek takeouts I've ever had that's not in Greece. Chicken gyros,pork gyros,stuffed vine leaves, fries. Same menu for sit in and takeout - reasonably priced - after tasting I would of payed more. Walked in placed order, ok it was a Thursday night - out in 15 mins. Genuinely, blew me away. 9.8/10 -

Amazing food! I'm a vegan and I've had the meat free gyros twice in the past - both times it was really good, super filling and just so delicious. Today I wasn't super hungry so I just ordered some pita, hummus and a salad (which I thought was really good for a similar price as a gyros). The pitta on its own is so good, the bread is light and chewy and its grilled so it has a slight crunch on the outside. The hummus is always incredible, there's cumin in it which I love! The salad was good too - large but my partner wanted some too, so its a good thing. My partner is omni and he had the chicken gyros, he's had it before and its always good. He also tried the chicken wings for the first time and said that they're the best he's ever had. We also had the baklava for the first time. It's one of my favourite desserts so I was excited. It was a large portion perfect for sharing. It was very sweet with thick syrup and lots of nuts - would recommend for a sweet tooth. Overall 10/10, its a perfect treat meal and we will be getting food for here again! Also excellent delivery! Only thing I would change would be to add a vegan aioli as a sauce option!

Absolutely amazing Greek take out restaurant. Food is great, portions are huge and I can say better than Greece. We order Club pita chicken Gyros, double special burgers, Vegan club meatless gyro and Gluten free pita gyro. The only place in UK that we found Gluten free pita. We enjoyed everything. Totally recommend

really nice staff, but the naan bread is stuffed with chips and meat a rather small amount of meat more chip bap than kebab for the price. the naan bread tasted like it was dipped in garlic kinda like asda own brand naan bread they just covered it in garlic tasted like 4 cloves at least. but without warning in the menu or a choice to have it plane. The menu gives you no idea of what you are ordering. There's no description or pictures we all eat with our eyes, but there's nothing to see. cans of drink no glasses it was clean and tidy the staff were polite food was nice served quick. Wheel chair friendly, it was overpriced. Any takeaway would have gotten you more food for your money and to the owners. What's a Gyro? What do you get if you order it or anything else on the small menu

Good size portion and food was nice. Fast service. They give you cutlery to eat in and condiments on the table. Well lit environment and warm temperature. Large menu displayed on the wall. There is a ramp for wheelchair users. They have facility to pay contactless or order online and options to takeaway.

Visiting the area and popped in by chance.... Greeted by the best gyros we have ever had. We also ordered chicken strips, halumi and extra tzatziki (which is just incredible) . I cant overstate how good the food is. Staff really friendly and happy to make recommendations and prices spot on. We will be visiting again before we leave, and perhaps even be making a road trip for this place in the future.... Its that good!

Very good taste but a bit expensive

We were looking for something different and visited based on the reviews. Its a very informal and relaxed atmosphere if you eat in. I had the lamb club gyro and wife had chicken souvaki. Both were excellent and good value. Pitta bread was very good. Staff very friendly. One review compared lamb to donner. Its not. This is no kebab shop. A really great find. We will definately be back. Well worth the 20 mile drive.

Stopped by for lunch. Fantastic pork gyros, hummus exactly as I like it (stiff and with plenty of tahini) and a cold bottle of Mythos. Perfect.

Delicious food. Had a mixed gyro and omg it was out of this world. It was fresh and so so tasty. Will definitely be my favourite place to eat when in Bangor from now on. The service is great also. Get yourselves down there you won't be disappointed!!!

Great Greek food place in Bangor!! The food was delicious and tasted very authentic - I had the chicken gyros and it tasted very fresh, the chicken was well seasoned too. They also do it GF which is great. Lovely staff - the lady taking the order was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place :)

Fantastic food. The pork was amazing, as was the spicy tzatziki was so creamy, tangy, and the right amount of spice. A mixup meant I didn't get to try the gluten-free pita, but I am excited to return and fully experience the pita/pork/sauce all together. The staff were warm and welcoming, and very gracious about the mixup. All in all, a lovely place with excellent food, reasonable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend!
