Extremely friendly staff who greeted us the soon as we entered! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The food was tasty, filling and good value for money. The Cumberland sausage was delicious and really enjoyed trying it! If I was in Hereford again, I would happily pay a visit. It was good!

We loved the Sunday roast we had. The staff were very accommodating after an annoying woman sat shouting into her phone on speakerphone in some Asian languages. They moved us no questions asked. And very reasonably priced too we will be back

I visited this place nearly 10yrs ago, and it was thos place that made me want to start holidaying in Greece. Visited recently for my birthday and the place was a shambles. Rude manager, no air-conditioning(was very hot) vastly overpriced on both food and drink. And didn't even say thanks for the cheeky service charge. What should have been a meal that would have cost around £400 it was closer to £600. If it wasn't for my blood pressure I would have slapped the manager into next week. BP being what it is, I will never insult my wife and friends again by taking them here. Absolutely dreadful, never again.

Amazing Dining Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arena, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with fresh flavors and presented with such care. You can tell the chefs here are passionate about their craft. Whether it was the perfectly cooked main course or the indulgent dessert, every bite was a delight. The staff were equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest had a great experience. If you’re looking for a place that offers both incredible food and a fantastic atmosphere, look no further. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Arena to everyone I know!

Unsure what I think...but i don't think I would return. The pastries which are polish ? ere greasy and I would say slightly overpriced. Cheese ones tasted pretty good.

Ordered my usual Chicken Korma , Onion rice. The Rice was horrible.Everyone knows the plastic taste of Bens Microwave Rice. Tasted like it to me. Nothing like the rice I'd enjoyed in the past from this establishment.

I rarely write reviews but credit’s due here! Great food, a warm welcome, special mention to Oreste who made us feel at home (he even spontaneously offered to move us to a table by the window so we could enjoy the view once the people there had left). We left the restaurant feeling warm and happy :)
