Tasty Gyros in Enfield

One of the best Greek food restaurant in Enfield Town. I strongly recommend their chicken wrap with French fries. The staff and cookers deserve the best value.

Nice food, and good service. However, the last 3 times the skewers were a little burnt from grilling, therefore we have time to visit again.

Foods nice but place stank of cigarettes when we first came in. Cigarette smell went away after a while but then we got a whiff of a sewer like smell? Don’t know where it’s coming from but not very appetising

I visited this place a couple months ago and I found a fly in my salad. It was totally disgusting. I tried it recently again to give a second chance and that was the last one. Gyros dry with big pieces and no tasty at all.

First time here came because I saw on Instagram the lady serving gyros 🥙. Not impressed at all , I bought a large mix gyros eat in , first the gyros is tasteless missing spices , chips low quality, salad was awful only one plum tomatoe sliced in two and lots of lettuce a proper gyros needs a proper salad which this place doesn’t have . The gyros cost £13,45 for a large plate proper rip off for what you get . Also the place has no atmosphere I wouldn’t recommend this place to have a nice gyros

Been here three or four times and the food is very good and fresh but I’m only giving four stars because having paid around £16 for a large souvlaki box I was told I would have to pay extra for some chili sauce when I asked, which seems kind of ridiculous. Will prob try somewhere else in Enfield next time.

As good as any gyros you would find in Athens or Thessaloniki, really authentic. Meat was well seasoned but not over seasoned and the fries were crispy, salad was fresh and the tzatziki had some garlic zing to it. These guys know how to serve a good gyros. One thing that stood out was that it was not greasy at all and that matters. The restaurant was spotless when I visited. I will definitely return, well done guys.

Ordered through deliveroo a pork gyros club, it had some kind of curry sauce inside which was disaster. Waste of money, went to the bin straight away! Who puts curry in gyros really?? You should state what kind of sauce you offer and give choice for alternatives!

One of my favourite food spots in Enfield, always greeted kindly by the amazing staff. the chicken gyros is delicious, and reasonably priced. They have a great outdoor seating area too.

Popped in to get a feeling of the Greek dining and atmosphere but sadly felt like i was in Albania and not Greece. Owners, workers, customers all were Albanias. I have nothing against them, but if you want to experience a Greek atmosphere with Greek food, this is not the place. Update : since i cant respond under the owner's comment, i write here. The issue is that you claim this is a Greek restaurant, and is not. This is an Albanian restaurant.

I always order a mixed donor box with no fries and I cannot express enough that the food is always absolutely spot on! Seriously some of the BEST gyros in London!!! AND as a bonus, it’s some of the friendliest service in all of London! Gorgeous ladies too 😎🥰 This place is fantastic! See you next time 👏👏👏👏👏

The name says it all. A very tasty Gyros and the staff are so friendly. I definitely recommend trying this place out for a quick bite to eat.

The first time I've hung out here. With a pleasant taste. And the staff were very welcoming, the environment is very good, thank you for the service.

Went in her asked if I order first or will someone come. The cashier said take a seat and we’ll be right with you. 10 minutes later nothing. New customers came in and got menus within seconds they had a menu and ordered. I told the ladies there that we are ready she said one moment. 10 min later just got up and left. Waste of time. And way over priced £10+ for one souvlaki and the giant one from tik tok £35.99 when I can get that same size in Greece for 7 euros.

I paid for a chicken gyros large £10 but I just check there YouTube page and I actually was given a regular not a large . I'm not sure if they have XXL but I wasn't given a large .

I recently visited Tasty Gyros and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding; the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive, making the dining experience very pleasant. But the best was a worker named Bruna she was the nicest of all ! :)

Tasty chicken gyros tirokafteri super tzatziki

I went in for the first time today with my wife(I’m Greek) and I must admit that the food was great. The Souvlaki - 3 Skewers with salad, chips, tzatziki, lots of pitta bread was so tasty and filling. Not to mention the price really good(value for money). The atmosphere was also amazing.

We travelled 200 miles to see family, and decided to eat here as our family are familiar with this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious with generous servings, and the service was excellent. I had the vegan option which was lovely. We were also left to enjoy the meal at our leisure. Will def be back again! Thank you!

I recently discovered a gem in town called Tasty Gyros. This place is renowned for its authentic Greek flavours, especially its mouthwatering gyros. Tasty Gyros has something for everyone from classic lamb souvlaki, gyros to vegetarian options bursting with Mediterranean goodness. I thought it would be a delightful idea to visit Tasty Gyros and treat ourselves to a delightful Greek feast. Imagine savouring those flavorful gyro wraps and maybe even trying some of their other specialities. I plan a visit again to Tasty Gyros soon and indulge in some delectable Greek delights

The place was nice. We drove from west London just to have the famous TikTok wrap to then get disappointed with the size of the wrap. On their page they show huge wraps and in person we didn’t see the difference between a regular and the large. They look exactly the same. We saw the person behind the counter using the same pita bread for both sizes. We’ve been miss sold. Fair to say we won’t be coming back, not worth the drive

It's worth living in Enfield just for Tasty Gyros

Tried it for the first time. Very tasty gyros wrap. Would be even better if there was some salt and herbs on the chips.

After eating here I threw up in my mouth and had to spit it out and now I’m on the toilet and the portion size for a regular is not very big compared to the online videos but not really upsetting after my experience with the wrap. They need to pay more attention to the quality they are serving every customer. Sad to say really but I won’t be back there again as I don’t want food poisoning

Highly recomended. Great food, tasty, well presented - classic greek style. Portions of cut meats could be slightly better co paring to the price or maybe do someting like add £2 for extra meat? Other than that super tasty and definetaly will be back to check on quality and flavours of other choices ;)

EDIT: They don't respond to emails. £15 for what was supposed to be a sizable portion. It wasn't. A disappointing marketing scam. Subpar quality and quantity of protein at a minimum. Never again.

The food haves a great quality...

Restaurants owe a duty of care to customers. That means they are RESPONSIBLE ensuring their premises and products are SAFE and taking reasonable steps to prevent accidents or injuries from occurring. I found a piece of sharp wood in my food when I was eating. I ordered on Uber Eats, and then luckily, I checked the food before eating it. Otherwise, I would BE IN the hospital, or I have to pay probably 4k for one tooth. Next time, be more CAREFUL WHEN U PREPARE THE FOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS!! Breach of DUTY OF CARE

We ordered the large mixed gyro box and although tasty, we felt a bit tricked to find when we opened the box it looked like a good portion then only to find 4 bits of bread stuffed underneath the meat to make it look bigger, we removed the bread and it was no longer a large portion, just annoying when businesses trick customers like that.

Look guys I eat late night lamb box and I end up vomiting in 4 clock in the morning so please check what you give to people to eat

Very disappointed, went there after seeing it on tik tok. We ordered the viral tik tok gyros which cost 32£. The portion was really small. Comparing to the video on tik tok, the portion of meat in the gyros they gave us was no where near that portion. Better off ordering 2 regular gyros which cost half the price and probably similar portion.

Really amazing food. It reminded me of when I was in Zante. The lady that served us was friendly and welcoming . But the lady featured in the TikTok videos was really measurable, it’s ironic after seeing the poster on the fridge saying don’t forget to wear your smile today. Apart from that the food is really delicious. I would recommend it.

The food was decent and definitely good portions I only give 3 starts because I compare it with what I can find in Greece. For London standards probably scores higher. To the people in the comments that commend about people not smiling when they give you the order or not have knowledge on the menu: they are working they are focusing on servicing you and also THIS IS HOW PEOPLE THAT COME FROM BALKANS BEHAVE, accept it. Honestly I do not like people smiling at me all the time for no reason.

After watching the TikTok, video of the lady serving this fantastic wrap with a big smile, I decided to Travel to the other side of London with a friend to try tasty Gyro We informed the staff by phone that we will be travelling from Kingston upon Thames, and we were looking forward to enjoying the wraps. On arrival, we approached the lady, with big smiles, only to be met with a miserable face . She did not even say hello. The man, standing behind the counter, had no knowledge of the products on his menu or the meal deals. We were new to the restaurant and this type of food,so we hoped for some help as to recommendations. we asked about the special meal deal and the guy sounded like he couldn’t be bothered did not offer any assistance . We finally ordered a mixed wrap with additional portion of chips . The wrap was full of salad and chips and a very small amount of meat. If the staff had felt a bit more welcoming, we may have tried a few more dishes, but I think our experience was enough. According to the Young Man, the wrap in the video that the lady has on TikTok is £33 . also when you look on the Google website, it says there is a meal deal but apparently according to the young man that’s just a promotion to get you there because that large meal does not exist. The food was okay, but I wouldn’t rush back there . The place was clean and has a washroom . I see lots of past positive reviews . I would have loved to have said the same . I will try the Souvlaki in kingston next time . Keep a eye out for the honest review 😀
