The best restaurants serving German food in South East

Staying in Basingstoke for a week I decided to tried some food last night for first time it was very good sitting in the restaurant trying to eat there was a group off people next to us they was so loud and shouting as they was talking which my friend I had with me have been suffering from a stroke and the noise was unbelievable one off the staff had a word with them but they still carried on i also spoke to staff aswell and explained my situation was not happy at all off there behaviour towards when people are eating I had to leave half off our meal which i paid quite abit money for hope this don’t happen again

We liked the chilled atmosphere and the great service. Food was fair (big portions) and good price. The larger I chose on tap was not to my liking but the merlot more than made up for that. I will try the bottled beers next time (some of them I recognise from my four years (before Covid-19) working in Hannover and Essen). Will definitely visit again soon.

Staff could be nicer and more disorganised

Came in with my family,wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was,food was delicious,portions were huge,great service, will definitely be back in future.

Ordered online for delivery. Arrived after about 40 mins. Sadly part of the order was wrong. Rather than try to fix this they simply offered some free fries next time. Doubt we’ll be ordering again

Order lamb doner wrap meal Really nice. Was not grease. And not bad price £10 Had some seating area to eat

Waited over an hour and the food never arrived. Ordered directly from the website site. The delivery driver wasn’t answering. When calling the place directly a women on the phone was extremely rude and told me I want get my food or money. Eventually I did get the money back, however the deliver charge was missing so still £4 short of what we paid! Extremely disappointed
