Great experiences. Delicious food, clean bathrooms, pleasant atmosphere. The only issue is that they do not accept card payments at the cash register and only accept them at the kiosks.

This is a really good doner kebab place quite healthy. Just do not order the plant based one. It was honestly not nice. All the others are good.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered by Uber eats. My food arrived freezing cold, I got in my car and drove straight to the restaurant to exchange my food only to be told they couldn’t do a refund as it’s Ubers fault the food was cold. I had a conversation with the manager who told me they would chase it up with Uber and sort out my refund but in the meantime I would have pay for my order again ( which I did ) I’ve now contacted the store 3 times this week to be told the manager isn’t available and that they would call me back ( still no call ) absolutely shocking service and to make things worse I realised the 2nd order I purchased was also wrong. Terrible customer service.

Excellent food. Great ambience. I prefer less oily food, which I get here. Also the amount of the food offered is ample and filling.

Poor customer service, untrained staff and just zero experience in handling customer in this store. The food was good but wont come back here. They have removed the card machines from the till and they force you to order at the checkout unacceptable. When trying to use a discount you have to do it over the counter as there is no such an option on the self tills! But of course, when we brought that up the lady at the till said they DONT DO STUDENT DISCOUNTS ANYMORE or th past 2 months(we had same thing last week in a different place and all was good)

The security guard was speaking with the owner of the premises and he advised him that I had to move right to the front of the store away from any other customers, in isolated area factors business cannot refuse entry for any person with a guide dog or assistant doc and the trouble is Places like yours don’t follow the rules of the United Kingdom like anyone else. I hope that people see this review and avoid your place at all cost this will be also reported to the local licensing committee of the Council.

Delicious kebab, friendly staff, decent waiting times. Update August 2024: I've used couple of times delivery option through Deliveroo and lately noticed some issue. When ordering OG kebab there is information that it comes with 3 signature sauces - this is no more the case as last deliveries came without them and instead the kebab had some sauce in it already (there is no option to specify what sauces we would like in it). Unfortunately once in boxed kebab there was burned (and dry) meat. As much as I've enjoyed it before now the standards dropped

Hey German here. First I wanted to say is the place in comparison to the street outside is really clean. Now to the Veggie Döner itself. As I ordered my food I thought I would get some Falafel or fried veggies (Grillgemüse/ gebratenes Gemüse) next to the regular sides in a Döner. Maybe I should have looked more on the pic when I ordered because whenI got my veggie Döner it looked so empty. Especially when you pay almost as much as the meat Döner (maybe 50 cents difference) it’s disappointing when the main part is only some fried mash with peas and carrots in it. What is that? Definitely not a proper meal for 7,50£. Please improve here.

When u take their food to pick up and even to eat there in the restaurant the kebabs are cold , chicken and beef both . Pay just a big amount for kebabs and eat cold food. Saving the electric and gas I believe.

Stylish with a modern simple twist. Tasty enough menu without kebab feeling which is associated with alcohol. Would recommend as a place to stop whilst on your way about the day.

The manager mr lavino was helpful and customer friendly.. try the spring rolls they never disappoint .. and the OG burger is just filling...

Recently had one of the best kebabs here! The meat was flavorful, the portion size was just right, and the service was impressively swift from app order to serving. One of the best(and only on in Reading) German Doner kabab places I have been too. To be precise, quality and quantity in a cost effective way. I mostly take the doner gym box and I would say they are very generous in meat portion as well as the veggie.

Well I ordered go kebab ... and it was terrible. Just the white bread with their purple cabbage and lettuce; Some chicken and that's all I can't tell u it was delicious at all. I've tasted gdk in bracknell and it was lovely. Could be this store only . I don't recommend it

I was there around 10.30pm on Saturday night. I’ve never received my food so quickly at any restaurant. The guy working behind the till dealt with all kinds of people during the time I was there and dealt with every single person with kindness and grace. I watched every person receive extremely smooth service. They have this place running to perfection. I hope all the members of staff are paid well as they are a rare example of perfection in the service industry.

Amazing experience at the Reading store. Team was really friendly greeted us with a smile, went through the menu with us. Bless them they were very patient with my partner who wasn't too sure what to go with. She decided on a Boss box which let's you try bit of everything. The food came out very quickly, nice and hot and the portion size is huge! Will definitely be back and will be recommending you guys to my family. Here you can get a Turkish Doner Kebab as served in Germany. Kebab is rather small and ambiente is awful. Grap and go can be acceptable but do not expect any service here.

I placed an order via Deliveroo this evening of two kebabs and side orders and it arrived within 23 mins on a Saturday evening, wow ! Side dishes were fresh but the kebabs were prepared well in advance as weren’t even luke warm. Just cold kebabs in a dry bread. Not sure if we ever going to order from here again. Deliveroo help was great but the business should deliver hot as advertised food not stone cold.

Ordered from Uber eat today and the driver didn’t delivery it but makes as food delivered. Contacting uber is painful think to do you on phone for ages and not able to speak to anybody

Find it very rude! I will never be ordering from these guys ever again! Very unfair in how much meat they put in the kebab, rip offs!
